    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mediante el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 91/2023 dictado el 10 de julio último, modificado por Decreto de Presidencia núm. 94/2023 de fecha 11 de julio, he resuelto la creación de los departamentos en los que debe estructurarse el Consejo Insular de Menorca y mediante el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 95/2023 de 11 de julio, he establecido su estructura interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 92/2023 de 10 de julio, de nombramiento de los miembros del Consejo ejecutivo; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto el Decreto de la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Menorca núm. 227/2023, de 17 de noviembre, relativo a la extinción de un departamento y reestructuración del resto de los departamentos (BOIB núm. 158 de 21-11-2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dada la propuesta efectuada por la consejera ejecutiva de Servicios Generales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el marco de lo que establece el artículo 66 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, y de acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere el ordenamiento jurídico vigente, en particular los artículos 21.1 d y 26.4 de la Ley 4/ 2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, y el artículo 92 del Reglamento orgánico de esta institución en relación con el nombramiento de los directores insulares,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Nombrar a la persona que más abajo se señala para ejercer el cargo que se indica, de conformidad con la estructura interna de los diferentes departamentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Dª. Alicia Martí Pons, directora insular de Economía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar esta resolución a la persona interesada, comunicarlo al Servicio de Gestión de las personas y publicar su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), para que tenga efectos desde el mismo día de su publicación . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar cuenta al Pleno, en la primera sesión que tenga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
