    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que por Decreto del presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca núm. 98/2023, de 12 de julio (BOIB núm.97 de 13-07-2023), nombré a la señora Begoña Mercadal Jiménez, directora insular de Promoción Turística y Fondo Europeos;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que, de acuerdo con los artículos 21.1.d), 34 y 37 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, corresponde a la presidencia del Consell Insular, nombrar y cesar libremente a las personas titulares de los órganos directivos de esta administración;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere el ordenamiento jurídico vigente, en particular los artículos citados de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, y el artículo 94 del Reglamento orgánico de esta institución, en relación con el nombramiento y cese de la directora insular;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Cesar en el cargo de directora insular de Promoción Turística y Fondos Europeos, a doña Begoña Mercadal Jiménez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Notificar esta resolución a la interesada y al Servicio de Gestión de Personas y publicar su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), para que tenga efectos desde el mismo día de la publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Dar cuenta al Pleno, en la primera sesión que tenga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
