(BDNS núm. 806696)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bases reguladoras de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa a las asociaciones de ámbito social – año 2024&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es fijar los criterios y el procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas anuales dirigidas a asociaciones de ámbito social sin ánimo de lucro que están inscritas en el registro municipal del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los objetivos de esta convocatoria son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Fomentar, impulsar e incentivar la organización y el desarrollo de actividades y programas en materia de servicios sociales directamente en el municipio de Pollensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Fomentar el tejido asociativo de las entidades de ámbito social con sede o representación en el municipio de Pollensa, mediante la realización de actuaciones para dar visibilidad al trabajo que realizan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Sensibilizar a los ciudadanos en referencia al trabajo de las entidades y asociaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Dar un apoyo a las entidades por parte del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa, cubriendo parte de los gastos que estas actuaciones generen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. BENEFICIARIOS/AS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden solicitar una ayuda en el marco de esta convocatoria las asociaciones o entidades de ámbito social sin ánimo de lucro constituidas legalmente como tales, inscritas en el registro de asociaciones del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa y con sede o representación en el municipio de Pollensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. REQUISITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estar legalmente constituidas como entidades sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Estar legalmente constituidas y debidamente inscritas en el Registro de Asociaciones de la Comunidad de las Islas Baleares. Es requisito imprescindible que también estén inscritas en el registro del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa como entidad de ámbito social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Tener sede social o delegación permanente y de actuación en el municipio de Pollensa. También las que, sin tener su domicilio en el término municipal de Pollensa, realicen sus actividades o por las que resulten beneficiadas los ciudadano de Pollensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Disponer de los medios materiales y personales necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto o de la actividad o las actividades que constituirán el objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas con el Ayuntamiento de Pollensa, así como de las otras obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social que vengan impuestas por la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario que establece el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. (LGS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. ACTIVIDADES Y GASTOS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán ser objeto de subvención los &lt;strong&gt;proyectos&lt;/strong&gt; que hayan llevado a cabo las entidades sin ánimo de lucro que cumplan los requisitos descritos en estas bases y que se hayan realizado entre el &lt;strong&gt;1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2024&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actividades a subvencionar serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1 Actividades de intervención directa dirigidas a la comunidad pollensina, que se lleven a cabo tanto dentro como fuera del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2 Actividades de carácter preventivo y formativo, dirigidas a la población que se atiende dentro o fuera de Pollensa, tanto si la entidad tiene sede como representación en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3 Actividades de sensibilización a la población de Pollensa, de los proyectos y actividades que lleven a cabo la entidad con sede o representación en el municipio. Estos proyectos pueden ser de ámbito local, autonómico, nacional o internacionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No serán subvencionables los programas que promuevan cualquier forma de discriminación ni programas con finalidad lucrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos que serán subvencionables son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Gastos para la adquisición de materiales para la realización de las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Gastos para la difusión de las actividades o del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Gastos de personal contratado para el desarrollo de las actividades para las cuales se solicita la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedan excluidas del procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas establecidas en esta convocatoria los gastos relacionados con obras, gastos de seguros relacionados con la actividad a subvencionar y el arrendamiento de los locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. IMPORTE DE LA CONVOCATORIA Y CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán, de acuerdo con la normativa presupuestaria, al ejercicio 2025. La previsión de la aplicación presupuestaria 231/48040 e importe es de &lt;strong&gt;80.000 euros &lt;/strong&gt;para el ejercicio 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta cuantía total máxima tiene carácter estimado, dado que está condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el momento de la resolución de la concesión. En todo caso, la ejecución del gasto se realizará en la misma anualidad en que se produzca la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el crédito presupuestario que resulte aprobado o prorrogado en el presupuesto del ejercicio 2025 fuera inferior, se ajustará a la baja la propuesta de resolución a los créditos existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se aprueba finalmente este crédito, se anulará el procedimiento, publicando el acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. SOLICITUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán de forma telemática en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), en la cual hay disponible la información de la convocatoria, el modelo de solicitud y los anexos a cumplimentar, así como las publicaciones de la resolución de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud y de la documentación adjunta, también se puede hacer en las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, están obligados a presentar la documentación a través de medios electrónicos los sujetos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Las personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Las personas que ejercen una actividad profesional para la cual se requiere colegiación obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Quién represente una persona interesada que esté obligada a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;diez (10) días naturales&lt;/strong&gt; contadores a partir del día siguiente al 31 de enero de 2025. Previamente se habrá publicado la convocatoria en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para realizar la petición de subvención para la presente convocatoria, se tendrán que presentar tanto los documentos en lo referente a la solicitud como los documentos relativos a la justificación de la totalidad del proyecto y/o actividad. Estos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Documentos relativos a la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anexo 1. Solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Fotocopia de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal de la entidad solicitante. &lt;/strong&gt;Este documento lo puede entregar directamente la entidad solicitante de la subvención o bien marcar la opción del &lt;strong&gt;Anexo 1&lt;/strong&gt; que el Ayuntamiento tiene el documento actualizado en el registro de inscripción como entidad social en el Ayuntamiento de Pollensa y que autoriza a que se incluya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Declaración de miembros directivos&lt;/strong&gt;. Este documento lo puede entregar directamente la entidad solicitante de la subvención o bien marcar la opción del &lt;strong&gt;Anexo 1&lt;/strong&gt; que el Ayuntamiento tiene el documento actualizado o bien en el registro de inscripción como entidad social en el Ayuntamiento de Pollensa o fue aportado a la anterior convocatoria, y que autoriza a que se incluya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Certificación de estar inscrita como entidad social al registro del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa.&lt;/strong&gt; En referencia al certificado de estar al corriente de pago con el Ayuntamiento de Pollensa, lo puede entregar la entidad interesada o bien marcar la opción del &lt;strong&gt;Anexo 1&lt;/strong&gt; que sea el propio Ayuntamiento que lo aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Certificado de estar al corriente de pago con la Agencia Tributaria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Certificado de estar al corriente de pago con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Certificado de estar al corriente de pago con el Ayuntamiento de Pollensa.&lt;/strong&gt; En referencia al certificado de estar al corriente de pago con el Ayuntamiento de Pollensa, lo puede entregar la entidad interesada o bien especificar en la solicitud que sea el propio Ayuntamiento que lo aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Anexo 2. Declaración jurada.&lt;/strong&gt; Se tiene que aportar debidamente cumplimentado el modelo que se anexa a la presente convocatoria, y que refiere a las subvenciones o ayudas procedentes otras administraciones o entidades para la actividad o proyecto presentado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Anexo 3. Declaración responsable.&lt;/strong&gt; Se tiene que aportar debidamente agasajado el modelo que se anexa en las bases de la presente convocatoria y que refiere a no estar sometido a ninguna prohibición para ser beneficiario de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Anexo 4. Certificado de la entidad bancaria.&lt;/strong&gt; Se tiene que aportar debidamente cumplimentado y actualizado, el modelo que se anexa en las bases de la presente convocatoria, en el cual se hará constar el número de cuenta y su titular y firmado y sellado tanto por el titular como por la propia entidad bancaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este anexo se puede sustituir por cualquier otro documento justificativo de la titularidad de la cuenta como por ejemplo certificado emitido directamente por la entidad bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Documentos relativos a la justificación económica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La justificación se tendrá que presentar junto con la solicitud de subvención y los demás documentos mencionados en el anterior apartado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para justificar la subvención solicitada, se tiene que hacer referencia a la &lt;strong&gt;TOTALIDAD del proyecto&lt;/strong&gt; por el cual se ha solicitado la subvención. Esto significa que se tiene que justificar todo el proyecto y no solo la cuantía solicitada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los documentos propios de la justificación a aportar son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Anexo 5. La memoria técnica.&lt;/strong&gt; Se tiene que aportar debidamente cumplimentado el modelo que se anexa en las bases de la presente convocatoria, indicando la información de cada uno de los puntos que incluye. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este modelo refiere a la actuación justificativa, E INCLUYE: nombre del proyecto o actividad, personas destinatarias del proyecto o actividad, breve descripción del proyecto o actividad, objetivo general del proyecto o actividad, objetivos específicos del proyecto o actividad, metodología, datos de ejecución del proyecto/actividad, descripción de las actividades principales, número total de personas beneficiarias del proyecto/actividad, porcentaje de pollensines beneficiarios/as del proyecto/actividad, medios técnicos y humanos, entidades o asociaciones de cariz social que colaboren en el desarrollo de la actividad, presupuesto (ingresos y gastos) y evaluación del proyecto/actividad (indicadores cualitativos y cuantitativos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Anexo 6. Cuenta justificativa.&lt;/strong&gt; Se tiene que aportar debidamente cumplimentado el modelo que se anexa en las bases de la presente convocatoria, sellado por la entidad y firmado por el representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este Anexo 6 incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;La relación clasificada de los gastos y pagos efectuados relacionados con la totalidad de la actividad subvencionada, tanto sea esta subvención total o parcial. Se tendrá que indicar el importe imputable del gasto que se haya destinado al proyecto y/o actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Si la subvención se otorga en base a un presupuesto, se indicarán las desviaciones acontecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Relación de otros ingresos o subvenciones que han financiado la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;Relación de otros documentos a aportar en la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;Declaración de la responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Facturas y/o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa&lt;/strong&gt; incorporados a la relación referida al anexo 6 y, si procede, la documentación acreditativa del pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las facturas originales, acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de las entidades subvencionadas y con su NIF, tienen que expresar claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Fecha de emisión, que tendrá que corresponder al periodo de 01 de enero de 2024 a 31 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Datos fiscales (nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora y de la entidad pagadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Número de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Concepto detallado por el cual se expide, que tendrá que ser suficientemente claro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Importe, desglosando la parte que corresponde al IVA, si procede. Si la operación está exenta de IVA se tiene que mencionar a la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Justificante de pagos de las facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tienen que incluir los justificantes de pagos de IRPF y en la Seguridad Social, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Si procede, otros documentos justificativos que se consideren necesarios y que correspondan al tercer punto del Anexo 6.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Una muestra, si corresponde, del material de difusión de la actividad subvencionada: carteles, folletos de mano y cualquier otro elemento publicitario. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero&lt;/em&gt;. Las bases y el inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se producen de oficio. El &lt;strong&gt;Pleno del Ayuntamiento&lt;/strong&gt; será el órgano encargado de su aprobación. Estas bases se publicarán en el BOIB, en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la web www.ajpollenca.net, para que se puedan presentar las solicitudes durante el plazo establecido en la base sexta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo&lt;/em&gt;. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la regiduría de Bienestar Social que tiene que llevar a cabo las actuaciones a que se refiere el artículo 24 de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una comisión evaluadora se reunirá para examinar si los beneficiarios cumplen todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las subvenciones y evaluar las solicitudes conforme a los criterios de valoración establecidos en estas bases. Se levantará acta de todo lo actuado en esta reunión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La comisión evaluadora estará integrada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidencia: Regidora delegada de Bienestar Social, Residencia Social de Santo Domingo, Salud y Cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretario/aria: Un/a técnico/a del Área de Bienestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocales: Un/a técnico/a del Área de Bienestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Un/a técnico/a del Área de Bienestar Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La comisión técnica evaluadora quedará constituida legalmente con la asistencia del presidente/a, secretario/aria, y de uno de los dos vocales mencionados en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento, y se abrirá un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;cinco (5) días para presentar alegaciones. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá el carácter de definitiva. En otro caso, una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas por los interesados, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que tendrá que expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes a quienes se propone la concesión de la subvención y su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento y se otorgará a los beneficiarios un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;cinco (5) días para que comuniquen su aceptación. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de este plazo no se expresa el contrario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero&lt;/em&gt;. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido el informe de fiscalización por la Intervención municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que sea justificado, se podrá avocar la competencia delegada a la Junta de Gobierno Local mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 0667/2023, de 12 de julio, de conformidad con el dispuesto en el artículo 10.2 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público (LRJSP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución se notificará a todos los solicitantes y se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. PROCEDIMIENTO Y CRITERIOS OBJETIVOS QUE TIENEN QUE REGIR El OTORGAMIENTO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se hará mediante concurrencia competitiva, es decir, a través de la comparación en un único procedimiento de las solicitudes presentadas, con el fin de establecer una relación entre éstas, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración, con el límite del crédito presupuestario disponible para esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La puntuación mínima exigida para poder optar a una subvención es de 5 puntos; la puntuación máxima será la suma de los parciales y podrá llegar hasta los 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dos o más entidades no pueden presentar la solicitud por la presente subvención por el mismo proyecto o actividad, a pesar de que la realicen de forma conjunta. En estos supuestos solo una puede tramitar la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Los criterios&lt;/strong&gt; para hacer la valoración de los proyectos son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• En cuanto al proyecto o actividad presentados, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 7'5 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La coherencia entre objetivos, actividades, programación y calendario (2'5 puntos).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La coordinación con las diversas redes de servicios sociales, públicos o privados (máximo 5 puntos).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* La actividad o proyecto lo lleva a cabo la entidad solicitante de la presente subvención, sin la colaboración de jefe otro entidad pública o privada sin ánimo de lucro (0 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* La actividad o proyecto lo lleva a cabo la entidad solicitante de la presente subvención, con la colaboración de una entidad pública o privada sin ánimo de lucro (2'5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* La actividad o proyecto lo lleva a cabo la entidad solicitante de la presente subvención, con la colaboración de dos o más entidades públicas o privadas sin ánimo de lucro (5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades colaboradoras pueden ser de cariz social, juvenil, cultural... siempre y cuando sean sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• En cuanto a la entidad, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 5 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La capacidad de gestión de la entidad: estructura suficiente y medios necesarios (2'5 puntos)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La experiencia previa de gestión en programas sociales iguales o similares (2'5 puntos)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• En cuanto a la/las necesidad/es objeto del proyecto o actividad, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 7'5 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Que responda a una necesidad real claramente identificada (2'5 puntos).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Que cubra necesidades no atendidas por otras entidades sociales o por&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;la administración pública (2'5 puntos)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Que tengan carácter innovador (2'5 puntos).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;•&lt;strong&gt; En cuanto a la población destinataria, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 20 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Número de beneficiarios/arias del proyecto (máximo 10 puntos) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de 1 a 10 usuarios/as (2'5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de 11 a 20 usuarios/as (5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de 21 a 30 usuarios/as (7'5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan más de 30 usuarios/as (10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- En cuanto a la atención de la población de Pollensa (máximo 10 puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 1% a un 25% de pollensines y/o pollensinas en referencia al total de participantes (2'5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 26% a un 50% de pollensines y/o pollensinas en referencia al total de participantes (5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 51% a un 75% de pollensines y/o pollensinas en referencia al total de participantes (7'5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* A la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 76% a un 100% de pollensines y/o pollensinas en referencia al total de participantes (10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El total de la subvención resultará de la aplicación de los siguientes criterios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. Se dividirá el total de la dotación económica de esta convocatoria entre la suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas de cada una de las solicitudes presentadas conforme al punto anterior. Así se obtendrá el precio por punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. El importe de la subvención será la multiplicación del precio por punto por el total de puntos de cada proyecto aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. Si de la aplicación del segundo punto resulta que el importe obtenido supera el 100% de la solicitud presentada, este remanente pasará a una bolsa común. La cuantía de esta bolsa común se repartirá entre las entidades sin ánimo de lucro que del resultado de la puntuación no puedan percibir el 100% del que han solicitado. El reparto es realizará siguiendo los mismos pasos establecidos desde el punto primero, teniendo en cuenta que en este caso la dotación económica será la cuantía de la bolsa común de remanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Esta fórmula se llevará a cabo hasta que se agote el presupuesto de la actual convocatoria o que todas las entidades que cumplan los requisitos y los plazos, reciban el 100% de la subvención solicitada.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. OBLIGACIONES DE LAS ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias tienen que cumplir las obligaciones previstas a la normativa vigente, y, en particular, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Llevar a cabo la actividad subvencionada que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Justificar la realización de la actividad, como también el cumplimiento de los requisitos y de las condiciones que determinen la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Someterse en cualquier momento del desarrollo de la actividad a las actuaciones de seguimiento y evaluación técnica y a las de control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Comunicar en el Ayuntamiento la solicitud o la obtención otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional. Esta comunicación se tiene que hacer en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;diez días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; a contar a partir de la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de justificar la aplicación que se haya dado al fondo percibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Presentación de una memoria técnica, junto con la justificación económica de la totalidad del proyecto y/o de las actividades por las cuales se ha solicitado la subvención, al presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Hacer constar en la difusión que se haga, la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención de subvenciones incompatibles, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se cumplen con los requisitos del apartado f) y g) podrán ser excluidos por futuras subvenciones por parte del Ayuntamiento de Pollensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIONES (Arte. 30 de la LGS)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se podrá realizar ningún pago si no se acredita de manera fehaciente la realización de la actividad objeto de la subvención, lo cual se hará constar por escrito junto con la presentación de los justificantes de haber realizado la totalidad del gasto que figure en el presupuesto de gastos adjunto con la solicitud de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se rendirá cuenta justificativa, que tendrá que incluir justificantes de gasto o cualquier documento, válido jurídicamente, que permita acreditar el cumplimiento del objeto de la subvención pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta cuenta justificativa tendrá que incluir una declaración de las actividades realizadas que han sido financiadas con la subvención y su coste, con el desglose de cada una de los gastos ocasionados, así como se establece en su punto 6 de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos se tienen que justificar con facturas y otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y copia para compulsar. Si se tienen que devolver las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición de la entidad subvencionada, se tiene que reflejar con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria únicamente dispone de la factura o documento justificativo que acredita el gasto recibido por correo electrónico, se admitirá siempre que con la impresión de la factura se adjunte un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad en que manifieste la imposibilidad o dificultad grave para obtener el documento original y declare que la factura ni se ha utilizado ni se utilizará para justificar ninguno otra&amp;nbsp;subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación relativa a la justificación del proyecto o actividad, se tendrá que presentar al realizar la petición de subvención, junto con la solicitud y los otros documentos acreditativos que se especifican en su punto 6, cumplimentando correctamente los anexos que se adjuntan a las presentes bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. PROCEDIMIENTO DE GESTIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La aprobación del gasto se tendrá que efectuar con carácter previo a la convocatoria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución de la concesión de la subvención comportará el compromiso de gasto correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará después de que el beneficiario haya justificado la realización de la actividad, proyecto, objetivo o comportamiento, y se haya certificado por los servicios técnicos del área de bienestar social hacia la realización de la actividad y cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinó la concesión de la subvención de acuerdo con el artículo 32 de la LGS y 88 RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. REINTEGRO DE SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tendrá que aplicar el artículo 37 de la LGS respecto de las causas de reintegro de las subvenciones, entre otros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a.- Obtención de la subvención falseando las condiciones o escondiendo las que lo hubieran impedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b.- Incumplimiento total o parcial del objetivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c.- Incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o justificación insuficiente o parcial del proyecto y/o actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d.- Incumplimiento de la obligación de adoptar medidas de difusión (del carácter público de la subvención).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e.- Resistencia, excusa, obstrucción o negativa a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El derecho de reconocer o liquidar el reintegro prescribe a los cuatro (4) años, art. 39 de la Ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento de reintegro se tendrá que ajustar a los artículos 41, 42 y 43 de la Ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) No estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias o ante la Seguridad Social impuestas por las disposiciones vigentes, en la manera que se determine por reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.-Que la entidad beneficiaria de la subvención ha ejecutado el proyecto y que la subvención otorgada se ha aplicado a la finalidad para la cual se concedió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.-Que de la ejecución del mencionado proyecto se han derivado los ingresos especificados al apartado 2 y los gastos los justificantes de las cuales se aportan en una relación adjunta; se indica, si procede, la desviación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.- Que las facturas presentadas para justificar la subvención otorgada no superan el valor de mercado y que no se recuperará ni se compensará el IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- Que todos los gastos presentados en esta cuenta justificativa se han abonado en su totalidad al proveedor o suministrador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A fin de justificar la adecuada ejecución del gasto realizado y el fiel cumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual fue concedida la subvención ante el Ayuntamiento de Pollensa, como órgano concediendo, se emite este certificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
