    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, en reunión extraordinaria de fecha &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;30&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;diciembre&lt;/span&gt; de 2024, aprobó por unanimidad, el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;: Rectificar el Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de data 5 de diciembre de 2024, en el sentido que &lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;”&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Autorizar y disponer el gasto de la cantidad de siete millones quinientos setenta y dos mil tres cientos treinta y siete euros con treinta y tres céntimos de euro (7.572.337,33 €.) a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 2310 76200 del presupuesto, a favor del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa con núm. de NIF P0702600-H, distribuidos en las siguientes anualidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 120px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Anualidad 2024: cinco millones ocho cientos mil euros (5.800.000.-€)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 120px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Anualidad 2026: un millón setecientos ochenta y ocho mil novecientos sesenta y ocho euros con dieciocho céntimos de euro (1.772.377,33.-€)».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ha de decir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo :&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta rectificación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
