font-size:12px">3.- Autorizar la modificación contractual, de la Sra. Margarita&nbsp;Palmer&nbsp;Caballero con DNI&nbsp;**4395**, por haber superado el proceso selectivo mediante el procedimiento de concurso de méritos de la categoría de oficial&nbsp;2ª&nbsp;mantenimiento, correspondiendo a la oferta de ocupación pública para la estabilización de la temporalidad de 2021; pasando así a ser personal laboral fijo del Instituto municipal del Deporte de Palma. A efectos presupuestarios se deja constancia que la modificación del contrato, derivado del proceso de estabilización, no supone ninguna modificación al presupuesto de gastos ni incidencia en el cumplimiento de exigencias de los principios de estabilidad presupuestaria financiera a los efectos del previsto en el artículo 7.3 de la Ley Orgánica de estabilidad presupuestaria y sostenibilidad financiera.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.- Requerir a el área de Recursos Humanos y a la Sra. Margarita&nbsp;Palmer&nbsp;Caballero con DNI&nbsp;**4395**, a formalizar el contrato de trabajo como personal laboral fijo del&nbsp;IME&nbsp;en un plazo de tres días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución al&nbsp;BOIB. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.- Nombrar a la Sra. Margarita&nbsp;Palmer&nbsp;Caballero con DNI&nbsp;**4395**como&nbsp;oficial&nbsp;2ª&nbsp;mantenimiento, personal laboral fijo del&nbsp;IME, perteneciendo al nivel 8, de la plantilla del Instituto municipal del Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Palma.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común.
