    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dadas las bases que rigen la concesión de ayudas a acciones para mejorar el conocimiento, la salvaguarda y la difusión del patrimonio histórico de Menorca, incluido el patrimonio cultural inmaterial, y la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2024, fueron aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo día 8 de abril de 2024 y publicadas en el BOIB núm. 58 de 2 de mayo de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de día 29 de julio de 2024 relativo a la aprobación del cambio de los instructores de la convocatoria de ayudas, se publicó en el BOIB núm. 105 de 10 de agosto de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Considerando las reuniones de la Comisión Evaluadora de día 2 de septiembre y 10 de octubre de 2024 y sus propuestas de resolución al consejero ejecutivo de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la Resolución nº. 126/2024, de 27 de octubre de 2024, del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, donde se acordó conceder y denegar las ayudas a acciones para mejorar el conocimiento histórico de Menorca año 2024, que fue publicar en el BOIB núm. 145 de 5 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el informe del administrativo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes y secretario de la Comisión Evaluadora, de día 3 de diciembre de 2024 que figura en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado que la Comisión Evaluadora se reunió el día 2 de diciembre de 2024 para revisar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;un &lt;/span&gt;error en la concesión de las ayudas y que consistía en que no se tuvo en cuenta que los cambios en la puntuación de la línea 2, que están detallados en el acta de día 10 de octubre, afectaban a la distribución del importe de los remanentes de las demás líneas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado que esta corrección implica que existe una entidad a la que no correspondía incrementar la ayuda inicial, y en cambio hay dos a quienes les corresponde un importe superior al previsto, tal y como se especifica en el informe antes transcrito. Estas modificaciones no afectan al crédito global de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado que los miembros de la Comisión se dan por enterados y se muestran conformes en que se rectifiquen los importes de estas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado que el artículo 33.2.K de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, establece como atribución de los consejeros ejecutivos resolver las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, en relación con el Decreto de presidencia núm. 227/2023 de 17 de noviembre, de extinción de un departamento y reestructuración del resto de departamentos (BOIB núm. 158 de 21 de noviembre de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar una corrección de errores de la resolución nº. 126/2024, de 27 de octubre de 2024, del consejero ejecutivo de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes relativa a la concesión de ayudas correspondientes a la convocatoria de ayudas a acciones para mejorar el conocimiento, la salvaguarda y la difusión del patrimonio histórico, incluido el patrimonio cultural inmaterial, de Menorca para el año 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Corregir el acuerdo, en lo que se refiere a la concesión de las ayudas de la línea 2 de intervenciones arqueológicas y paleontológicas, y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo – que no agota la vía administrativa – puede interponerse recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dicho recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la correspondiente resolución, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
