852907 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que mediante acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo en sesión de carácter ordinario <span style="color:#000000">de 10 de junio de 2024 se ha aprobado </span>la convocatoria y las bases que rigen la concesión de ayudas para contratar personal monitor para atender a participantes con discapacidad y/o grado de dependencia a las actividades de ocio educativo y para financiar la participación de estos menores.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que el citado acuerdo se ha publicado en el BOIB núm. 84, de 25 de junio, siendo el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y de justificación para acogerse a estas ayudas desde el 1 al 30 de septiembre de 2024.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que el 26-11-24 se ha notificado a todas las personas interesadas la resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, 2024/CULT/0000139, de fecha 22/11/2024, con la relación provisional de personas físicas y jurídicas admitidas y excluidas de la convocatoria, que han dispuesto de un plazo de 10 días hábiles, para subsanar las deficiencias que han motivado la exclusión.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que la instructora y la comisión evaluadora <span style="color:#000000">han revisado </span>las alegaciones y la documentación aportada y han comprobado que se cumplen los requisitos para la obtención de las ayudas.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto el informe de la instructora de las ayudas de fecha 17-12-24, el acta de la Comisión Evaluadora <span style="color:#000000">reunida el día 16/12/24.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
