&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En fecha 8 de octubre de 2024 se publicó en el BOIB nº. 132 la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, los ejercicios y temario, y el baremo de méritos, y se designa al Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, en el cuerpo de abogacía de la Administración general de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El señor José Ramón Ahicart Sanjosé ha alegado causa de imposibilidad de asistir al Tribunal antes mencionado por motivo de salud, por lo que se justifica la modificación de la designación inicialmente prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En consecuencia, debe designarse un nuevo presidente titular y debe modificarse la composición del Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, en el cuerpo de abogacía de la Administración general de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en el sentido indicado en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El artículo 10 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en relación con el artículo 6.3 c) de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Los artículos 13 y 14 del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aceptar la causa de imposibilidad de asistir presentada por el señor José Ramón Ahicart Sanjosé en el Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, en el cuerpo de abogacía de la Administración general de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears por los motivos alegados en el escrito presentado, por lo que se considera adecuado la modificación de la designación inicialmente prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Modificar la composición del Tribunal Calificador de este proceso selectivo establecido en la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas de 4 de octubre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 132, de 8 de octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Designar a un nuevo presidente titular del citado Tribunal Calificador, en sustitución del que presenta causa de imposibilidad de asistir por motivo de salud, en los términos establecidos en el anexo de esta Resolución..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB (www.caib.es) y en el Portal del Opositor&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;(http://oposicions.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución -que agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de que se haya publicado esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También puede interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
