    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento des Castell, en sesión extraordinaria, celebrada el día &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;23&lt;/span&gt; de diciembre de 202&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;, el Presupuesto municipal para el ejercicio 202&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;, permanecerá expuesto al público este acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar inicialmente el proyecto de presupuesto del 202&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;, y toda la documentación que lo acompaña, el importe global del cual es:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estado de ingresos: &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;20.177.390,41&lt;/span&gt; €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estado de gastos: &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;20.177.390,41&lt;/span&gt; €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la plantilla de personal al servicio de esta corporación, que comprende todas las plazas y los puestos de trabajo reservados a funcionarios de carrera, personal eventual y personal laboral incluidos en el presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar este acuerdo mediante el anuncio correspondiente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con lo que se dispone en el artículo 169 del RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, del texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y exponer dicho anuncio en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, para que todas las personas interesadas puedan examinar el expediente durante un plazo de 15 días y formular las reclamaciones que crean pertinentes. Cabe señalar que si durante este periodo no se presenta ninguna reclamación el Presupuesto se entenderá definitivamente aprobado y se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares resumido por capítulos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Acordar, así mismo, remitir copia certificada de la plantilla de personal aprobada en el presupuesto a la Delegación del Gobierno del Estado de Menorca y al Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
