&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, en sesión ordinaria de día 9 de diciembre de 2024, aprobó entre otros el siguiente ACUERDO que en su parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar el cuadrante anual del servicio de la Policía Local de conformidad con la propuesta presentada, que consta en el expediente núm. 3760/2024 con el nombre NUEVO CUADRANTE POLICÍA 35H.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. La responsabilidad directa del cumplimiento de la jornada y del horario de trabajo corresponde a cada uno de los empleados, estando obligados a registrar todas las entradas y salidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Derogar el acuerdo adoptado el día 29.03.2022 relativo a la aprobación del cuadrante de Policía, desde el momento en que el presente acuerdo sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Este acuerdo será de aplicación a partir del próximo 1 de enero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el nuevo cuadrante anual de la Policía Local de Felanitx en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar el presente acuerdo a los representantes sindicales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;/strong&gt;. Comunicar el present acord al departament de la Policia Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Horario del cuadrante de la Policía Local de Felanitx en la jornada semanal de 35 h&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Composición por dos turnos, uno denominado “DIA” (de 05.50 ha 18.10 h), y otro denominado “NOCHE” (de 17.50 ha 06.10 h).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Secuencia "1-2", es decir, un día laborable y dos días libres, repetitiva de 30 días, dividida en dos partes de 15 días, una de "día" y la siguiente de "noche".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 3 turnos de trabajo adicionales, asignados sistemáticamente 1 dentro de cada cuatrimestre del año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 13 días de vacaciones anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 3 días de permiso por asuntos particulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Supresión de los 6 días “libres compensación” por exceso de jornada contemplados en el anterior cuadrante publicado en el BOIB 46 de 5 de abril de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Disponibilidad voluntaria por cambio de turno, aplicando un factor corrector horario equivalente a 2 h en tiempo de descanso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Días de permisos y licencias determinados por la legislación actual, prorrateados a razón de la adaptación correspondiente de los turnos de 12h y 20min, que se redondeará al alza en caso de que la fracción resultante sea más de 0,5 a favor del interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aplicación de los factores correctores aprobados por Mesa General, consistentes en 1,4 por los servicios prestados en días festivos y 1,2 por los servicios nocturnos prestados en días laborables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al disfrute de horas de compensación en tiempo de descanso dentro de períodos que contemplan factor corrector horario se aplicará la parte correspondiente del coeficiente corrector, exceptuando el disfrute en tiempo de descanso de las horas de compensación por formación autorizada, que conforme al artículo 22, apartado h, del texto articulado del pacto sobre condiciones generales de trabajo de los funcionarios del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, sólo se podrán aplicar a los turnos a los que lo sea de aplicación el factor corrector horario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de convertirse en déficit de jornada, se posibilitará ser compensado por la persona interesada a través de la aportación de compensaciones de horas de formación u otras previamente acumuladas en tiempo de descanso, en caso contrario, las horas correspondientes serán asignadas por la Jefatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de convertirse en exceso de jornada, se introducirá la acumulación de compensación de horas en tiempo de descanso, a disposición de la persona interesada, disfrute el cual estará condicionado a las necesidades del servicio conforme la Jefatura.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
