&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OFERTA DE OCUPACIÓN PÚBLICA 2024 PARA PLAZAS DE PROMOCIÓN INTERNA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1.Vista la aprobación final de la modificación de la plantilla del año 2024, publicada en el BOIB núm. 164 de fecha 14 de diciembre de 2024, por la cual se incorporan a la plantilla las siguientes plazas a cubrir por promoción interna:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Vista la negociación previa de la Oferta de ocupación pública para el ejercicio 2024, correspondiente a las plazas de promoción interna, con los representantes sindicales del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí en las Mesas de Negociación de fechas 7 y 25 de noviembre de 2024, en las cuales se acordó su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3.
