    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 29 de noviembre de 2024, el Consejo de Administración de Gestión de Emergencias de las Illes Balears, SAU (GEIBSAU), reunido en sesión ordinaria, aprueba la oferta de empleo público del ente para el año 2024, junto con la inclusión de las plazas descritas en el anexo, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la oferta ordinaria de empleo público correspondiente al personal laboral de la sociedad mercantil pública Gestión de Emergencias de las Illes Balears, SAU para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Ofrecer los puestos de trabajo por el correspondiente turno a la oferta pública conforme al siguiente desglose:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1 puesto de trabajo vacante de personal laboral, turno libre, correspondiente a las plazas de naturaleza estructural con dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2 puestos de trabajo por promoción interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reservar una cuota mínima de un 7&amp;nbsp;% del total de las vacantes objeto de la oferta para que sean cubiertas por personas con un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;%, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.1 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, y el resto de normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Disponer que las convocatorias de ejecución de la oferta pública se desarrollarán en el plazo improrrogable de tres años desde su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quinto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Establecer que la articulación de los correspondientes procesos selectivos deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de los principios de libre concurrencia, igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sexto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Hacer constar que e&lt;/span&gt;l orden jurisdiccional social será el competente para resolver las controversias derivadas de este acuerdo, de conformidad con la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social, sin que pueda interponerse recurso alguno en vía administrativa ni reclamación previa a la vía jurisdiccional social, sin perjuicio de que pueda presentarse una reclamación ante el órgano que acuerda esta oferta pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Séptimo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar el presente acuerdo en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La oferta de empleo público para el año 2024 de la sociedad mercantil pública Gestión de Emergencias de las Illes Balears, SAU (GEIBSAU) se subrogará, en caso de extinción del ente, a favor de la entidad pública empresarial Gestión de Emergencias de las Illes Balears (GEIB), en los términos previstos en el proyecto de cesión global de activos y pasivos aprobado por el Consejo de Administración de GEIBSAU de día 3 de septiembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
