    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB), establece en el artículo 15 la competencia para ordenar la inserción de edictos en el BOIB y, en el punto 4, especifica que las instituciones o entes públicos no citados en los tres primeros puntos deben acreditar los órganos y las personas que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, están facultados para ordenar o solicitar la inserción de textos en el BOIB. Si no hay acreditación específica, se debe entender que corresponde a quien ejerza la representación del órgano, el ente o la institución que emana el texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 27 de los estatutos de la Fundación, la Dirección Gerencia de la Fundación tiene la competencia para desarrollar la política de personal aprobada por el Patronato y, con esta finalidad, seleccionar el personal, suscribir o rescindir los contratos, ejecutar los acuerdos del Patronato en materia de retribuciones, acordar las sanciones, ejercer la dirección superior del personal al servicio de la Fundación y mantener las relaciones con los órganos de representación del personal, además de todas aquellas actuaciones que en esta materia le sean encomendadas, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden a la Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Fundación tiene encomendadas, entre otras, las funciones de gestionar medios y recursos al servicio de ejecución de programas de investigación clínica, básica y aplicada, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en el campo de la salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para poder llevar a cabo estas funciones, la Fundación necesita convocar una plaza de técnico o técnica superior en investigación con especialización en biomedicina, del grupo profesional A, para el proyecto «Medición de interleucina 5 para dirigir la terapia biológica en el asma grave» (SYN 23/05)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 23.2 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del Sector Público Instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, establece los criterios que han de seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma en la contratación de personal laboral, y prevé que «la selección del personal se ajustará a los sistemas y los procedimientos que se establecen en la Ley de la función pública de las Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, disponen que se deben aplicar los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad en las contrataciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El apartado segundo B del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de febrero de 2007, de modificación del ámbito de aplicación y de determinación del alcance de control del punto 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de diciembre de 1995, prevé la contabilidad y la rendición de cuentas de las empresas públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en lo referente a la selección del personal de los entes públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, y en el ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuye el artículo 28.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de los estatutos fundacionales vigentes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proceso para la selección de una plaza de técnico o técnica superior en investigación con especialización en biomedicina, del grupo profesional A, para el proyecto «Medición de interleucina 5 para dirigir la terapia biológica en el asma grave» (SYN 23/05) con los requisitos, las características y los criterios de selección siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. Requisitos de participación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en posesión de la titulación de doctorado en el ámbito sanitario o de la biomedicina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar como mínimo el nivel B2 de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tener la nacionalidad española u otra nacionalidad en los casos en que el artículo 57 del Texto refundido del Estatuto básico del empleado público (TREBEP) permita el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es necesario tener nacionalidad española, de otros estados miembros de la Unión Europea o de aquellos estados a los que, en virtud de tratados internacionales suscritos por la Unión Europea y ratificados por España, les sea aplicable la libre circulación de trabajadores. También serán admitidos el cónyuge, los descendientes y descendientes del cónyuge, tanto de españoles y españolas como de nacionales de los otros estados miembros de la Unión Europea, independientemente de su nacionalidad, siempre que los cónyuges no estén separados de derecho y los descendientes sean menores de 21 años o mayores de esta edad, pero vivan a cargo de sus progenitores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas extranjeras a las que se refieren los apartados anteriores, así como aquellas con residencia legal en España, podrán acceder a las administraciones públicas como personal laboral, en igualdad de condiciones que españoles y españolas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poseer la capacidad funcional para desempeñar las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas con una discapacidad reconocida serán admitidas en la realización de las pruebas libres sin necesidad de acreditar sus condiciones psíquicas, físicas y sensoriales antes de que comiencen, sin perjuicio de que, superado el proceso selectivo, en presentar la documentación para ser nombradas o contratadas, deban acreditar, como el resto de personas aspirantes, su capacidad para desarrollar las funciones y tareas de los puestos de trabajo que se convocan y para prestar el servicio público correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, en caso de que se acceda por la cuota de reserva de personas con discapacidad, será necesario tener legalmente reconocida una discapacidad de grado igual o superior al 33 % y acreditarla. Este caso solo se contempla en el concurso-oposición de estabilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante, y de acuerdo con el Decreto 66/1999, de 9 de marzo, sobre el acceso a la función pública de las personas con discapacidad y de los equipos de valoración multiprofesional, las personas que se presenten a un proceso selectivo, sea libre o por turno reservado, y soliciten alguna adaptación para hacer las pruebas, así lo deberán hacer constar expresamente en la solicitud de participación y especificar de qué tipo (tiempo o medios materiales). En este caso, también se deberá aportar la certificación pertinente en la que conste el tipo y grado de disminución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A tales efectos, los órganos técnicos de selección decidirán sobre las peticiones de adaptaciones que se efectúen. Con esta finalidad podrán requerir un informe sobre la solicitud de adaptación a los equipos de valoración multiprofesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haber sufrido un despido mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de ninguna entidad del sector público, de órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni estar en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no estar en inhabilitación o en situación equivalente ni haber recibido sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado y en los mismos términos, el acceso al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cumplimentar el formulario de inscripción (anexo 2) y el formulario de autoevaluación (anexo 3) de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar la descripción del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;currículum vitae&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (CV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valorarán los CV de las personas que no cumplan los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Preparar el plan de inclusión de pacientes en el proyecto de investigación clínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Registrar los pacientes en el cuaderno electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Preparar y actualizar la documentación de la carpeta del estudio clínico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitar pruebas complementarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes se pueden presentar en el registro físico de la Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Illes Balears o mediante el correo electrónico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[1]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la unidad de Recursos Humanos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;idisba.convocatorias@ssib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Se ha de indicar el código de expediente «2024-46-NAIDISBA» en el asunto del correo electrónico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes deberán presentar junto con la solicitud la documentación acreditativa de los requisitos y de los méritos que aleguen en la forma que establecen estas bases. No se podrá valorar ningún mérito que no se haya acreditado con la aportación de la documentación correspondiente dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los errores de hecho, materiales o aritméticos que puedan advertirse en la solicitud podrán ser corregidos en cualquier momento de oficio o a petición del interesado o de la interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IV. Admisión de las personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez vencido el plazo para presentar las solicitudes y la documentación requerida para participar en el procedimiento de selección, la Dirección Gerencia del IdISBa dictará una resolución para declarar aprobada la lista provisional de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con la indicación de las causas de exclusión. Esta resolución se publicará en la página web del IdISBa (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.idisba.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes excluidas u omitidas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contando a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, para enmendar el defecto que motivara su exclusión u omisión, así como para adjuntar, en caso pertinente, la documentación que sea preceptiva. En el caso de no subsanar o adjuntar la documentación indicada, se entenderá que desisten en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vencido este plazo, se dictará una resolución mediante la cual se aprobará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas del proceso selectivo. En esta resolución se indicarán las instrucciones para que quien desee seguir con la entrevista pueda confirmar su asistencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se abrirá un plazo de 3 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones de las puntuaciones obtenidas en la lista definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;V. Reserva a favor de las personas con discapacidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Existe en el IdISBa una reserva del 7 % de los lugares de trabajo para personas con discapacidad, según el Real Decreto Ley 5/2015 del TREBEP. No obstante, esta plaza no está reservada para este fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de actuación del tribunal se ajustará en todo momento a lo dispuesto en la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento común, así como en el resto de disposiciones vigentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez finalizado el proceso selectivo, el tribunal calificador elaborará una resolución definitiva de todas las personas aspirantes, ordenada según la puntuación total obtenida, de mayor a menor, que implicará la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo para los dos años siguientes en el puesto ofertado en la publicación de la oferta, con priorización del mismo orden de puntuación. Esta resolución se publicará en la web de la Fundación (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.idisba.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los requisitos y méritos que aleguen las personas aspirantes se deben acreditar mediante la presentación de copia o copia compulsada de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Experiencia profesional: mediante certificado firmado por la persona responsable de la entidad donde se han prestado los servicios con especificación del tiempo de experiencia en los diferentes ámbitos que se valoran en esta convocatoria. En caso de no ser posible, es necesario presentar el contrato y la vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Cursos, seminarios, becas, etc.: copia de los certificados o diplomas acreditativos de los cursos que se han llevado a cabo, con expresión del número de horas de duración de la acción formativa o ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Conocimientos orales y escritos de idiomas: mediante copia de certificado expedida por el órgano competente (EOI, Consejería, UIB u otras universidades o centros de acreditación de reconocido prestigio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos se tienen que acreditar con referencia a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicaciones científicas en revistas indexadas en el ámbito de las enfermedades respiratorias (0.05 por publicación; 0.8 puntos máx.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La persona candidata deberá aportar en la entrevista los documentos originales para poder cotejarlos en caso de no haberlos aportado ya cotejados previamente junto con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
