    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El 29 de diciembre de 2022 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 169 la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 22 de diciembre de 2022 por la que se convocan las ayudas, para los años 2023 a 2027, para la reestructuración y reconversión de viñedos correspondientes a la Intervención Sectorial del Vino (ISV 2024-2027).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Resolución fue modificada por medio de la Resolución de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 6 de marzo de 2023 (BOIB núm. 30, de 9 de marzo de 2023) y, posteriormente, por la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 18 de abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Real decreto 905/2022, de 25 de octubre, por el que se regula la Intervención Sectorial Vitivinícola en el marco del Plan Estratégico de la Política Agrícola Común (BOE núm. 257, de 26 de octubre de 2022), indica en su artículo 13.8 &lt;em&gt;in fine&lt;/em&gt; la necesidad de actualizar, periódicamente y como máximo cada dos años, el valor de los baremos estándares cuando la ayuda se otorgue aplicando baremos estándares de costes unitarios, siempre que haya una indexación o cambio económico. Una vez transcurridos dos años desde la fijación del valor de estos baremos, en el contexto económico actual, procede actualizar los costes unitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 6.4 del Real decreto 905/2022, de 25 de octubre, establece las operaciones subvencionables, de las que las comunidades autónomas establecerán qué acciones son subvencionables en su territorio, de acuerdo con el artículo 6.6 del Real decreto 905/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 58.1 del Reglamento (UE) 2021/2115 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 2 de diciembre de 2021, estas acciones deben buscar la finalidad de incrementar la competitividad, adaptar los cultivos al cambio climático y hacerlo medioambiental más sostenible. Por este motivo, se solicitó a la Universidad de las Illes Balears un estudio sobre la caracterización climática de las Illes Balears y la adaptación al cambio climático de diferentes tipos de acciones a llevar a cabo. En este estudio se revelan los beneficios de los sistemas de conducción, como el vaso, en cuanto a la adaptación al cambio climático y a la disminución del consumo d&lt;em&gt;e input&lt;/em&gt;s y la mejora de la producción, de manera que se procede a su inclusión como contenido del anexo 2 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, en el artículo 9.2 de este Real decreto se establece que las comunidades autónomas podrán establecer criterios de prioridad adicionales, objetivos y no discriminatorios, de acuerdo con su estrategia y los objetivos estratégicos que los justifiquen. En este sentido, se han añadido criterios para valorar la producción sostenible y el mantenimiento de la superficie total de viñedo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 6.1.&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; del Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio, de creación del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears, y a propuesta del director gerente del FOGAIBA, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se modifica la &lt;/span&gt;Resolución de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 22 de diciembre de 2022 por la que se convocan las ayudas, para los años 2023 a 2027, para la reestructuración y reconversión de viñedos correspondientes a la Intervención Sectorial del Vino (ISV 2024-2027), publicada en el BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de diciembre de 2022, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El primer parágrafo del punto 3 del apartado quinto queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«3. La participación en los costes de la reestructuración y de la reconversión del viñedo solo se podrá efectuar para las acciones que se indican en el anexo 1 y será el detalle del anexo 2».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El punto 2.B del apartado séptimo queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«B. Para la operación de cada viticultor (la orden de las operaciones será de más en menos superficie):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Primera operación: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Segunda operación: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tercera operación: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Con unificación de parcelas: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Con disminución de densidad de plantación de al menos un 10,00% por la modificación del marco de plantación con respecto a la plantación anterior: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Con resultado final de parcela de secano, con el compromiso implícito de no instalar ningún sistema de riego en diez campañas a contar desde la siguiente campaña en la que se solicita el pago final: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Por el uso exclusivo de autorizaciones de plantación generadas en las Illes Balears: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los criterios de los guiones cuarto, quinto, sexto y séptimo solo son aplicables a las convocatorias tercera y cuarta correspondientes a los años 2025 y 2026, respectivamente, de acuerdo con lo previsto en esta Resolución».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Se modifica el anexo 2, que queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Anexo 2. Baremos estándares de costes unitarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Replantación con o sin sistema de conducción &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Manual planta injertada: 2,11 €/u.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Manual planta no injertada: 1,59 €/u.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Protectores que rodean la planta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Colocación manual de tutores: 0,33 €/u.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Colocación manual de protectores: 0,46 €/u.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(1) Es necesario aportar 200 UF/ha para tener derecho a esta ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(2) Es necesario aportar 25 tn/ha para tener derecho a esta ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(3) Los sistemas de despedregado son excluyentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(4) Espaldera: sistema de conducción encima de soportes que mantiene la vegetación en vertical con al menos 1,0 m de altura, medida desde el último hilo y con un mínimo de dos niveles de hilos, uno de ellos doble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(5) Vaso bajo: con el tronco principal que no supera los 30 cm de altura, crecimiento libre en forma globosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(6) Vaso elevado: con una estructura para dirigir los sarmientos anuales del viñedo, formada por soportes e hilos de sujeción parecidos a la espaldera, o con el primer hilo doble fijo y el hilo superior flexible que se puede subir cada año, todo ello manteniendo la estructura de la planta en forma de vaso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(7) Elevación individualizada: con un tutor vertical como mínimo de 1,5 metros de altura y un diámetro mínimo de 4 cm en caso de ser de madera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(8) Para tener derecho a esta ayuda, el viñedo debe tener un mínimo de 3 años, desde la notificación de la plantación en el Registro vitícola».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Resolución deberá comunicarse a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y deberá publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
