    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1. La isla de Ibiza en conjunto, y el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia en concreto, presentan un déficit importante en número de estudiantes universitarios o de ciclos formativos de grado superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2. El déficit de estudiantes se debe, entre otros motivos, a la dificultad y sobreesfuerzo, sobre todo a nivel económico, que supone para las familias tener un miembro o más de la unidad familiar cursando una carrera universitaria o un ciclo de grado formativo fuera de la isla. Debemos tener en cuenta que la oferta de carreras universitarias o ciclos formativos, sobre todo de grado superior, que se pueden cursar en Ibiza es absolutamente escasa. Este hecho conlleva que las familias que tienen miembros de la unidad familiar estudiando fuera de la isla tienen que pagar los gastos académicos propios de dichos estudios y, además, transporte y vivienda, lo que supone un gasto adicional que otros estudiantes que viven en zonas universitarias no tienen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3. Por otra parte, cada vez se valora más que los estudiantes puedan tener la oportunidad de formarse en el extranjero. Esta experiencia les aporta un gran enriquecimiento no solo en el ámbito académico sino en el personal ya que implica aprender a desenvolverse en diferentes entornos culturales, lingüísticos y profesionales pero también supone un alto coste para las familias que han de sufragar los gastos de la misma. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.4. El Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia sabe que un municipio que facilita e incentiva que sus miembros puedan llegar a niveles formativos superiores es un municipio rico porque invierte en cultura y en futuro: en los futuros gestores que tendrá la sociedad. Es por este motivo que establece esta línea de ayudas dirigida a estudiantes universitarios y de ciclos formativos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.5. El objetivo de esta convocatoria es dar apoyo económico, mediante la convocatoria de ayudas de 950,00 € cada una, a los estudiantes del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia que cursen estudios universitarios o ciclos formativos de grado medio o grado superior fuera de la isla, durante el curso 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.6. Además de mantener ayudas para los estudiantes universitarios o de ciclos formativos que participen en el Programa Erasmus, también se quiere dar apoyo económico a los estudiantes que cursen estudios universitarios completos fuera del Estado español. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. RÉGIMEN APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1. La presente convocatoria se somete a la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, al Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, a la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (BOIB n.º 95, de 17 de julio de 2021) y al Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia para los ejercicios 2024-2026 (BOIB n.º 36, de 14 de marzo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2. Estas ayudas están exentas de retención del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas, en virtud del artículo 7.&lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 35/2006, de 28 de noviembre, del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas y de modificación parcial de las leyes de los impuestos sobre sociedades, sobre la renta de no residentes y sobre el patrimonio (BOE n.º 285, de 29-11-2006). Asimismo, es de aplicación la Ley orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal (BOE n.º 298, de 14-12-1999, y suplemento en catalán n.º 17, de 30-12-1999).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.3. Esta convocatoria se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, en el de la página web del Ayuntamiento y en el de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep (www.santjosep.org), y será publicada en el BOIB y en la BDNS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4. Si las subvenciones concedidas lo fueran por el hecho de estar en una determinada situación, no se exigirá más justificación que la de la acreditación del cumplimiento de las condiciones para su otorgamiento, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 30.7 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. CONSIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA Y CUANTÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La cuantía máxima de las ayudas que se podrá conceder en esta convocatoria es de 240.000,00 €, con cargo a la partida 326148017 con fondos de financiación municipal, condicionada a lo dispuesto en el correspondiente presupuesto de la corporación para el año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Según lo establecido en el artículo 56 del Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el expediente se tramitará en la modalidad de tramitación anticipada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. CONDICIONES GENERALES DE LOS SOLICITANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Podrán acogerse a esta convocatoria los estudiantes empadronados en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia que cursan estudios universitarios o ciclos formativos de grado medio o superior durante el curso 2024-2025 en centros de fuera de la isla, y que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Estar empadronados de forma continuada en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia desde antes del 1 de enero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Cursar los siguientes estudios, que deben ser presenciales o semipresenciales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;.1) Cursar en centros de fuera de la isla durante el curso 2024-2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#545454"&gt;—C&lt;/span&gt;iclos formativos de grado medio o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#545454"&gt;—E&lt;/span&gt;nseñanzas universitarias oficiales. Se incluyen dentro de estos estudios: estudios de grado (o equivalente), el máster oficial y el doctorado (RD1393/2007, de 29 de octubre y RD 43/2015, de 2 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;.2) Ser estudiante universitario o de ciclo formativo de un centro de Ibiza o de fuera de la isla que participe en el curso 2024-25 en un programa Erasmus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;.3) Ser estudiante universitario o de máster en una universidad extranjera o centro equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Haber cursado estudios reglados durante el curso 2023-2024. Se entiende por estudios reglados los que componen el sistema educativo español (educación preescolar y educación infantil, educación primaria, ESO, bachillerato, formación profesional, formación universitaria con títulos universitarios oficiales, enseñanzas de régimen especial: artísticas e idiomas) o en el caso de estudiantes del grupo b.3 haber cursado estudios del sistema educativo del país donde continúan los estudios durante el curso 24-25. Si no se han cursado estudios reglados durante el curso 2023-24 se deberá presentar una declaración responsable (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Haber aprobado durante el curso 2023-2024 o durante el último curso en que se cursaron estudios reglados, como mínimo, la mitad de los créditos que corresponderían al curso completo correspondiente o el total de créditos que quedan pendientes para finalizar los estudios. En caso de estudiantes que se hayan matriculado en asignaturas de cursos diferentes se hará la media de créditos de un curso dividiendo el total de créditos de los estudios universitarios o ciclo que se curse por los cursos en los que estén distribuidos los estudios universitarios o ciclo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) Estar matriculado, como mínimo, de la mitad de los créditos del curso 2024-25 o de todos los créditos que quedaban pendientes para finalizar los estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el propio Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) No hallarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad y cumplir los requisitos que fija el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) Acreditar el cumplimiento de obligaciones en materia de reintegro de subvenciones que establece el artículo 25 del RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. RÉGIMEN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.1. La concesión de la subvención se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia no competitiva. Sólo podrán obtener subvención aquellos solicitantes que, reuniendo los requisitos exigidos, cumplan las condiciones señaladas en la base 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.2. Se establece como único medio de notificación de todos los actos de trámite y resolutorios o definitivos del presente procedimiento el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, el de la página web del Ayuntamiento y el de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep (www.santjosep.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.3. En caso de que el total de ayudas que se deban conceder supere la consignación presupuestaria, se reducirán proporcionalmente las cantidades concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.4. Las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria son compatibles con otras ayudas efectuadas por cualquier otra administración pública o institución privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. SOLICITUD, PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.1. Las instancias se dirigirán a la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep y se presentarán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia o en la forma establecida en el art. 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En este caso se deberá pasar aviso por correo electrónico a la dirección: normalitzacio@santjosep.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.2. Los solicitantes de la subvención deberán adjuntar a la solicitud (anexo I) la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Identificación de quien suscribe la solicitud y del carácter con que lo hace, mediante copia del DNI, NIF u otro documento acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Identificación de quién será el beneficiario, mediante copia del DNI, NIF u otro documento acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Declaración responsable de estar empadronado en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia de manera continuada desde antes del 1 de enero de 2024 (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Declaración responsable por parte del beneficiario, si es mayor de edad, de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, y autorización al Ayuntamiento para solicitar a la Agencia Tributaria y a la Seguridad Social los datos del solicitante que sean necesarios. En caso de ser menor de edad, la declaración deberá ser firmada por el padre, madre o tutor legal (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) Declaración responsable del beneficiario, si es mayor de edad, de no encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad y cumplir los requisitos que fija el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y cumplir las obligaciones en materia de reintegro de subvenciones. En caso de ser menor de edad, la declaración deberá ser firmada por el padre, madre o tutor legal (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) Certificación académica de las notas del curso 2023-2024 o, en el caso de presentar el anexo III, del último curso en que se cursaron estudios reglados. Se aceptarán también extractos de expediente académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) Certificado de matrícula de los estudios del curso 2024-2025 para los que solicita la ayuda. Se aceptará también copia de la matrícula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de ser menor de edad, la solicitud deberá ser firmada por el padre, madre o tutor legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.3. Plazo de presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 30 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de la presente convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.4. Enmiendas de defectos de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos establecidos en la normativa de la convocatoria, el órgano instructor requerirá, según establece la base 5.2, a la persona interesada que la subsane en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de 10 días y le debe indicar que, si no lo hace, se le tendrá por desistido de la solicitud, previa resolución que se dictará en los términos previstos en el art. 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.5. Un mismo aspirante no podrá obtener más de una ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. ÓRGANO COLEGIADO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.1. El órgano colegiado realizará la valoración técnica de las solicitudes y elevará el informe al órgano instructor, el cual formulará propuesta de resolución que, cuando sea definitiva, elevará al órgano resolutorio para las oportunas concesiones de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.2. Estará formado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Presidencia: la concejala de Educación o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Un/a técnico/a del Departamento de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Un/a técnico/a del Departamento de Educación y Cultura u otro departamento del Área de Ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Un miembro del personal administrativo del Departamento de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Secretario/a: la de la corporación o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El órgano colegiado tiene atribuidas las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Analizar y valorar las solicitudes de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos en la base 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Formular el informe de evaluación y elevarlo al órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Resolver cualquier duda que se presente en la interpretación y aplicación de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.1. El órgano instructor del procedimiento será un/a técnico/a del Departamento de Educación, que tiene atribuidas las funciones establecidas en el artículo 24 de la Ley general de subvenciones y en el artículo 12 de la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del informe del órgano colegiado, formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional debidamente motivada, que deberá notificarse a los interesados concediéndoles un plazo de 10 días, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la propuesta, para presentar alegaciones y, en su caso, requerirles que presenten la documentación que acredite la realidad de los datos afirmados en la declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Examinadas las alegaciones que, en su caso, hubieren presentado los interesados, el órgano instructor, previo informe del órgano colegiado, formulará la propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar la relación de personas solicitantes para las que se propone la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se elevará al órgano competente para resolver, que dictará resolución definitiva con la lista de los solicitantes que hayan obtenido ayudas y la cuantía de las ayudas concedidas, que se notificará de conformidad con lo expuesto en la base 5.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La resolución de concesión, de acuerdo con el artículo 14.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, deberá contener la relación de personas beneficiarias a las que se otorga ayuda con las cuantías individualizadas así como la desestimación y la no concesión, por desistimiento, renuncia al derecho o imposibilidad material sobrevenida de las solicitudes no atendidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.2. El órgano competente para resolver las convocatorias de subvenciones es el alcalde de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, sin perjuicio de que pueda ser asistido por la Junta de Gobierno Local, según las atribuciones que le confiere el artículo 23.2&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local y en relación con el artículo 10.4 de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La resolución será pública de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 18.2 de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones y en el artículo 17 de la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo máximo para la resolución y notificación del procedimiento es de seis meses desde la fecha de publicación de la correspondiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. DIFUSIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN CONCEDIDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por la naturaleza de esta subvención no es preceptivo establecer medidas de difusión de la subvención concedida al beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. RÉGIMEN DE RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la resolución que recaiga en este procedimiento, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa, se podrán interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—El recurso de reposición, potestativo, ante el órgano que dictará la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de esta resolución. Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de la desestimación del recurso de reposición. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la presunta desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—O, directamente, el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación del acuerdo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
