&lt;p&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución del director general de Pesca de 24 de noviembre de 2022, se publicó el censo de embarcaciones de pesca profesional de artes menores de la Reserva Marina del Freu de sa Dragonera.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. El 5 de noviembre de 2024 el Servicio de Recursos Marinos informó a la Federación Balear de Cofradías de Pescadores, en la Cofradía de Palma y en la Cofradía de Andratx de la necesidad de actualizar el censo y de las embarcaciones que cumplen los requisitos del artículo 3.1 del Decreto 62/2016, de 7 de octubre, por el que se establece la Reserva Marina de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt; Freu de sa Dragonera y se regulan las actividades de extracción de flora y fauna marina y las actividades subacuáticas.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3. El 28 de noviembre de 2024 se emitió informe del Servicio de Recursos Marinos con la relación de embarcaciones que cumplen los requisitos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. El artículo 3.1 del Decreto 41/2015, de 22 de mayo, por el que se regulan las actividades de extracción de flora o fauna marina y las actividades subacuáticas en las reservas marinas de las aguas interiores del litoral de las Illes Balears, dispone que cada dos años debe publicarse, mediante una resolución del director general de Pesca y Medio Marino, el censo de embarcaciones de pesca profesional autorizadas revisado.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;dispone que la Conselleria&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de&lt;/span&gt; Pesca y Alimentación ejerce, entre otros, la competencia en materia de pesca.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Publicar el censo de embarcaciones de pesca profesional de artes menores autorizadas para la pesca en la Reserva Marina del Freu de sa Dragonera por un período de dos años, que estará formado por las embarcaciones que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante la consellera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de de acuerdo con lo que establecen los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/p&gt;
