    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 3010/2024, de 25 de noviembre de 2024, del ayuntamiento de Alcudia, se ha aprobado la convocatoria y las bases reguladoras del procedimiento selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de Técnico/a de la Administración General del Área de Urbanismo, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cosa que hacemos pública en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del sitio web del ayuntamiento de Alcudia, a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprobar las bases reguladoras del proceso selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de Técnicos de Administración General, para poder disponer de un mecanismo que permita cubrir las vacantes que se originen en el área de urbanismo, y excepcionalmente para otras áreas del Ayuntamiento,&amp;nbsp;y convocar el mencionado procedimiento selectivo, de acuerdo con el establecido en las mencionadas bases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenar la publicación de las bases y de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en el tablón de anuncios electrónico de la página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES PARA LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE UNA BOLSA DE TRABAJO DE TÉCNICO DE ADMINISTRACIÓN GENERAL DEL ÁREA DE URBANISMO POR CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. - OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de la presente convocatoria es la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de personal funcionario para los posibles nombramientos que se puedan llevar a cabo por los motivos indicados en el artículo 10 del RDLEG 5/2015, de 30 de octubre por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, de la categoría Técnico de Administración General, subgrupo A1, del área de urbanismo, del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia o de su sector público, con el fin de atender situaciones temporales o circunstanciales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalmente, por causas de necesidad y urgencia previamente motivadas, será posible el nombramiento de funcionarios para ocupar puestos de trabajo de la categoría de Técnico de Administración General otras áreas del Ayuntamiento.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de selección será el de concurso-oposición.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDA.- FUNCIONES&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las funciones generales a realizar, a título enunciativo y sin carácter exhaustivo, son las siguientes:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Responsabilizarse, dentro del área de Urbanismo, de la dirección, programación, estudio, propuesta, coordinación, gestión, control e inspección, preparación de normativa, asesoramiento, representación y, en general, aquellas funciones de nivel superior comunes a la actividad administrativa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA.- REQUISITOS DE LOS ASPIRANTES&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para acceder a este puesto de trabajo, será necesario:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española sin perjuicio del que establece el artículo 57 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tener 16 años cumplidos y no haber llegado a la edad de jubilación forzosa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en posesión, o estar en condiciones de obtenerlo en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, de la titulación universitaria exigida para el ingreso en los cuerpos o escalas clasificados en el grupo A, subgrupo A1, de acuerdo con el que prevé el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del empleado público. En caso de titulaciones obtenidas al extranjero, se tendrá que estar en posesión de la credencial que acredite su homologación.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desarrollo de las funciones correspondientes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditar los conocimientos de lengua catalana correspondientes al nivel C1, mediante certificado, diploma, título o equivaliendo expedido por el órgano competente en materia de política lingüística del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares o equivalente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar 18 meses de experiencia en el área de urbanismo como técnico del subgrupo A1, a cualquier administración pública.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los requisitos establecidos en los apartados anteriores se tendrán que cumplir en fecha del último día del plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTA.- FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las instancias para participar en el proceso selectivo se tienen que formalizar según el modelo que figura en el Anexo I de las presentes bases, dirigida a la Sra. Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, y se presentarán en el registro general de este Ayuntamiento o en cualquier de las formas previstas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (en lo sucesivo LPACAP). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitido, y tomar parte en el procedimiento selectivo, los aspirantes tendrán que manifestar en las instancias que reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas en la base tercera de esta convocatoria, adjuntando una copia simple del Documento Nacional de Identidad, de la titulación requerida y del certificado de conocimientos de nivel C1 de catalán. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Junto con la instancia, los aspirantes tendrán que presentar la autobaremación del Anexo I junto con aquellos documentos que acrediten los méritos de los que sean titulares a valorar por el Tribunal. Los documentos tendrán que ser copias auténticas. Los méritos o servicios a tener en cuenta estarán referidos a la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso se valorarán los méritos alegados no justificados debidamente antes de la finalización del plazo de presentación de instancias. En ningún caso se requerirá documentación o enmienda de errores relativa a los méritos, quitado defectos meramente formales advertidos en la documentación presentada por el aspirante, siempre que esta acredite el mérito alegado en el aspecto sustantivo. Todos los documentos presentados en otro idioma tienen que adjuntar la traducción al castellano o catalán acreditada mediante una traducción jurada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todos los documentos expedidos en el extranjero se tienen que presentar, si procede, debidamente legalizados o apostillados. La falsedad en los datos que se hagan constar a la solicitud o en la documentación anexa determina la exclusión inmediata de la persona solicitante, sin perjuicio de las medidas legales que procedan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de instancias será de DIEZ DÍAS HÁBILES a contar del día siguiente a la publicación de estas bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Si el último día del mencionado plazo recayera en sábado, domingo o festivo, se entenderá prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA.- ADMISIÓN DE ASPIRANTES&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias, la Sra. Alcaldesa aprobará por resolución la relación provisional de admitidos y excluidos, que será publicada en el Tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia y la página web de la Corporación (www.alcudia.net), concediéndose un plazo de tres días hábiles para la presentación de enmiendas o reclamaciones. Una vez examinadas las que se hubieran presentado, se publicará la relación definitiva de admitidos a través de los medios referidos. De no presentarse ninguna reclamación se considerará definitiva la inicialmente publicada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta resolución determinará el comienzo de los plazos y efectos de posibles impugnaciones y recursos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA.- TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal calificador estará constituido por un presidente, un vocal y un secretario, funcionarios de carrera con sus respectivos suplentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composición del Tribunal será predominantemente técnica y los vocales tendrán que poseer una titulación o especialización igual o superior a la exigida para el acceso en la plaza convocada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la designación del Tribunal se procurará garantizar, en todo caso, el cumplimiento del principio de especialidad y de idoneidad para valorar los conocimientos y las aptitudes requeridas de las personas aspirantes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal podrá disponer de la incorporación de asesores especialistas por aquellas pruebas en que sea necesaria y también de colaboradores en tareas de vigilancia y de control por el desarrollo de los distintos ejercicios. Estos asesores y colaboradores se limitarán a prestar la asistencia y la colaboración que se los solicite y tendrán voz, pero no voto.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no se podrá constituir ni actuar sin la asistencia del presidente y del secretario.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del Tribunal tendrán que abstenerse de formar parte de este cuando concurran las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y podrán ser recusados conforme al artículo 24 de la citada ley. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constitución y la actuación del Tribunal se ajustará al que prevé la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público. Además, los acuerdos se adoptarán por mayoría de asistentes y el voto del presidente dirimirá los empates. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las dudas o las reclamaciones que se puedan dar con la interpretación de la aplicación de las bases de la presente convocatoria, así como el que se tiene que hacer en los casos no previstos en las bases, serán resueltas por el Tribunal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÉPTIMA.- DESARROLLO DEL PROCESO SELECTIVO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proceso de selección, constará de dos fases, una fase de oposición y una fase de concurso de méritos:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FASE OPOSICIÓN (60 PUNTOS):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER Y ÚNICO EJERCICIO. OBLIGATORIO Y ELIMINATORIO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirá en la realización de uno o varios ejercicios o supuestos de carácter práctico, de entre los propuestos por el tribunal y relacionados con todo el temario del Anexo I y las funciones del lugar de trabajo. Durante la realización de este ejercicio, las persones aspirantes podrán hacer uso de textos legales no comentados.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este ejercicio se valorará fundamentalmente la capacidad de razonamiento, la sistemática en el planteamiento y la adecuada interpretación de la normativa aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para hacer la prueba será de 2 horas y se puntuará de 0 a 60 puntos, siente eliminados los opositores que no lleguen a la puntuación mínima de 30 puntos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONCURSO DE MÉRITOS (40 PUNTOS):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración de la fase de concurso se realizará teniendo en cuenta la autobaremación de méritos del Anexo Y, y siempre con referencia a la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos se valorarán de acuerdo con el baremo siguiente:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22 PUNTOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por servicios prestados en la Administración Pública, en lugares de igual, similar o análoga categoría a la cual se opta. Se consideran administraciones públicas a estos efectos las definidas en el artículo 2.3 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este apartado será valorado a razón de 0,40 puntos por mes completo de servicios prestados en la Administración Pública y, en caso de periodos inferiores en un mes, estimando la parte proporcional sobre 30 días.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los servicios prestados se tendrán que acreditar mediante certificado librado por el organismo competente, en el cual tienen que constar: el lapso temporal de prestación, la categoría profesional y la vinculación con la Administración (funcionario de carrera o interino o personal laboral). Para la valoración de las funciones, será necesario la inclusión en el certificado para el personal funcionario del grupo, escala, subescala y/o categoría y para el personal laboral la descripción o indicación de las funciones realizadas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- FORMACIÓN (15 PUNTOS)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.- Titulaciones académicas (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valoran en este apartado, las titulaciones académicas (incluidos los cursos de posgrado) el carácter oficial o la equivalencia de las cuales tenga reconocido y establecido el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deportes, así como las titulaciones universitarias no oficiales y los créditos de los títulos propios de posgrado de las universidades españolas en la regulación de las enseñanzas propias, que estén directamente relacionados con las funciones del lugar de trabajo objeto de la convocatoria.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No puede ser objeto de valoración la titulación acreditada como requisito para participar en la convocatoria, ni tampoco los títulos de Nivel 2 de Grado del sistema *MECES o de equivalencias de titulaciones “pre-Bolonia” que correspondan a la titulación acreditada como requisito para participar en la convocatoria. La valoración como mérito de un título implica que no se valora el de nivel inferior o el primer ciclo que sea imprescindible para obtenerlo, excepto en cuanto a los títulos de posgrado. En caso de que se presenten varias titulaciones, no se valorarán aquellas que sean necesarias para la obtención de la titulación superior, en caso de que se presenten ambas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Por titulación académica oficial de nivel 4 *ò equivaliendo del sistema *MECES (nivel de Doctor), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del lugar de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra pública, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública): 7,5 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Por titulación académica oficial de nivel 3 *ò equivaliendo del sistema *MECES (nivel de máster), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del lugar de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra pública, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública): 5 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Por titulación académica oficial de nivel 2 *ò equivaliendo del sistema *MECES (nivel de grado), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del lugar de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra pública, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública): 2,5 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Por título propio de posgrado (máster, especialista universitario, experto universitario, y curso de actualización universitaria), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del lugar de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra pública, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública), se valoran a razón de 0'05 puntos por crédito (equivaliendo a 10 horas de duración), hasta un máximo de 2 puntos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.- Cursos de formación (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios impartidos y/o reconocidos por el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública, la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, la administración del estado, la autonómica o la local, las universidades, las federaciones de entidades locales o los homologados por cualquier de estas instituciones que estén dentro del marco de los acuerdos de formación continua con la Administración, o las impartidas o promovidas por el Servicio de Ocupación de las Islas Baleares (*SOIB) con competencias en materia de formación ocupacional, cuando el contenido esté directamente relacionado con las funciones de la categoría correspondiente a la bolsa a la cual se opta.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán en todo caso: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos relacionados con urbanismo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos del área jurídica administrativa, del área económica, o de gestión y administración pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de informática vinculados a las funciones de administración general: procesador de textos, hoja de cálculo, correo electrónico, navegación por internet, y otros cursos de informática que se puedan vincular con las funciones correspondientes a administración general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formación en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales: se valorarán el curso básico, el curso de nivel medio y el curso de nivel superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal y los de formación en materia de calidad, así como los cursos formativos en materia de igualdad de género. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La acreditación de las acciones formativas se hará mediante diplomas, certificaciones o documentos oficiales extendidos por las administraciones y/u organismos competentes, y tienen que incluir las horas de duración o los créditos de los cursos. Cada crédito se valorará a razón de 10 horas de duración.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este apartado será valorado según el siguiente baremo:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) 0'35 puntos por crédito, equivaliendo a diez horas de duración, o proporcionalmente para las fracciones de un crédito, cuando el certificado acredite el aprovechamiento. La puntuación máxima por curso será de 5 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) 0'15 puntos por crédito, de acuerdo con los criterios de la letra anterior, cuando el certificado acredite la asistencia en el curso o no mencione expresamente el carácter de asistencia o aprovechamiento. La puntuación máxima por curso será de 5 puntos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los certificados de cursos no serán acumulativos. Se valorarán una sola vez los cursos relativos a una misma materia, y se valorará únicamente el de nivel superior o avanzado.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando no se acredite el aprovechamiento, se valorará como de asistencia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA.- VALORACIÓN DE LA FASE DE OPOSICIÓN Y DE CONCURSO Y CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA BOLSA DE TRABAJO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las calificaciones de la fase de concurso y de la fase de oposición se harán públicas y se expondrán en el tablón de la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento. A partir del día siguiente, los aspirantes podrán presentar observaciones o reclamaciones en el plazo de 2 días hábiles, las cuales tendrán que ser resueltas por el tribunal antes del inicio del ejercicio siguiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez revisadas todas las alegaciones y finalizado el trámite anterior, el Tribunal publicará en el Tablón de anuncios la publicación de la puntuación definitiva del procedimiento selectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de empate se resolverá aplicando la siguiente graduación:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Mejor puntuación en el apartado de experiencia profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Mejor puntuación en el apartado de formación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Si persiste el empate finalmente se procederá al sorteo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez publicada la calificación definitiva del procedimiento, el tribunal calificador dará por finalizada la selección, y elevará su propuesta definitiva a la Sra. Alcaldesa para que dicte la correspondiente resolución de constitución de la bolsa de trabajo, la orden de prelación será en función de las puntuaciones obtenidas por cada aspirante. La resolución se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y al tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA BOLSA DE TRABAJO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aspirantes que conformen la bolsa de trabajo se encontrarán a la espera de ser llamados por el Ayuntamiento por orden de puntuación cuando se produzca la necesidad de nombramiento de funcionario interino. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que forman parte de esta bolsa a efectos de ofrecerles un puesto de trabajo, están en situación de disponible o no disponible. Están en la situación de no disponible aquellas personas integrantes de la bolsa de trabajo que se encuentren en situación de incapacidad temporal o de embarazo, en descanso por maternidad o paternidad, adopción o acogida (permanente o preadoptivo) y excedencia por cura de hijos menores de 12 años o ascendientes dependientes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mientras la persona aspirando esté en la situación de no disponible en la bolsa, no se la gritará para ofrecerle un puesto de trabajo de esta bolsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Están en la situación de disponible el resto de personas aspirantes de la bolsa, con la consecuencia que se las tiene que gritar para ofrecerles un puesto de trabajo de acuerdo con su posición en la bolsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dentro del plazo máximo de un día hábil a contar desde la comunicación (telefónica o por correo electrónico), o dos días si el llamamiento se hace en viernes, la persona integrante de la bolsa tiene que manifestar su interés con el nombramiento. Si dentro de este plazo no manifiesta la conformidad, renuncia expresamente al ofrecimiento, no responde al teléfono de contacto que ha facilitado u otra circunstancia que impida su incorporación, perderá su lugar a la lista de las personas aspirantes seleccionadas y pasará a ocupar el último lugar (es decir, no quedará excluido de la bolsa de trabajo), y el departamento de Recursos Humanos avisará a la siguiente de la lista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si alguna de las personas integrantes de la bolsa renuncian tres veces seguidas a diferentes ofertas de trabajo (es decir, no manifiesta la conformidad a incorporarse al lugar de trabajo, renuncia expresamente al nombramiento, no responde al teléfono de contacto que ha facilitado u otra circunstancia que impida su incorporación), será definitivamente excluido de la bolsa de trabajo a todos los efectos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando la persona seleccionada mediante este sistema de bolsa cese en su puesto de trabajo, se reincorporará nuevamente a la bolsa de trabajo ocupando el mismo lugar inicial de la lista. Será de aplicación a este procedimiento el que disponen la Ley 39/2015, d´1 d´octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y la Ley 11/2007, de acceso electrónico de los ciudadanos a los servicios públicos en el sentido que todas las comunicaciones que se deriven de este procedimiento lo serán mediante publicación al tablón de anuncios electrónico del sitio web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DÉCIMA.- PRESENTACIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS Y PROPUESTA DE NOMBRAMIENTO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aspirantes que sean llamados y den su conformidad a su nombramiento como funcionario interino tendrán que presentar, en el plazo de tres días hábiles contados desde el siguiente a la aceptación, la siguiente documentación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia auténtica del título exigido o certificación académica que acredite que tiene cursados y aprobados los estudios necesarios para la obtención del título correspondiente, junto con el documento que acredite que ha abonado los derechos pasa su expedición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado médico acreditativo de poseer la capacidad funcional para el desarrollo de las funciones correspondientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa que no ha sido separado/*da, mediante expediente disciplinario, del servicio del Estado, de las comunidades autónomas o de las entidades locales, y que no está inhabilitado/da para el ejercicio de funciones públicas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que el aspirante propuesto no reúna los requisitos exigidos, o no los acredite en el plazo establecido, la Alcaldía acordará su exclusión y procederá a proponer el nombramiento del aspirante siguiente por orden de puntuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentada la documentación, se procederá al nombramiento de los aspirantes de la bolsa de trabajo, por orden de puntuación, y se dispondrá de un plazo de tres días hábiles para tomar posesión del cargo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigencia máxima de esta bolsa será de tres años a contar de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;UNDÉCIMA.- INCIDENCIAS, PUBLICIDAD, RÉGIMEN NORMATIVO Y RECURSOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultado para resolver las dudas que se presenten a la interpretación de estas bases y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
