Acuerdo por el que se aprueban las Bases de la convocatoria, para el año 2022, de ayudas de minimis al desarrollo rural de la isla de Mallorca, vinculadas a proyectos relacionados con los ámbitos agrario y/o ambiental y enmarcados en la Estrategia de Desarrollo Local Participativo 2014-2020 de Mallorca.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 40 solicitudes de ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Los interesados ​​señalados en el Anexo I adjunto han presentado, en tiempo y forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Las actuaciones solicitadas por los interesados ​​cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria para poder ser subvencionables.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Decreto 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero, a partir de 1 de enero de 2006.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">XVI. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. Propuesta de resolución de concesión Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y proposo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte resolución en los siguientes términos: 1. Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el Anexo I, que son un total de 1 expedientes y que comienza con MIQUEL VILLALONGA MAIMO y termina con MIQUEL VILLALONGA MAIMO, que se suma un importe total de 20.000,00 euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda “ Support a la implementación en las operaciones incluidas los EDL No Programados MALLORCA”. 2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalado a cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el Anexo I. 3. Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo que establece la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones de los beneficiarios serán las indicadas en el Anexo II. 4.
