En fecha 26 de febrero de 2015, se publicó en el BOIB núm. 29 la Orden del consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las base reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Illes Balears 2014- 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En fecha de 1 de marzo de 2016 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 28, la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2016 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de la producción integrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En fecha 28 de julio de 2016, se publica en el BOIB núm. 95 la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA por la que se modifican los créditos y las cofinanciaciones de diversas convocatorias de subvenciones del FOGAIBA, correspondientes a las medidas contempladas en el Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Illes Balears 2014-2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. .De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la mencionada Resolución y la orden AAA/726/2016 de 13 de mayo, publicado en el BOE núm.117 del 14/05/2016, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la convocatoria terminó el día 15/06/2016, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 213 solicitudes de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. En fecha 19 de diciembre de 2017, se publica en el BOIB 155 la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 14 de diciembre de 2017, por la que se modifica la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA ) de 26 de febrero de 2016, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2016 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de la producción integrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural concedieron durante el año 2018 la ayuda al fomento de la producción integrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. El beneficiario JOAN JESÚS AMENGUAL GELABERT con DNI ***7196** presentó la renuncia de su expediente en fecha 1 de octubre de 2018 y número de registro L95E22398&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Ante todo esto, se propone realizar la revocación total de los importes concedidos y pendientes de pago (anualidad 2018) y el reintegro de la anualidad 2016 pagada con anterioridad, debido a la renuncia de la ayuda concedida por el beneficiario y la importe que se indica en el anexo I adjunto a esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Propuesta de resolución de renuncia y revocación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, informo favorablemente la renuncia a la ayuda y propongo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte resolución en los siguientes términos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aceptar la renuncia de la persona interesada incluida en el Anexo I. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Revocar la ayuda concedida en la resolución del vicepresidente en materia agraria del FOGAIBA en el BOIB 13, 27 DE ENERO DE 2018, correspondiente a la persona interesada señalada y por los importes indicados en el Anexo I de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Informar al beneficiario de que su expediente se encuentra a su disposición y consulta en el Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural del FOGAIBA (calle de Reina Constanza, núm. 4 de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Publicar en BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
