    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Son Servera hace pública la convocatoria para cubrir la vacante de juez de paz sustituto del municipio de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con la normativa aplicable, los interesados ​​deben presentar sus solicitudes de acuerdo con lo que a continuación se detalla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;̶&amp;nbsp; Requisitos de los aspirantes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ser español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Mayor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No estar incurso en ninguna de las causas de incapacidad que establece el artículo 303 de la Ley orgánica del poder judicial, que literalmente dice: «están incapacitados para el ingreso en la carrera judicial los impedidos física o psíquicamente para la función judicial; los condenados por delito doloso mientras no hayan obtenido la rehabilitación; los procesados ​​o inculpados por delito doloso mientras no sean absueltos o se dicte auto de sobreseimiento, y quienes no se encuentren en el pleno ejercicio de los derechos civiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No incurrir en ninguna de las incompatibilidades y prohibiciones reguladas en los artículos 389 a 397 de la Ley orgánica del poder judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;̶&amp;nbsp; Las solicitudes deben presentarse en el Registro General del ayuntamiento de Son Servera (plaza Sant Ignasi, 1 -7550-Son Servera) en el plazo de 15 días hábiles a contar desde la publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. También pueden presentarse en cualquiera de las demás formas previstas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;̶&amp;nbsp; La solicitud, que se adjunta como anexo, deberá presentarse acompañada de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocopia DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Currículum vitae donde se consignarán los detalles más significativos del perfil personal, académico y profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Que cumplo los requisitos que prevé la legislación vigente, y en concreto los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Ser español/ay mayor de edad, de acuerdo con el artículo 1.2 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) No pertenecer a ningún partido político o sindicato, o tener empleo al servicio de los mismos, de acuerdo con el artículo 23 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Residir en el término municipal de Son Servera, de acuerdo con el artículo 17 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;d) No estar incurso/a en ninguna de las causas de incapacidad que establece el artículo 303 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y que literalmente dice: "Están incapacitados para ingresar en la carrera judicial los disminuidos física o psíquicamente para la función judicial; rehabilitación; los procesados ​​o inculpados por delito doloso mientras no sean absueltos o se dicte acto de sobreseimiento y quienes no estén en pleno ejercicio de sus derechos civiles".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) No incurrir en ninguna incompatibilidad de las establecidas en el artículo 389 a 397 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial, en todo lo que sea de aplicación a los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Que quiero optar al proceso de elección para ocupar el cargo de Juez de Paz sustituto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Que me comprometo a jurar o prometer el cargo de la forma prevista legalmente en caso de ser seleccionado/a para el cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
