    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En Selva, en fecha de la firma electrónica, el alcalde que suscribe vengo a dictar el siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 30 de diciembre de 2022, mediante Resolución de Alcaldía 457/2022 se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases del proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral de la oferta de ocupación por estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 5 de enero de 2023 se publicó en el BOIB número 2 la aprobación de la convocatoria y las bases del proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral de la oferta de ocupación de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 7 de febrero de 2023 se publicó en el BOE número 32 el anuncio de la convocatoria, concediendo un plazo de veinte días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a su publicación para presentar solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 8 de marzo de 2023 finalizó el plazo para presentar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 7 de marzo de 2024 se publicó la Resolución de Alcaldía por la que se aprobaba provisionalmente las listas de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos para participar en el citado proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 19 de marzo de 2024 se firmó la Resolución de Alcaldía por la que se aprobaba definitivamente la lista de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos para participar en dicho proceso selectivo, nombramiento del Tribunal y la lista provisional de los méritos al ·legados por los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 17 de junio de 2024 se extendió acta de constitución del Tribunal y otorgamiento de puntuaciones provisionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 24 de julio de 2024 se extendió acta del tribunal calificador del procedimiento selectivo de otorgamiento de puntuaciones definitivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 30 de septiembre de 2024 se publicó decreto por el que se aprobaba la lista de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En fecha 21 de noviembre de 2024 se presentó registro de entrada núm. 2024-E-RE-2380 por parte del aspirante MSR, con DNI 3****805F, donde renunciaba al proceso selectivo por incumplimiento de condición necesaria para ser nombrada en la plaza de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Visto el punto 16 de las bases reguladoras de dicho proceso selectivo, relativas al procedimiento a seguir para el nombramiento como personal laboral fijo de los aspirantes seleccionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aceptar la renuncia presentada por la aspirante MSR, con DNI 3****805F.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Nombrar al siguiente aspirante como personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento de Selva, de acuerdo con la siguiente clasificación laboral:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
