Aprobación de la propuesta MF-913 relativa a la creación de puestos de trabajo de jefe/a de sección de Gestión y Tramitación y de TAE Economista y de sus funciones y de amortización del puesto de jefe/a de servicio de la Oficina Economista Staff Jurídico Administrativo]] es 780068 56526 693854 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 13/11/2024, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-913 relativa a la creación de puestos de trabajo de Jefe/a de sección de Gestión y Tramitación y de TAE Economista y de sus funciones y de amortización del puesto Jefe/a de servicio de la Oficina Economista Staff Jurídico Administrativo, presentada por los responsables del Área de Urbanismo Vivienda y Proyectos Estratégicos, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO. -</strong> Aprobar la creación de les funciones específicas que se adjunta en el presente Acuerdo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO. </strong>- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>CUARTO. -</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares”</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
