&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En fecha 28 de septiembre de 2017 el consejero de Medio Ambiente dicta resolución por la que se otorga la Autorización Ambiental Integrada a la planta de secado solar de lodos, promovida por TIRME SA en el TM de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. De acuerdo con lo que disponen los apartados 1, 2 y 3 del artículo 26 del RDL 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación , y el artículo 16 del RD 815/2013, de 18 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de emisiones industriales y de desarrollo de la Ley 16/2002, de 1 de julio, de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, deben revisarse las AAI una vez se publiquen las conclusiones relativas a las MTD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En fecha 3 de diciembre de 2019 se publica la Decisión de ejecución 2019/2010 de la Comisión, de 12 de noviembre de 2019, por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) de acuerdo con la Directiva 2010/75/UE del Parlamento Europeo y de Consejo, para la incineración de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. La planta de secado solar de lodos, promovida por TIRME SA, está clasificada en la Decisión (UE) 2019/2010 en el punto 5.4.a (tratamiento biológico de residuos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. En fecha 16 de octubre de 2024 se ha dado audiencia al promotor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Por todo lo anterior, y CONSIDERANDO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Que de acuerdo con los artículos 4.1 y 22.4 del RDL1/2016, una vez otorgada la autorización ambiental integrada el órgano competente debe tener en cuenta que en el funcionamiento de las instalaciones se adopten las medidas adecuadas para prevenir la contaminación mediante la aplicación de las mejores técnicas disponibles, siendo obligada referencia para el establecimiento de sus condiciones las Decisiones de la Comisión Europea en las que se recogen las conclusiones relativas a las mejores técnicas disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Que en fecha 3 de diciembre de 2019 se publica la Decisión de ejecución 2019/2010 de la Comisión, de 12 de noviembre de 2019, por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) de acuerdo con la Directiva 2010/75/UE del Parlamento Europeo y de Consejo para la incineración de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Que de acuerdo con el artículo 109.2 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre de 2015, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se corrigen de oficio varios errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Que los informes emitidos por los distintos órganos consultados son favorables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Que se ha dado audiencia al promotor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el informe técnico con propuesta de resolución de día 12 de noviembre de 2024, y de acuerdo con el apartado 1 del artículo único del Decreto 5/2024, de 29 de mayo, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- Otorgar &lt;/strong&gt;la revisión de la AAI de la planta de secado solar de lodos, promovida por TIRME SA, vista la publicación en el DOUE 2019/2010 de 12 de noviembre de 2019 del documento que establece las conclusiones sobre las MTDs de conformidad con la Directiva 2010/75/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, para la incineración de residuos, con las condiciones de explotación, capacidad y procesos indicados en el documento aportado por el promotor «Informe de Evaluación Conclusiones MTD BFREF incineración de la Planta Secado Solar Lodos. Julio 2020», con sujeción a las siguientes modificaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punto 1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente AAI se concede a la empresa TIRME, S.A. (CIF A07326473), única y exclusivamente para la realización de la actividad de tratamiento de residuos no peligrosos, en las instalaciones con NIMA 0700007599 ubicada en el Camino de Son Frau, área Can Canut, polígono 6, parcela 254 del término municipal de Marratxí y con coordenadas geográficas X: 472500, Y: 4387550, siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Planta de secado solar de lodos que ocupa una superficie de 34.970 m2 y se configura en una gran edificación de 20.385,74 m2, formada por doce cámaras de secado, la zona de recepción y pasillo de carga y descarga, además de la sala de control y vestuario. Además en el exterior se encuentran las dos unidades de lavado químico para el tratamiento del aire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La instalación se categoriza dentro del epígrafe 5.4.a del anexo 1 de la Ley 16/2002.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente AAI se concede a la empresa TIRME, S.A. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«3. Desarrollo de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La actividad se desarrollará de acuerdo a los documentos que obran en el expediente, a lo establecido en la AAI y en la legislación vigente.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«3. Desarrollo de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.1. La actividad se desarrollará de acuerdo con los documentos que obran en el expediente, en lo establecido en la AAI y en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.2. Le es de aplicación la Decisión de ejecución 2019/2010 de la Comisión, de 12 de noviembre de 2019, por la que se establecen las conclusiones sobre las mejores técnicas disponibles (MTD) de acuerdo con la Directiva 2010/75/ UE del Parlamento Europeo y de Consejo para la incineración de residuos. La persona titular tramitará la correspondiente adaptación de las instalaciones a las condiciones y requisitos introducidos por normas posteriores, en los plazos que dichas normas establezcan, y en particular las de la aplicación de las mejores técnicas disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.3. La instalación tiene implantado un sistema integrado de gestión que incluye una certificación en la norma de gestión ambiental UNE EN ISO 14001 (AENOR), cumpliendo con la MTD1»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En la tabla del punto 6.3 donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.2. Identificación de actividades potencialmente contaminadoras de la atmósfera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El método de medida para cada contaminante será preferiblemente el UNE-EN, en su defecto, se aplicarán por este orden: EN, UNE-ISO, UNE, y otros métodos internacionales. Siempre que se publiquen nuevas normas que sustituyan a las indicadas, se aplicarán las más recientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Los accesos y plataformas de trabajo a los puntos de muestreo tendrán que cumplir lo que establece la normativa vigente de seguridad y salud en los puestos de trabajo. Debe ser accesible en cualquier momento para poder realizar las medidas e inspecciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las medidas se realizarán en condiciones normales de operación de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Se considerará que se respetan los valores límite de emisión a la atmósfera cuando los resultados de cada una de las series de medidas no superen los valores límite fijados. Los valores de referencia no se consideran valores límite de emisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.3.2. Emisiones difusas: salidas de las cámaras 1-2, 3-9 y 10-12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Olores. Partículas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Las medidas preventivas y correctoras a aplicar para minimizar las emisiones de olores son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cierres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Mejora de cierres de cámaras de secado con compuertas para conseguir aislamiento total con el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Mejora del confinamiento del área de almacén para conseguir que las aspiraciones sean más eficaces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Automatización del ventanal de la nave central, para configurar posiciones, apertura mínima y cierre según condiciones meteorológicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Reparación de escapes, reparación de cristales de las cámaras de secado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Instrumentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Instalación de sensores de medida de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; en cada cámara en el punto de salida del aire de la cámara para evitar abrir cámaras en el exterior con niveles elevados de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Instalación de sensores de medida de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; en la nave central.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Mejoras en los sensores de medida de humedad, temperatura, velocidad y dirección del viento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sistema de control de planta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Renovación automatizada del caudal de las cámaras hacia torres de lavado químico, en función de condiciones de trabajo y condiciones meteorológicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Mejora del sistema de aspiración de la zona de descarga y almacén de lodos, conectado con las descargas de camiones y con los límites de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; y H&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt;S de los sensores ubicados en la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Programación de la apertura del ventanal de la nave central en función de: velocidad y dirección del viento, datos de los sensores de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; y estado de los ventiladores de extracción y torres de lavado químico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Programación de las nuevas compuertas de cierre de cámaras en función de: valores de los sensores de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; instalados a salida de cámara, estado de la cámara (funcionamiento anómalo), y velocidad y dirección del viento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mejora de operatividad, disponibilidad y mantenimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Caracterizaciones de lodos de entrada y análisis de datos para desviar partidas de lodos inadecuadas hacia la planta de metanización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Mejora integral del sistema de información para poder evaluar cada cámara por separado, para el envío de flujos de aire hacia las aspiraciones o cámaras, para los operarios para poder controlar mejor las cámaras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sistema de control de niveles de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; en cámaras de secado para garantizar que las corrientes de gases se dirigen a los lavados químicos en función de las concentraciones de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt;, en lugar del control por horas. Incorporación de parámetros climáticos para optimizar el control de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Existencia de un sistema de mantenimiento y verificación de los sensores de NH&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; y SH&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt; para asegurar su buen funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Cada año se realizará, por parte de un Organismo de control autorizado (OCA), un informe de modelización de la inmisión de olor, a partir de las medidas de emisiones realizadas en los focos generadores de olores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Cada tres años se realizará, por parte de un Organismo de control autorizado (OCA), un informe de comprobación de la existencia, mantenimiento y eficacia de las medidas correctoras y preventivas de emisiones difusas, tanto olores como partículas, del conjunto de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.4. Notificacions immediates&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si existe alguna anomalía de funcionamiento que pueda dar lugar a una emisión anormal de contaminantes a la atmósfera o a alguna superación de valores límite de emisión, se notificará, inmediatamente después de su conocimiento, al departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica. Asimismo, se informará de las medidas correctoras adoptadas y del momento en que la instalación pasa a funcionar correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El titular presentará un informe de evaluación de la afección ambiental de cada incidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.5. Registro de emisiones y controles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El titular de la instalación deberá mantener actualizado un registro, que estará a disposición del órgano competente, con datos relativos al funcionamiento, emisiones, tareas de mantenimiento, incidencias (revisión periódica de la instalación, paros, averías, operaciones de mantenimiento de los lavaderos de gases) e inspecciones, controles e informes resultantes, etc., para cada foco emisor, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8 del Real decreto 100/2011 y la normativa de desarrollo. La información documental (informes, medidas, mantenimiento...) debe conservarse durante un período mínimo de 10 años.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punto 9.3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«9.3. Contaminación Acústica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se efectuará una campaña anual de caracterización real de los niveles de ruido emitidos en el exterior durante las diversas fases típicas de la operación (arrancadas, etc.) en horario nocturno y diurno, para la comprobación del cumplimiento de los límites establecidos en la normativa autonómica vigente en esta materia, es decir, la Ley 1/2007, contra la contaminación acústica en las Islas Baleares, así como los objetivos de calidad acústica indicados en el RD 1367/2007 de 19 de octubre, por el que se desarrolla la Ley 37/2003, de 17 de noviembre, del Ruido, en lo que se refiere a zonificación acústica, objetivos de calidad y emisiones acústicas.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«9.3. Contaminación Acústica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se efectuará una campaña anual de caracterización real de los niveles de ruido emitidos en el exterior durante las diversas fases típicas de la operación (arrancadas, etc.) en horario nocturno y diurno, para la comprobación del cumplimiento de los límites establecidos en la normativa autonómica vigente en esta materia, es decir, la Ley 1/2007, contra la contaminación acústica en las Islas Baleares, así como los objetivos de calidad acústica indicados en el RD 1367/2007 de 19 de octubre, por el que se desarrolla la Ley 37/2003, de 17 de noviembre, del Ruido, en lo que se refiere a zonificación acústica, objetivos de calidad y emisiones acústicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se dará cumplimiento a la MTD37 en cuanto a la reducción de ruidos.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punto 10.2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 8.3 de la RD Legislativo 1/2016, así como el Reglamento (CE) núm. 166/2006, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 18 de enero de 2006, relativa a el establecimiento de un registro europeo de emisiones y transferencias de contaminantes (Registro E-PRTR), el titular de la instalación notificará al menos una vez al año los datos de las emisiones en la atmósfera correspondientes a la instalación Estas emisiones serán enviadas, para su evaluación previa, al departamento competente adjuntando una memoria explicativa de la metodología utilizada para la determinación de los datos notificadas antes de ser incorporadas a la base de datos del Ministerio (www.prtr-es.es). Las cantidades de contaminantes serán medidas, calculadas o estimadas, preferentemente por este orden.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«10.2. Inventario de emisiones en el Registro PRTR-España&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que se establece en el art. 8.3 del RD Legislativo 1/2016, así como el Reglamento (CE) núm. 166/2006, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 18 de enero de 2006, relativa en el establecimiento de un registro europeo de emisiones y transferencias de contaminantes (Registro E-PRTR), para las notificaciones correspondientes al año 2026, y a partir del 1 de enero de 2028 el Reglamento (UE) 2024/1244 del Parlamento y del consejo de 24 de abril de 2024, sobre la notificación de datos medioambientales procedentes de instalaciones industriales, por el que se crea un portal de Emisiones Industriales, y el Real decreto 508/2007, de 20 de abril, por el que se regula el suministro de información sobre emisiones del Reglamento E-PRTR y de las autorizaciones ambientales integradas, el titular de la instalación notificará al menos una vez al año los datos de las emisiones al aire, al agua y al suelo, y transferencia de residuos fuera del emplazamiento, correspondientes a la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Respecto a las emisiones en el aire, a los contaminantes a declarar, se incluirán, al menos, los indicados en las tablas de valores límite de emisión. Las cantidades de contaminantes serán medidas, calculadas o estimadas, preferentemente por este orden. Los datos deben ser revisados ​​y validados por un organismo verificador independiente del titular. Estos datos de emisiones serán incorporados en el registro informático PRTR España antes del plazo normativo. En el mismo plazo, se entregará al órgano competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica una memoria explicativa de la metodología utilizada para la determinación de los datos. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punto 10.3.1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“10.3.1. Control documental periódico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. &lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Emisiones e inmisiones atmosféricas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El titular de la actividad, antes del 1 de marzo, enviará al órgano competente un informe del año anterior donde debe indicar, para cada condición y prescripción de la AAI en materia de atmósfera, las actuaciones realizadas así como la fecha y el número de registro de entrada, o correo electrónico, en su caso, cuando se trate de controles e informes con periodicidad anual o inferior. En caso de informes con periodicidad mayor, debe indicarse la fecha y registro del último control o informe entregado. En caso de controles o acciones que no se hayan realizado, en el informe se deben explicar los motivos justificativos de la no realización.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; En cumplimiento del artículo 9 de la Ley 9/2022, de 23 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico y de procedimiento de las actividades sujetas a autorización ambiental integrada, en su caso, para el inicio y ejercicio del actividad, el titular deberá presentar el certificado final de obra del técnico director ante la consejería competente en materia de territorio, acreditativa de las obras realmente ejecutadas y, en su caso, las variaciones entre el proyecto presentado en la solicitud y lo realmente ejecutado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero- &lt;/strong&gt;La presente autorización se otorga sin perjuicio del resto de autorizaciones y licencias que resulten exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en el BOIB y notificar a TIRME SA, al Servicio de Residuos y suelos contaminados, a la Sección de Atmósfera, al Servicio de Estudios y Planificación y al Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
