&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hacemos público, a los efectos previstos, que mediante Resolución del Teniente de Alcaldía de Deportes y Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Maó, núm. &lt;strong&gt;2024/DA/0003852&lt;/strong&gt; con fecha de 17 de noviembre de 2024, se han aprobado las bases y la convocatoria de la IV Edición del Concurso Joven de Crea Acciones Artísticas, con motivo del Día Internacional para la eliminación de la violencia contra las mujeres, que se celebra el 25 de noviembre, dirigido a jóvenes de entre 12 a 30 años de toda la isla de Menorca, que se reproducen a continuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases de la IV Edición del Concurso Joven de Crea-Acciones Artísticas, correspondiente al año 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.Objeto y Finalidad: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La finalidad del presente concurso es sensibilizar y/o identificar las violencias machistas. Así mediante las creaciones artísticas de las personas jóvenes de toda la isla, se pretende promover y visibilizar que otras formas de relacionarse son posibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.Plazo de admisión: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fecha de inicio del concurso será a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de las presentes bases y hasta el 11 de diciembre de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.Participación: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puede participar cualquier joven de Menorca, hasta los 30 años. Se establecen dos categorías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Categoría A:&lt;/strong&gt; jóvenes de entre 12 y 18 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Categoría B&lt;/strong&gt;: jóvenes de entre 9 y 30 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para poder participar en el concurso se deberá rellenar de manera pertinente y según las circunstancias de cada participante el formulario de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de ser menor de edad, se tendrá que firmar la autorización por el tutor/a o representante legal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.Condiciones técnicas. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El formato de la obra es abierto. El único requisito es que sea una &lt;strong&gt;representación artística&lt;/strong&gt;: O bien audiovisual, gráfica, redactada, danzada/cantada, o bien una propuesta de campaña de sensibilización en las redes sociales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se puede participar de manera individual o en grupo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Maó se reserva el derecho a eliminar aquellas participaciones que alteren el buen funcionamiento y el transcurso normal y reglamentario del presente concurso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las creaciones artísticas han de ser &lt;strong&gt;originales y inéditas&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras no podrán ir firmadas, en el momento de la presentación al concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.Presentación: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Mediante el trámite especifico que se pueda habilitar en la sede electrónica municipal www.carpetaciutadana.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Oficina de atención al Ciudadano (OAC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Edificio Principal de Guardia (pl. Constitució 13)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras premiadas se harán públicas durante el mes de diciembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.Jurado: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estará constituido por: &lt;strong&gt;Presidencia&lt;/strong&gt;, (regidor de Educación, Cultura y Igualdad o, en ausencia de este, el regidor de Deportes y Juventud). &lt;strong&gt;Vocales&lt;/strong&gt;, una persona representante del Consejo Municipal de Infancia y Juventud, del Consejo Municipal de Igualdad, una persona del mundo artístico, la responsable de Comunicación del Ayuntamiento de Maó, la responsable del área de Juventud, el responsable de Cultura, técnico/a de Igualdad del Ayuntamiento o de otras administraciones. &lt;strong&gt;Secretaria&lt;/strong&gt;, técnica del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.Veredicto, Publicación y comunicación a las personas premiadas. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La instrucción del procedimiento corresponde al área de Educación, Cultura e Igualdad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución se hará pública en el mes de diciembre y será publicada en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Maó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Maó contactará con las personas premiadas, y se les solicitará los datos necesarios para poder hacerles entrega de los premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.Organo competente para la resolución del procedimiento: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano competente para la resolución del procedimiento es el teniente de Alcaldía de Educación, Cultura e Igualdad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.Reproducción pública y propiedad de las producciones: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras pasaran a ser propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.Premios: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las creaciones artísticas mejor valoradas de cada categoría recibirán un vale por valor de 750€, para gastar en material audiovisual, artístico o literario en una tienda local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
