Con fecha de 19 de diciembre de 2023 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 171 la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), por la que se convocan, mediante el procedimiento anticipado de gasto y para los años 2023 y 2024, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores y agricultoras.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó el día 29 de febrero de 2024.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Con fecha de 5 de octubre de 2024 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 131 la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica y se incrementan los créditos que prevé la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, mediante el procedimiento anticipado de gasto, para los años 2023 y 2024, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores y agricultoras.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Con fecha 12 de septiembre de 2024 se comunicó las deficiencias detectadas en la revisión del expediente indicado en el anexo de esta resolución.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Transcurrido el plazo sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones, corresponde dar por desistidas las solicitudes, finalizando el procedimiento y archivar los expedientes (Anexo I).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">7. Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica y se incrementan los créditos que prevé la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, mediante el procedimiento anticipado de gasto, para los años 2023 y 2024, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores y agricultoras.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Orden 10/2023 de la consellera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, de 5 de abril de 2023, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de desarrollo rural de las Illes Balears 2023-2027, corresponde aprobar la convocatoria de estas ayudas mediante resolución.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4.
