&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Familias y Asuntos Sociales, de 25 de octubre de 2024, se aprobó la convocatoria de ayudas para entidades sin ánimo de lucro que desarrollan programas de garantía alimentaria con cargo a los presupuestos generales de la CAIB y a la asignación tributaria del 0,7 % del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas y el impuesto sobre sociedades, correspondientes al año 2024, para acciones a realizar durante los años 2024 y 2025 (BOIB núm. 142, de 29 de octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;2. De acuerdo con el punto 2.1 de la convocatoria, el crédito asignado a la convocatoria &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;es de 1.345.000,00 € (un millón trescientos cuarenta y cinco mil euros) con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias siguientes de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears correspondientes al ejercicio de 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Modalidad 3. Proyectos de comedores sociales: 180.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La distribución por modalidades es orientativa y, a efectos de la concesión de subvenciones, las cuantías de las tres modalidades están vinculadas. El orden de prelación en la asignación del crédito no agotado es el de las modalidades 2, 1 y 3, sucesivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El apartado 2.2 de la convocatoria establece que el importe consignado inicialmente a las diferentes partidas se puede ampliar mediante una resolución de modificación de la convocatoria, con los efectos, si procede, que prevé el artículo 39.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El apartado 2.3 determina que la modificación de la convocatoria no implica que se amplíe el plazo para presentar solicitudes ni afecta la tramitación ordinaria de las solicitudes presentadas y no resueltas expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, en la redacción de la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. La Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 5 de marzo de 2021, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de servicios sociales y de juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Dentro de esta estructura, y bajo la dirección del Gobierno, se incluye la Consejería de Familias y Asuntos Sociales, de la que depende la Dirección General de Asuntos Sociales y le atribuye las competencias, entre otras, de gestión de los programas de servicios sociales y de fomento de programas de inclusión social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. Esta convocatoria de subvenciones está prevista en el apartado III.4.13 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Modalidad 1. Proyectos de distribución de alimentos entre las entidades dedicadas al reparto de alimentos: 375.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Modalidad 2. Proyectos de reparto de alimentos y/o productos de primera necesidad que atienden usuarios de uno o más municipios: 1.565.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Modalidad 3. Proyectos de comedores sociales: 355.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La distribución por modalidades es orientativa y, a efectos de la concesión de subvenciones, las cuantías de las tres modalidades están vinculadas. El orden de prelación en la asignación del crédito no agotado es el de las modalidades 2, 1 y 3, sucesivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Comunicar esta Resolución a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y publicarla en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Oficial de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lle&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Familias y Asuntos Sociales en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
