&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mediante Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo, en sesión de carácter ordinario 4 de diciembre de 2023, se aprobó la oferta pública de empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el año 2023 (BOIB núm. 173 de 23 de diciembre de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mediante Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo, en sesión de carácter ordinario de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2023, y la corrección de errores aprobada por el Consejo Ejecutivo, de fecha 8 de enero de 2024, se aprobó las Bases generales del concurso oposición de la Oferta Pública de Empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;(BOIB núm. 11, de 23 de enero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Mediante Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo en sesión ordinaria de 5 de febrero de 2024, se aprobó la corrección de las bases generales y bases específicas del concurso oposición para la oferta pública de empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca (BOIB núm. 20, de 10 de febrero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Mediante Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo en sesión ordinaria de 25 de marzo de 2024, se aprobó la modificación de las Bases generales del concurso oposición para la oferta pública de empleo de 2021, 2022 y 2023 del Consejo Insular de Menorca (BOIB núm. . 45 de 4 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mediante Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 6 de mayo de 2024, se aprueba la modificación &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;del apartado 11.2 y 11.3 de las bases generales del concurso oposición para la Oferta Pública de Empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca de 2021, 2022 y 2023&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto que se han detectado &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;errores materiales de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Bases generales del concurso oposición para la Oferta Pública de Empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca de 2021, 2022 y 2023, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;concretamente en el punto 11.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Mesa General de Negociación de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10 de octubre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de 2024 acuerda aprobar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;la modificación &lt;/span&gt;de las bases generales de la oferta pública de empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca 2021-2023, de modo que el punto 11.2 de las bases generales queda redactado según el documento que se adjunta como anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Vista la propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad de los cuatro miembros presentes y en votación ordinaria, adopta los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;modificación &lt;/span&gt;de las bases generales de la oferta pública de empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca 2021-2023 , de modo que el punto 11.2 de las bases generales queda redactado según el documento que se adjunta como anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;para que tenga los efectos que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Corregir &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;los errores materiales de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;bases generales del concurso oposición para la oferta pública de empleo del Consejo Insular de Menorca de 2021, 2022 y 2023, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“11.2. Los aspirantes que hayan superado el proceso pero no obtengan plaza pasarán a formar la bolsa preferente del Consejo Insular de Menorca de cada una de las convocatorias, en orden de puntuación del concurso oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;También se incorporarán a esta bolsa los aspirantes de turno libre que superen una de las pruebas del proceso de oposición en el primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición. La incorporación de estos aspirantes lo será únicamente con los puntos obtenidos en la prueba aprobada, sin que se puedan computar los puntos de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;la segunda prueba no superada ni los puntos por concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estas bolsas se regularán por las Bases generales que regulan el procedimiento de selección de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;personal funcionario interino y personal laboral temporal del CIM vigentes en cada momento.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“11.2. Los aspirantes que hayan superado el proceso pero no obtengan plaza pasan a formar la bolsa preferente del Consejo Insular de Menorca de cada una de las convocatorias, en orden de puntuación del concurso oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La incorporación de estos aspirantes lo será únicamente con los puntos obtenidos en la prueba aprobada, sin que puedan computarse los puntos de la segunda prueba no superada ni los puntos por concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estas bolsas se regularán por las bases generales que regulan el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino y personal laboral temporal del CIM vigentes en cada momento.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponerse recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso puede interponerse formalmente ante el propio Consejo Ejecutivo o ante la Comisión de Gobierno, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de este recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No obstante, en su caso, podrá interponerse cualquier otro recurso que estime oportuno. Todo ello, de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
