Propuesta de resolución provisional y resolución definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

Fin de la Vía Administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la concesión de ayudas a personas comprometidas con el bienestar animal. El objetivo es llevar a cabo tareas de identificación y esterilización de la población de gatos y gatas de colonias urbanas en el municipio de Campanet, así como de gatos y gatas de particulares. Con esta ayuda se pretende fomentar el control de colonias de felinos para evitar el crecimiento exponencial, minimizando riesgos higiénicos y sanitarios y mejorando la calidad de vida de estos animales. Además, se busca reducir las molestias a los vecinos ocasionadas por orines, vocalizaciones y posibles peleas en las colonias de gatos. Finalmente, se considera importante informar y educar a la ciudadanía sobre la necesidad y los beneficios de regular colonias incontroladas de gatos, así como la responsabilidad de no abandonar gatos domésticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. DISPONIBILIDAD PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La cantidad máxima destinada a esta ayuda es de 1.500,00 €, asignados a la partida presupuestaria 2024/01/1720/48025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. PERSONAS Y ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarias de la ayuda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Particulares empadronados en Campanet que sean propietarios de gatos o gatas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mayores de 18 años al momento de la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Personas físicas solicitantes que solo podrán recibir ayuda para un máximo de tres gatos o gatas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud implica que el solicitante autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Campanet a acceder a los datos necesarios para verificar la veracidad de la información presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. REQUISITOS PARA LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La concesión se realizará mediante concurrencia no competitiva. En caso de un número de beneficiarios que supere el límite máximo previsto (1.500,00 €), el importe se adjudicará por orden de entrada de las solicitudes. La esterilización y/o el chip debe haberse realizado entre el 1 de enero y el 20 de diciembre de 2024, inclusive. Las acciones subvencionables incluyen esterilización y chip. La ayuda cubrirá un máximo de tres gatos o gatas por solicitante, y será necesario justificar la esterilización y/o chip mediante foto del animal, certificado veterinario y factura detallada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. PLAZO DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación será desde el día siguiente a la publicación de estas bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) hasta el 20 de diciembre de 2024. Las ayudas se abonarán por transferencia bancaria una vez dictada la resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. BASES REGULADORAS Y RÉGIMEN DE CONCURRENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estas ayudas se regirán por la presente convocatoria, bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento, Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y demás normativa aplicable. Las solicitudes que, cumpliendo los requisitos, carezcan de algún documento, tendrán un plazo improrrogable de 5 días hábiles para presentar la documentación faltante, indicando que, en caso de no hacerlo, se considerará desistida su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. IMPORTE DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La ayuda máxima dependerá del sexo del animal y del chip, tal como se detalla a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La instrucción del expediente será responsabilidad de la Concejalía de Medio Ambiente, y la resolución, de la Alcaldía según el art. 21.1.s LBRL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. SOLICITUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán en el Registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento, preferentemente mediante el registro electrónico en la Sede Electrónica de Campanet. La documentación necesaria incluye la solicitud con el IBAN bancario del solicitante, copia del DNI/NIE, certificado veterinario, factura y foto del animal esterilizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. PROCEDIMIENTO DE RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La propuesta provisional de resolución será publicada en el tablón de anuncios y concederá un plazo de 5 días para alegaciones. La propuesta definitiva incluirá la relación de beneficiarios y se publicará en el plazo de 2 meses desde el final del período de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. PUBLICACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La lista de beneficiarios y excluidos, junto con los motivos de exclusión, se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Campanet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. FIN DE LA VÍA ADMINISTRATIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El acto de resolución agota la vía administrativa. Contra esta resolución, puede interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición o recurso contencioso-administrativo en los plazos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
