    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Pleno de 31 de julio de 2023 aprobó la creación y composición de las comisiones informativas permanentes; de Cultura, Bienestar Social y Deportes por un lado y por otro la de Economía Territorio y Servicios Generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el propio Pleno se aprobó asimismo la creación y composición de la Comisión Especial de Cuentas; ésta última y según acuerdo adoptado en este Pleno estará formada por los mismos miembros que integran la Comisión Informativa de Economía, Territorio y Servicios Generales, con igual número de representantes y con idéntica estructura y representación de los grupos políticos que forman la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Por decreto de presidencia núm. 162/2023, de 23 de agosto se designaron a los miembros de las comisiones informativas permanentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto el escrito de la portavoz del Grupo PSOE Menorca de fecha 8 de noviembre de 2024 (RE núm. 037155) mediante el cual se solicita el cambio de un representante titular de su grupo en una comisión informativa permanente y en dos comisiones informativas especiales; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 99 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Menorca, y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el ordenamiento jurídico vigente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Modificar, a petición de la portavoz del Grupo PSOE Menorca, el cambio de un representante titular de su grupo en una comisión informativa permanente y en dos comisiones informativas especiales, de acuerdo con el detalle que se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Comisión Informativa de Economía, Territorio y Servicios Generales y Comisión Especial de Cuentas&lt;/strong&gt;, nombrar al señor José Pastrana Huguet, como miembro titular en sustitución del señor Eduardo Arturo Robsy Petrus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Comisión Informativa Especial de Revisión del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Menorca&lt;/strong&gt;, nombrar al señor José Pastrana Huguet, como miembro titular en sustitución del señor Eduardo Arturo Robsy Petrus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar esta resolución a los interesados y publicar su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de que esta resolución surta efecto desde el día que se firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
