&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES PARA CONSTITUIR UNA BOLSA DE TRABAJO DE PERSONAL LABORAL TEMPORAL PARA LA COBERTURA DE LA PLAZA DE MAESTRO/A DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL, MEDIANTE EL SISTEMA DE CONCURSO DE MÉRITOS, DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE CONSELL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es regular el proceso de creación de una bolsa de maestras de educación infantil, para contrataciones futuras, con destino la escuela municipal “Els llapis” del Ayuntamiento de Consell a efectos de cualquier supuesto de nombramiento como personal laboral temporal previsto en la legislación vigente y por lo cual las personas que superen esta convocatoria pasarán a formar parte de una bolsa de disponibilidad por la orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDA. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es aplicable en esta convocatoria el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, del 30 de octubre, la Ley 7/1985, del 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, la Ley 20/2006, del 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y la Ley 40/2015, del 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria servirá para crear una bolsa de trabajo de personal maestro/a de educación infantil a efectos de cualquier supuesto de nombramiento como personal laboral temporal, de acuerdo con el artículo 11 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público en relación con el artículo 15 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores así como el artículo 15 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitidas en este proceso selectivo, las personas interesadas tienen que cumplir, en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes y durante el proceso selectivo, los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española, o la de un país miembro de la Unión Europea, o la de cualquier de aquellos estados en los cuales, en virtud de tratados internacionales celebrados por aquella y ratificados por España, se aplique la libre circulación de trabajadores en los términos en que esta se encuentra definida en el tratado constitutivo de la Unión Europea, y en los términos que prevé el arte. 57 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del estatuto básico del empleado público. Las persones aspirantes de nacionalidad no española tendrán que acreditar, mediante declaración responsable u otro medio admitido en derecho, tener un conocimiento adecuado del idioma español, y se los podrá exigir, si procede, la superación de pruebas con cuyo objeto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones de la categoría profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tener cumplidos dieciocho años y no exceder, si procede, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haber sido separadas del servicio de cualquier de las administraciones públicas del Estado, de la administración local o autonómica o de los organismos que dependan por ningún expediente disciplinario, ni encontrarse inhabilitadas para el ejercicio de funciones públicas. Igualmente, no estar sometidas a sanción disciplinaria o condena penal que en su estado impida el acceso a la función pública, si se trata de personas aspirantes que no tengan la nacionalidad española de acuerdo con lo establecido a la letra a) de esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar en posesión del título universitario de maestro/a con la especialidad de educación infantil o título de grado de educación infantil, o título equivalente, según se establece en el artículo 12.4 del Decreto 23/2020 de 31 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Consolidado del Decreto por el cual se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil. En el supuesto de haber presentado un título equivalente al exigido se tendrá que alegar la norma que establezca la equivalencia, o si no, lo tendrá que acompañar con certificado expedido por el órgano competente que acredite la mencionada equivalencia. En caso de titulaciones obtenidas al extranjero, las persones aspirantes tendrán que estar en posesión de la credencial que acredite la homologación o de la credencial para el ejercicio de la profesión correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana al nivel B2, de conformidad con la Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, de modificación de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares y el Decreto 11/2017, de 24 de marzo, de exigencia del conocimiento de la lengua catalana en los procedimientos selectivos de acceso a la función pública y para ocupar puestos de trabajo de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. Estos conocimientos tienen que ser acreditados mediante la aportación del título o certificado oficial correspondiente, expedido por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística de las Islas Baleares o equivalencias previstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Estar en posesión del certificado de capacitación en lengua catalana para la enseñanza al primer ciclo de educación infantil (CCI), de conformidad con el Decreto Ley 05/2013, de 6 de septiembre y el artículo 4 de la orden de la Consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 14 de abril de 2014 para el cual se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de lengua catalana y en lengua catalana, propia de las Islas Baleares, a la enseñanza reglada no universitario y se establece el Plan de Formación Lingüística y Cultural (FOLC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Abonar una tasa de 25 euros por los derechos de participación en el proceso selectivo dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, sin que se pueda abonar en ninguno otro momento. Este pago se hará efectivo mediante transferencia o ingreso a uno de los siguientes números de cuenta y se indicará al concepto: nombre, linajes y “BOLSA MESTRE/A&amp;nbsp;EI”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Acreditar la carencia de delitos de naturaleza sexual mediante un certificado de Antecedentes Penales y por Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual, expedido por el Ministerio de Justicia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todos los requisitos anteriores tendrán que poseerse en el momento de finalizar el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y disfrutar durante todo el proceso de selección, hasta el momento del nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTA. FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las bases se publicarán al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB)&amp;nbsp;y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo se presentarán, dentro del plazo de manantial (10) días hábiles contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación de estas bases en el BOIB, al Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Consell, por sede electrónica (https://consell.sedelectronica.es) a través del trámite «Aportación de Documentos» o presencialmente (de lunes a viernes de 9h a 14h, y los martes de 16h a 20h), o en cualquier de las formas previstas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los sucesivos decretos y anuncios, así como todas las notificaciones e incidencias producidas durante el proceso selectivo, se publicarán en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la solicitud, hay que aportar la documentación que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Copia del documento nacional de identidad o, si no son españolas, del documento oficial acreditativo de la personalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Declaración responsable (Anexo I) que se reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas a la base segunda de la convocatoria, referidas siempre a la fecha de finalización del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Justificando de abono de la tasa de 25 euros de derechos de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Conocimientos de la lengua catalana: copia del certificado acreditativo de poseer del nivel B2 de catalán (o del nivel superior al exigido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Conocimientos de la lengua catalana para la enseñanza: copia del certificado de capacitación en lengua catalana para la enseñanza al primer ciclo de educación infantil (CCI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditación de la carencia de delitos de naturaleza sexual mediante un certificado de Antecedentes Penales y por Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual, expedido por el Ministerio de Justicia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Copia de la documentación acreditativa de estar en posesión de la titulación académica exigida o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Copia de los documentos acreditativos de los méritos que se aleguen por su valoración en la fase concurso. El tribunal calificador no podrá tener en cuenta otros méritos que los que se presenten y justifiquen en este trámite, acreditados hasta el último día de presentación de solicitudes para participar del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Relación de méritos (Anexo II) de la documentación acreditativa de los méritos alegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falsedad en los datos que se hagan constar a la solicitud o a la documentación anexa determina la exclusión inmediata de la persona solicitante, sin perjuicio de las medidas legales que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la formalización y presentación de la solicitud, las persones aspirantes dan su consentimiento al tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que son necesarias para tomar parte a la convocatoria y para el resto de la tramitación del proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y, especialmente, la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA. COMPOSICIÓN DEL TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La designación del Tribunal de selección se llevará a cabo de conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 51 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, el artículo 11 del Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento general de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Administración general del Estado y de provisión de puestos de trabajo y de promoción profesional de los funcionarios civiles de la Administración General del Estado, el artículo 60 del texto refundido de la Ley del estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por RDL 5/2015, de 30 de octubre y el Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal estará constituido por personal funcionario de carrera o personal laboral fijo, de categoría igual o superior, y con titulación académica de igual o superior nivel al exigido para la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Del Tribunal calificador no puede formar parte el personal de elección o de designación política, el personal funcionario interino, el personal laboral interino, ni el personal eventual, y tiene la composición siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente/a: uno/a funcionario/aria de carrera o personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento, o uno/a funcionario/aria de administración local con habilitación de carácter nacional que preste sus servicios al Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocales: tres miembros del personal funcionario de carrera o personal laboral fijo, de categoría igual o superior, y con titulación académica de igual o superior nivel al exigido para la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretario/aria: uno/a funcionario/aria de carrera o personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento, de categoría igual o superior, y con titulación académica de igual o superior nivel al exigido para la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del Tribunal calificador se tienen que abstener de intervenir, y lo tienen que notificar a la autoridad convocante, cuando concurra alguna de las circunstancias que prevé el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. Del mismo modo, las persones aspirantes podrán recusar los miembros del Tribunal calificador cuando concurra alguna de las circunstancias previstas al apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El presidente/a convocará los miembros titulares para constituir el tribunal calificador. La constitución y la actuación del Tribunal se ajustarán al que prevé la Ley 40/2015, del Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. Los acuerdos se adoptarán por mayoría de asistentes y el voto del presidente o la presidenta dirimirá los empates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal calificador puede contar con personal asesor especialista para las consultas necesarias. Este personal asesor se limitará a prestar la asistencia que se los solicite y&amp;nbsp;tendrà&amp;nbsp;voz, pero no voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Corresponde al Tribunal calificador resolver todas las cuestiones derivadas de la aplicación de estas bases y todo el que corresponda en los casos no previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La indemnización por asistencia al tribunal calificador se rige por la normativa estatal vigente. A los efectos previstos en el Real Decreto 462/2002, de 24 de mayo, relativo a indemnizaciones por razón de servicio, el tribunal queda clasificado con la categoría de primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando, en ausencia del presidente o la presidenta titular del Tribunal, tampoco sea posible la presencia de la persona designada como suplente, asumirá la presidencia el vocal que resulte en atención a los criterios de mayor jerarquía, antigüedad o edad, aplicados por este orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA. ADMISIÓN DE PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por el hecho de presentar las instancias para solicitar tomar parte al concurso, las persones aspirantes se someten expresamente en sus bases reguladoras, que constituyen la norma de este proceso selectivo, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades en que pudieran incurrir si se apreciara inexactitud fraudulenta a la declaración que formulen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resultarán admitidas las persones aspirantes que acrediten reunir los requisitos exigidos, según el que expone la base segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirado el plazo de presentación de instancias, la autoridad convocante dictará resolución declarante aprobada la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, con la causa o las causas que han motivado la exclusión, y concediendo un plazo de enmienda a las personas excluidas de tres (3) días hábiles, con indicación que, si no hacen la enmienda, se entenderá que han cejado en la solicitud y serán definitivamente excluidas. Así mismo, esta resolución indicará la composición del tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las instancias para enmendar el defecto que haya motivado la exclusión provisional se tienen que presentar al registro general del Ayuntamiento de Consell, por sede electrónica (https://consell.sedelectronica.es) a través del trámite «Aportación de Documentos» o presencialmente (de lunes a viernes de 9h a 14h, y los martes de 16h a 20h), o en cualquier de las formas previstas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre. No será válida la presentación vía corréis electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado este plazo, mediante Resolución de la Alcaldía, se aprobará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas, y se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÉPTIMA. CONCURSO DE MÉRITOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de los méritos es de 30 puntos repartidos de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Experiencia profesional. Este apartado se valorará con un máximo de 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Servicios prestados a la administración pública como maestro/a de educación infantil o en una categoría equivalente o superior realizando funciones análogas en la plaza que se convoca: 0,30 puntos por mes completo (30 días a jornada completa) y, en caso de periodos inferiores en un mes, estimando la parte proporcional sobre 30 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este mérito se tiene que acreditar mediante un certificado de servicios prestados expedido por la entidad correspondiente con la indicación de la categoría profesional y las tareas desarrolladas en caso de no ser una plaza o puesto de trabajo específico de maestro/a de educación infantil; y las fechas de alta y baja de la misma. Por lo tanto, cuando no se trate de experiencia como maestro/a de educación infantil, únicamente será valorado este apartado cuando, de la documentación aportada por la persona aspirando, se desprenda que la experiencia laboral está directamente relacionada con las funciones de la plaza que se convoca. Junto con el certificado se tendrá que aportar también un Informe de Vida Laboral actualizado expedido por la TGSS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valorarán los servicios prestados a la administración pública en virtud de un contrato administrativo sujeto a la Ley de contratos del sector público. Tampoco se valorarán los servicios prestados en calidad de personal eventual o de confianza, de conformidad con el que establece el artículo 20.4 de la Ley 3/2007 de 3 de abril, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Servicios prestados al sector privado (incluidos los centros privados concertados) como maestro/a de educación infantil o en una categoría equivalente o superior realizando funciones análogas en la plaza que se convoca: 0,10 puntos por mes completo (30 días a jornada completa) y, en caso de periodos inferiores en un mes, estimando la parte proporcional sobre 30 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este mérito se tiene que acreditar mediante un contrato laboral y/o certificado de empresa con la indicación de la categoría profesional y las tareas desarrolladas en caso de no ser una plaza o puesto de trabajo específico de maestro/a de educación infantil; y las fechas de alta y baja. Por lo tanto, cuando no se trate de experiencia como maestro/a de educación infantil, únicamente será valorado este apartado cuando, de la documentación aportada por la persona aspirando, se desprenda que la experiencia laboral está directamente relacionada con las funciones de la plaza que se convoca. En el caso del ejercicio de la profesión por cuenta propia, el mérito se tiene que acreditar mediante el certificado de alta y baja del Impuesto de actividades Económicas (IAE), con indicación de la clasificación de la actividad y del tiempo que ha estado ejerciendo. Junto con el contrato y/o certificado de empresa, o el certificado IAE, se tendrá que aportar también un Informe de Vida Laboral actualizado expedido por la TGSS. En ningún caso, no se valorará este apartado, si la documentación presentada no refleja el lugar ocupado ni sus funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Formación. Este apartado se valorará con un máximo de 12,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración de este apartado se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con el baremo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a) Titulaciones académicas diferentes a la exigida y relacionadas con el ámbito de intervención del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/strong&gt; Se valorará con un máximo de 7,5 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por cada doctorado: 4,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por cada máster oficial: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por cada titulación académica oficial de grado, diplomatura, licenciatura, segundo ciclo universitario o equivalente: 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por cada título de máster propio: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por cada título propio de diploma de posgrado, diploma de especialización, diploma de experto universitario o cursos universitarios propios: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este mérito se tiene que acreditar documentalmente mediante fotocopia del anverso y el reverso del correspondiente título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b) Formación específica y relacionada con las funciones propias de la categoría convocada.&lt;/strong&gt; Se valorarán cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios impartidos y/o reconocidos por universidades, escuelas oficiales de formación, escuelas municipales de formación, el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP), la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), la Administración del Estado, autonómica o local, organizaciones sindicales firmantes de los acuerdos de formación continua de las administraciones públicas, las universidades y las escuelas técnicas, o los homologados por cualquier de estas instituciones. En este apartado se incluyen los cursos de formación ocupacional impartidos o promovidos por el Servicio de Ocupación de las Islas Baleares (SOIB), Colegio Oficial de Secretarios, Interventores y Tesoreros de las Administraciones Locales (COSITAL) y por otras entidades u organismos locales, autonómicos o estatales con competencias en materia de formación ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los cursos pueden tener cualquier duración. Los créditos u horas de asistencia y de aprovechamiento para una misma formación no son acumulativos. &lt;strong&gt;Se valorará con un máximo de 5 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos, jornadas, congresos o seminarios impartidos: 0,0050 puntos por hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando los certificados acrediten aprovechamiento: 0,0030 puntos por hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando los certificados acrediten asistencia: 0,0015 puntos por hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este mérito se tiene que acreditar documentalmente mediante fotocopia u original si es digital de las certificaciones, diplomas o documentos oficiales emitidos por las administraciones o los organismos competentes, y tendrán que incluir las horas de duración o los créditos de los cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los certificados, diplomas o documentos oficiales que no expresen horas sino créditos se valorarán en caso de créditos ECTS a razón de 25 horas por crédito, y en caso de créditos anteriores al “Pla Bolonia”, a razón de 10 horas por crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificado, diploma o documento oficial no determina explícitamente que la formación se ha realizado con aprovechamiento, se valorará como asistencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Conocimientos de catalán. Este apartado se valorará con un máximo de 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán los certificados expeditos o reconocidos como equivalentes por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares. Solo se computará el nivel más alto acreditado. El certificado LA se puede acumular con el C1 y lo C2. La puntuación en cada caso será:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado C1 o equivalente: 1 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado C2 o equivalente: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado LA o equivalente: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este mérito se tiene que acreditar mediante certificado expedido por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, o bien del título, diploma o certificado equivalente según la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de fecha 8 de marzo de 2018, expedido por las instituciones públicas oficiales correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA. RELACIÓN DE PERSONAS APROBADAS Y ORDEN DE CLASIFICACIÓN DEFINITIVA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez hecho el baremo el méritos, el Ayuntamiento de Consell publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento (https://www.ajconsell.net/) las puntuaciones provisionales obtenidas. De entre las personas aspirantes se conformará una relación por orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todas las persones aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de tres (3) días hábiles contadores desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de las puntuaciones provisionales para presentar reclamaciones oportunas o solicitar la revisión de sus méritos ante el tribunal. Una vez que el Tribunal Calificador haya resuelto las alegaciones presentadas, se publicarán los resultados definitivos y con la orden de clasificación definitivo en función de la puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de situaciones de empate en la puntuación total, estas se tienen que resolver atendiendo de forma sucesiva la aplicación de los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mayor puntuación obtenida de la apartado experiencia profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ser persona mayor de 45 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal calificador elevará a la Alcaldía la relación final de personas aspirantes, por orden de clasificación, a fin de constituir la bolsa de trabajo. La resolución de constitución de la bolsa se publicará al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, indicando las personas que la integran, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA BOLSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigencia máxima de esta bolsa será de tres años a partir de la fecha del acuerdo de constitución de la relación definitiva de la bolsa de trabajo. En caso de que en el periodo de tres años no se haya constituido una nueva bolsa de maestro/a de educación infantil del Ayuntamiento de Consell, la presente quedará automáticamente prorrogada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se produzca la necesidad de personal, las persones aspirantes serán requeridas según la orden que ocupen a la lista, mediante contacto telefónico o a través de correo electrónico con un máximo de tres intentos. A través de diligencia quedará constancia al expediente que la persona que forma parte de la bolsa ha recibido la comunicación o de los requerimientos efectuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A esta persona se le comunicará el lugar y el plazo en el que sea preciso que se presente. Si no manifiesta su conformidad con el nombramiento o contratación en el plazo de un día (1) hábil y su disposición a incorporarse en el plazo indicado, se entenderá que renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona que ocupe el lugar de trabajo tendrá que superar un periodo de prácticas de tres meses, a contar desde el día de su nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que renuncien de forma exprés o tácita pasarán al último lugar de la bolsa de trabajo, excepto en el caso de la concurrencia de alguna de las circunstancias siguientes, las cuales tienen que justificarse documentalmente dentro del plazo de tres (3) días hábiles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en periodo de embarazo, maternidad o paternidad, de adopción o acogida permanente o adoptivo, incluyendo el periodo en que sea procedente la concesión de la excedencia por el cuidado de hijos por cualquier de los supuestos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Encontrarse en servicio activo en un puesto de trabajo de cualquier administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Enfermedad o incapacidad temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar ejerciendo funciones sindicales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que, a pesar de haber renunciado, aleguen y justifiquen alguna de las circunstancias previstas anteriormente conservarán la posición obtenida a la bolsa. Sin embargo, quedarán en la situación de no disponible, y no recibirán ninguna oferta más mientras se mantenga la circunstancia alegada. Así mismo, tendrán que comunicar por escrito la finalización de la circunstancia alegada en un plazo máximo de manantial (10) días hábiles para poder pasar a disponible y poder ocupar el lugar ofrecido en caso de ser seleccionados. El incumplimiento de esta comunicación comportará la exclusión de la bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se produzca el cese de la persona seleccionada en su puesto de trabajo, se reincorporará a la bolsa de trabajo ocupando el mismo orden de prelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento del deber de incorporarse al puesto de trabajo previamente aceptado o una vez ocupado, la posterior renuncia voluntaria, supondrá la exclusión de la bolsa de trabajo, excepto que estas circunstancias se produjeran a causa de fuerza mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DÉCIMA. PRESENTACIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquellas personas aspirantes a las cuales se truque, y que den el visto y aprobado a su nombramiento, tendrán que exhibir en el plazo establecido a partir del llamamiento, si no lo han presentado antes, los documentos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Original del DNI o del NIF o documento acreditativo de la nacionalidad certificado por la autoridad competente del país de origen, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Original de la titulación o certificación académica que acredite tener cursados y aprobados los estudios necesarios para la obtención del título correspondiente, o el justificante de haber satisfecho los derechos de expedición, sin perjuicio de la posterior presentación del título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además del anterior, tendrán que presentar en el plazo establecido, si no los han presentado antes, los documentos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Certificado médico, en modelo oficial, en la que conste que la persona aspirando no sufre enfermedad o defecto físico que impida el desarrollo de las correspondientes funciones..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Declaración jurada de no haber sido separado/*ada, mediante expediente disciplinario, del servicio del Estado, de la administración local o autonómica o de los organismos que dependan, ni encontrarse inhabilitadas para el ejercicio de funciones públicas. Las persones aspirantes que no tengan la nacionalidad española, de acuerdo con aquello establecido a la letra a) de la base 3, tendrán que acreditar igualmente no estar sometidas a sanción disciplinaria o condena penal que impida, en su estado, el acceso a la función pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
