    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Resolución de Alcaldía núm.2024-2645, de 13 de noviembre, una vez concluido el procedimiento selectivo incoado por Resolución de Alcaldía&amp;nbsp; n.º 2023-532, de fecha 7 de marzo de 2023, (BOIB N.º 35 de día 18/03/2023 y BOE n.º 104 de día 02/05/2023), en parte bastante se ha resuelto el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Realizar la contratación como personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida a favor del Sr. PAFG, con DNI 42988776-M para ocupar una plaza de oficial primera conductor del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, después de ganar el proceso selectivo convocado (BOIB N.º 35 de día 18/03/2023 y BOE n.º 104 de día 02/05/2023) y adjudicarle la plaza de oficial primera conductor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar la presente resolución al aspirante que ha obtenido la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, se la informará sobre el tratamiento de sus datos personales y del compromiso de confidencialidad con ocasión de la relación que se entabla con el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el nombramiento en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares en el tablón de anuncios electrónico de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento https://ajsantamargalida.sedelectronica.es/info.0&amp;nbsp; y al Portal de Transparencia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;https://ajsantamargalida.sedelectronica.es/transparency/ceb7a8ec-c611-4b25-a9df-840510a08243/ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar al Registro de Personal, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Proporcionar la información estadística correspondiente a los resultados del proceso de estabilización de ocupación temporal a través del Sistema de Información Salarial del Personal de la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Informar a la representación legal de los empleados del nombramiento, a los efectos que procedan.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público a efectos del artículo 62 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
