&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar las bases y la convocatoria para la constitución bolsín extraordinario de personal interino por el sistema de concurso de la especialidad Cabo de Bomberos por promoción interna para posteriores nombramientos como funcionarios interinos del Ayuntamiento de Palma encuadrados en la escala de Administración especial, servicios especiales, clase b) servicio contra incendios y salvamento, grupo C, subgrupo C1, Cabo/a del Cuerpo de Bomberos, que se adjuntan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PARA LA CONVOCATORIA DE CONCURSO DE MÉRITOS PARA LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE UN BOLSÍN EXTRAORDINARIO PARA LA COBERTURA INTERINA DE PLAZAS DE CABO DEL CUERPO DE BOMBEROS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE PALMA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. JUSTIFICACIÓN Y OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La necesidad de iniciar la convocatoria para la creación de un bolsín extraordinario de cabo de S.C.I.S. (Servicio Contra Incendios y Salvamento) de la Administración especial del Ayuntamiento de Palma, se fundamenta en la urgencia de cubrir plazas de forma interina, dado que las necesidades extraordinarias y urgentes de personal del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Palma, mientras se resuelven los procesos selectivos para nombrar cabos como funcionarios de carrera. Así, podrán nombrarse para subvenir a necesidades urgentes, extraordinarias y circunstanciales de incremento de actividad que, en su caso, se determinarán en el momento del nombramiento de la persona interina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es objeto de la presente convocatoria la creación de un bolsín extraordinario por el sistema de concurso de promoción interna, para la realización de posteriores nombramientos como personal funcionario interino del Cuerpo de Bomberos del Ajuntament de Palma encuadrados en la escala de Administración especial, subescala servicios especiales, clase b) servicio contra incendios y salvamento, grupo C, subgrupo C1, con el fin de poder cubrir de forma inmediata todas aquellas situaciones administrativas que se puedan producir en las que sea necesaria su cobertura de forma interina hasta a su provisión de forma definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta convocatoria es extraordinaria y urgente y el bolsín que se derive de ella únicamente tendrá validez hasta que exista un bolsín derivado de un proceso ordinario de concurso oposición por promoción interna por cabo del SCIS. Una vez agotado el bolsín generado por el proceso ordinario antes citado, se podrá reiniciar la validez de este bolsín en caso de necesidad urgente o extraordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por las bases de bolsines 2016, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 86 de 7 de julio de 2016 y por las bases generales 2017, 2018 y 2019 publicadas en el BOIB núm. 129, de 21 de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.1 &amp;nbsp;SUPUESTOS QUE SE PRETENDEN CUBIR: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Todas aquellas situaciones administrativas que se puedan producir en las que sea necesaria su cobertura de forma interina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ESCALERA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Administración especial, subescala servicios especiales, clase b) servicio contra incendios y salvamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;GRUPO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Concurso por promoción interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;REQUISITOS DE LOS ASPIRANTES:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Además de los establecidos en las bases generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Pertenecer a la plantilla del servicio de Bomberos de este Ayuntamiento como personal funcionario de carrera y llevar como mínimo cinco años de antigüedad de servicio activo en la plaza BOMBER/A o BOMBER/A CONDUCTOR/A referida a la fecha de expiración del plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Estar en posesión del título de bachillerato, técnico o equivalente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Estar en posesión del diploma de aptitud de cabo de bomberos, diploma expedido por el órgano competente de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears o por un organismo/escuela autorizada por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana de nivel B2 mediante un certificado expedido por la EBAP, o bien por los títulos, diplomas y certificados homologados establecido en la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 21 de febrero de 2013 , por la que se determinan los títulos, diplomas y certificados equivalentes a los certificados de conocimiento de lengua catalana de la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud (BOIB num. 34, de 12-03-2013) o por Certificado expedido por la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Juventud, que según el Decreto 6/2012, de 3 de febrero, sobre evaluación y certificación de conocimientos de catalán, (BOIB número 19, de 07-02-2012), garantice los conocimientos de catalán exigidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Tener carné de conducir de la clase B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) No padecer enfermedad o defecto físico o psíquico que impida o merme el correcto desarrollo de las funciones propias del puesto de trabajo (anexo B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. SOLICITUD DE PARTICIPACIÓN, FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La solicitud para participar en el concurso-oposición debe cumplimentarse mediante la aplicación del Portal del opositor (https://oposicions.palma.cat), siendo imprescindible la acreditación por alguno de los sistemas de identificación y firma admitidos por la pasarela Cl@ve del Gobierno de España: DNIe/Certificado electrónico, Cl@ve Permanente y Cl@ve&amp;nbsp;ocasional (Cl@ve Pin). Cumplimentada la solicitud telemática, se generará un documento pdf que deberá registrarse, junto con el justificante de abono de la tasa y el modelo de instancia específica bolsín extraordinario cabo y autobaremación según anexo A, en el plazo de presentación de instancias, a través del Registro electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;10 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los derechos de examen serán de 15,91 euros y serán abonados por los interesados ​​dentro del plazo de admisión de instancias dentro del proceso de inscripción recogidos en el primer párrafo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dado que la hoja de inscripción obtenida en el portal del opositor del Ayuntamiento de Palma contiene una declaración jurada del aspirante de cumplimiento de todos los requisitos exigidos para acceder a la plaza de cabo, no se requiere en el momento de inscripción la documentación acreditativa, que será requerida a los aspirantes propuestos por el Tribunal antes de la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La documentación que tendrán que presentar necesariamente antes de la toma de posesión como funcionarios interinos es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Documento nacional de identidad o, en caso de no ser español, del documento oficial acreditativo de la personalidad (NIE, pasaporte o tarjeta de residencia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Copia auténtica del título académico exigido en cada convocatoria (anverso y reverso) o certificación académica que acredite haber superado todos los estudios para obtener el título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Copia auténtica del carné de conducir de la categoría B (anverso y reverso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Copia auténtica del certificado de conocimientos de lengua catalana que se indique en la convocatoria específica. Los conocimientos de lengua catalana deben acreditarse mediante un certificado expedido o reconocido como equivalente o que esté homologado por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística, o bien expedido por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Copia auténtica del diploma de aptitud de cabo de bomberos, diploma expedido por el órgano competente de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares o por un organismo/escuela autorizada por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CATEGORIA DEL TRIBUNAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A efectos previstos en el Real Decreto 462/2002, de 24 de mayo, relativo a indemnizaciones por razón de servicio, el Tribunal queda clasificado en la categoría segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;COMPOSICIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Tribunal Calificador estará constituido por un presidente o presidenta, designado por el órgano competente, y 4 vocales, que serán designados por la Corporación por sorteo de entre personal funcionario en servicio activo, uno de la categoría de oficial/a del SCIS , uno de la categoría de Sargento/a del SCIS y dos de las categorías de Cabo del SCIS, y que reúnan los requisitos exigidos en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta designación implicará a la del respectivo personal suplente. El secretario/a será designado por votación de entre los vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Tribunal Calificador puede acordar, si lo cree conveniente, la incorporación de asesores y especialistas, con voz pero sin voto, para que colaboren con su especialización técnica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cualquier caso, podrán asistir, con voz pero sin voto, las personas representantes de las organizaciones sindicales representativas, para efectuar funciones de vigilancia y vela del buen desarrollo del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;FUNCIONAMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El procedimiento de actuación del Tribunal Calificador debe ajustarse a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas ya la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De conformidad con la normativa anterior, los miembros del Tribunal Calificador deben abstenerse, y notificarlo al órgano convocante, cuando se encuentren en alguna de las circunstancias previstas normativamente. Igualmente, las personas participantes pueden recusar a los miembros del Tribunal Calificador cuando concurran las circunstancias previstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De cada una de las reuniones del Tribunal Calificador, se levantará el acta correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El órgano convocante, por sí mismo oa propuesta del presidente o presidenta del Tribunal Calificador, puede requerir, a los efectos oportunos, la acreditación de los aspectos necesarios cuando crea que las personas participantes han podido incurrir en inexactitudes o falsedades, que pueden ser excluidas de la convocatoria en cualquier momento. En todo caso, se pondrán en conocimiento de las autoridades competentes las inexactitudes o falsedades comprobadas, al efecto pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SEDE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A efectos de comunicaciones y otras incidencias, el Tribunal Calificador tiene su sede en el parque central de bomberos en la calle Gregorio Marañón, 10, 07007 Palma (Illes Balears). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.ADMISIÓN AL PROCEDIMIENTO SELECTIVO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A efectos de admisión de las personas participantes se tienen en cuenta los datos que hagan constar en la solicitud, siendo su responsabilidad la veracidad de estos datos, sin perjuicio de que, en cualquier momento del proceso selectivo, el Tribunal Calificador de la convocatoria requiera a los participantes la acreditación de los datos que han hecho constar en su solicitud de admisión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes de participación, el órgano competente dictará resolución en el plazo máximo de un mes y declarará aprobada la lista provisional de personas participantes admitidas y excluidas de la convocatoria, que se publicará en el tablón electrónico de edictos y anuncios de la página web del Ayuntamiento y en el apartado de oferta pública de trabajo de la misma página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Al día siguiente de la publicación de la mencionada lista, las personas participantes dispondrán de un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;3 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; para presentar alegaciones dirigidas a subsanar los defectos que les son imputables, acreditar la documentación solicitada o subsanar los defectos de la su solicitud inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas participantes que no subsanen dentro de este plazo el defecto imputable a ellas que haya motivado su exclusión, se considerará que desisten de su petición y se archivará su solicitud sin ningún otro trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo de presentación de reclamaciones y en un plazo máximo de un mes se aprobará la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se publicará en el tablón electrónico de edictos y anuncios de la página web del Ayuntamiento y en el apartado de oferta pública de trabajo de la misma página web. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En la relación de personas excluidas se hará constar las resoluciones de las reclamaciones presentadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los errores materiales, de hecho y aritméticos pueden enmendarse en cualquier momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN E INFORMACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las publicaciones oficiales relativas a la convocatoria se realizan a través del tablón electrónico de edictos y anuncios de la página web del Ayuntamiento y en el apartado de oferta pública de trabajo de la misma página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 45.1.b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, con la publicación de las resoluciones en el BOIB y la exposición de las listas en los tablones de anuncios en los lugares que se indiquen, se considerará realizada la notificación oportuna a las personas interesadas y se iniciarán los plazos a efectos de posibles reclamaciones o recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.DESARROLLO DEL PROCESO SELECTIVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El procedimiento selectivo es el de concurso y consta de una única fase: Fase de concurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los méritos de la fase de concurso se calcularán con 2 decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CONSIDERACIONES GENERALES DE LA FASE DE CONCURSO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La fase de concurso no tendrá carácter eliminatorio y la puntuación máxima alcanzable en la fase de concurso será de &lt;strong&gt;50 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Todos los méritos que conforman esta fase se valorarán hasta la fecha de finalización de la presentación de instancias. Para poder contabilizar los méritos presentados será necesario tener las titulaciones y certificaciones en vigor hasta el último día de valoración de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Toda la documentación que se presente en lengua extranjera debe ir acompañada de la traducción jurada correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los requisitos y los méritos correspondientes deben acreditarse en la siguiente forma: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tanto los requisitos como los méritos se acreditan con los documentos que constan en el expediente personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Administración debe incorporar de oficio al expediente del concurso, un extracto de los méritos que figuran en el expediente personal de cada persona aspirante, con referencia al último día del plazo para la presentación de solicitudes .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El personal funcionario que quiera comprobar los datos que figuran en su expediente puede solicitar un extracto para conocer los requisitos y los méritos que figuran en el mismo y, en su caso, incluir nueva documentación en su expediente personal mediante uno de los modelos de sol solicitud que se encuentra en el portal del&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;personal y presentarlo acompañado de la documentación acreditativa de la formación a través de la Sede Electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sólo para los requisitos y méritos alegados y que NO son susceptibles de inscripción en el expediente personal, deben adjuntarse a la solicitud mediante documentos originales o copias auténticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En todo caso, las certificaciones relativas a los servicios prestados a otras administraciones, empresas, etc. se tendrán que aportar por parte de los interesados, aunque los mismos hayan sido reconocidos por el Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los documentos acreditativos de los méritos presentados (según el punto d) podrán ser retirados por los aspirantes en el plazo de tres meses a contar desde el día siguiente de adquirir firmeza la resolución definitiva del procedimiento. De lo contrario serán destruidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Asimismo, debe constar el régimen jurídico, el vínculo, el cuerpo, la categoría, el período concreto de prestación de los servicios hasta la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria y las funciones concretas desarrolladas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Son criterios de exclusión generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Anomalías que incapaciten para vestir al uniforme y que impidan llevar o transportar una parte esencial del equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Incapacidad por el servicio por falta de eficiencia psicofísica a causa de enfermedades, lesiones o anomalías de carácter permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contagiosidad o peligrosidad para la comunidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Enfermedades graves de evolución irreversible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lesiones, anomalías o enfermedades que, aunque no sean graves en principio, necesitan un tratamiento permanente y costoso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente al de recibir la presente notificación. En este caso no podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado, y 45 y siguientes de la ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Palma, en la fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los abajo firmantes declaran conocer el contenido de los artículos 52, 53 y 54 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público y de el artículo 61 del Reglamento Financiero (UE 2018/1046 de 18 de julio de 2018) y carecer de conflictos de interés en este acto que integra el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
