    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia en fecha 12 de noviembre de 2024, ha dictado la Resolución 2024-5098 de aprobación de la convocatoria de las subvenciones para la rehabilitación de fachadas del conjunto histórico y elementos catalogados de Alcúdia del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo que prevén los artículos 17.3 b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica la convocatoria , texto completo también sepuede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada por la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada día 4 de noviembre de 2024, las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones para la Rehabilitación de Fachadas del Conjunto Histórico y Elementos Catalogados de Alcudia del año 2024, y publicadas en el BOIB nº147 de día 9 de noviembre de 2024, se hace pública la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Enlace a la publicación en el BOIB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Código de la convocatoria en la BDNS:795981&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La subvención corre a cargo de la partida núm. PA 336.781.000 de los Presupuestos Generales del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia del ejercicio del año 2024, aprobados definitivamente por el Ayuntamiento Pleno el día 11 de Julio de 2024 y publicados en el BOIB nº92 de día 13 de julio de 2024, con una dotación económica total de 20.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones quedará condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el momento en que se resuelva la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas subvenciones las personas físicas o comunidades de propietarios que sean promotores de obras de rehabilitación, que se encuentren en la situación que motiva la concesión de la subvención y que cumplen con los requisitos y obligaciones previstas en los arts. 13 y 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y las previstas en las bases 9 y 10 de la presente subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden optar a esta convocatoria las obras de rehabilitación que se lleven a cabo en los inmuebles comprendidos dentro del Conjunto histórico de la Ciudad de Alcúdia, en los edificios o edificaciones incluidas en el vigente Catálogo del Patrimonio Histórico y Artístico del Medio Rural y Suelo Urbano de Alcúdia , y en los márgenes o muros que delimitan los caminos rurales incluidos como espacios naturales en el vigente Catálogo del Patrimonio Histórico y Artístico del Medio Rural y Suelo Urbano de Alcúdia. Todo esto con las condiciones que regulan las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Finalidad y objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia quiere fomentar las actuaciones de adecuación, mejora, rehabilitación y conservación de las fachadas de los inmuebles emplazados en el ámbito del Conjunto Histórico de la Ciudad y de los inmuebles incluidos en el Catálogo de Patrimonio municipal, así como de los muros y márgenes incluidos en el Catálogo de Caminos municipal; todo ello con el fin de garantizar la colaboración entre la administración pública y los particulares para la recuperación del Patrimonio Arquitectónico de Alcudia. Es objeto de la presente convocatoria regular las ayudas económicas que el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia concederá durante el año 2024 para la rehabilitación de fachadas de edificios situados en el ámbito del Conjunto Histórico de la Ciudad de Alcúdia, de los inmuebles incluidos en el Catálogo de Patrimonio municipal y de los muros y márgenes incluidos en el Catálogo de Caminos municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A todo lo que no esté previsto en las bases específicas se aplicará la Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia (publicada en el BOIB núm. 176, de 1 de diciembre de 2015).; la Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; la Ley 39/2015 del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley General de Subvenciones; así como el resto de normativa que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Dotación presupuestaria y cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La subvención corre a cargo de la partida núm. PA 336.781.000 de los Presupuestos Generales del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia del ejercicio 2024, aprobados definitivamente por el Ayuntamiento Pleno el día 11 de julio de 2024 y publicados en el BOIB Nº92 de día 13 de julio de 2024, con una dotación económica total de 20.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La subvención consistirá en una cantidad equivalente al 40% del coste de las obras en el objeto de subvención, excluido impuestos, con un máximo de 8.000 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que las facturas justificativas de la actuación sean superiores al presupuesto de ejecución material de obra que se ha presentado ante el ayuntamiento con la solicitud de licencia urbanística o la comunicación previa, la cantidad máxima a percibir se calculará sobre el presupuesto de obra, que prevalecerá por encima de las facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se aplicará una bonificación del 95% del impuesto sobre construcciones, instalaciones y obras (ICIO), a las obras de rehabilitación de edificios dentro del casco antiguo de la Ciudad de Alcudia que se ajusten a los criterios, requisitos y contenido de la normativa vigente aplicable en base al informe técnico municipal de Patrimoni. De lo contrario no gozarán de ningún tipo de bonificación. Todo esto según la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora del impuesto sobre construcciones, instalaciones y obras vigente en el momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones queda condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el momento en que se resuelva la concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes de concesión de subvención (anexo 1) empezará a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB y finalizará día 15 de noviembre del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ninguna solicitud presentada fuera de estos plazos se admitirá a trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Requisitos de las obras objeto de subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras objeto de subvención tendrán que estar terminadas en el plazo fijado en la licencia o en lo especificado en el título habilitante y, en todo caso, antes del 15 de noviembre del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tomará como fecha de finalización de las obras la que aparezca en el certificado final de obras firmado por el técnico facultativo, en el caso de las obras con proyecto o dirección facultativa, o firmado por el maestro de obras, en los demás casos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo. Lugares de presentación de solicitudes y modelos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes deben presentarse en el registro general del Ayuntamiento, o también se pueden presentar en los lugares que se establecen en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015 de procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo. Criterios de puntuación y orden de prioridad de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano colegiado, una vez recibidas todas las solicitudes, las puntuará a fin de determinar el orden de precedencia de las subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este orden de precedencia se establecerá sumando los puntos designados por una serie de criterios. A mayor número de puntos mayor precedencia. Si alguna solicitud no tiene cabida dentro de alguna de las opciones de cada criterio, equivale a cero puntos en dicho criterio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si a la hora de puntuar una solicitud tiene cabida en varias opciones de un mismo criterio, sólo se computará la opción más favorable. Por ejemplo, en el criterio de ubicación, si un inmueble está catalogado y al mismo tiempo está dentro del BIC conjunto histórico, sólo puede sumar para este criterio la opción por estar catalogado (8 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los criterios son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criterio de ubicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Inmuebles declarados BIC (10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Inmuebles incluidos en el vigente Catálogo de Patrimonio Histórico y Artístico del Centro Histórico de Alcúdia (8 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Inmuebles ubicados en el BIC - Conjunto Histórico de la Ciudad de Alcúdia (6 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Inmuebles ubicados en el Entorno de protección del BIC-Conjunto Histórico de la Ciudad de Alcúdia (4 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Los edificios o edificaciones incluidas en el vigente Catálogo del Patrimonio Histórico y Artístico del Medio Rural y Suelo Urbano de Alcudia (3 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Los márgenes o muros que delimitan los caminos rurales incluidos como espacios naturales en el vigente Catálogo del Patrimonio Histórico y Artístico del Medio Rural y Suelo Urbano de Alcudia (1 punto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criterio de tipología de intervención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Rehabilitación completa de fachada (6 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Rehabilitación parcial (4 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Rehabilitación de márgenes o muros (1 punto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criterio de eliminación de cableado de fachadas en vía pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Dentro del BIC-Centro Histórico, retirada del cableado de fachada a vía pública y su soterramiento (12 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Dentro del BIC-Conjunto Histórico. Habilitación de un armario de fachada o nicho apto para ser usado como RITI (6 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Entorno de protección del BIC-Conjunto Histórico, retirada de cableado de fachada a vía pública y su soterramiento (8 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nota: El RITI, debe ser de las dimensiones mínimas imprescindibles. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de empate en la puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En primer lugar tendrán prioridad las intervenciones encaminadas a la mayor conservación y recuperación de los valores tradicionales y originales de los inmuebles frente a las que más alteren su aspecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de nuevo empate, el edificio más antiguo según catastro. En caso de persistir el empate tendría prioridad la solicitud de menor coste frente a la de mayor coste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
