    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ajuntament de Capdepera en la sesión celebrada el día 9 de septiembre de 2024 acordó la aprobación de la modificación del acuerdo regulador del precio público sobre el servicio de las ‘escoletes&amp;apos; de educación infantil de primer ciclo, lo cual se publica para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“TEXTO REGULADOR DE LOS PRECIOS PÚBLICOS PARA LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE LAS ‘ESCOLETES&amp;apos; DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL DE PRIMER CICLO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 1. Objeto y fundamento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme a lo dispuesto por el artículo 41 del RDL 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, este ayuntamiento establece el precio público para la prestación del servicio de las ‘escoletes&amp;apos; municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 2. Obligados al pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estarán obligados al pago de los precios públicos contenidos en esta ordenanza las personas solicitantes de las prestaciones del servicio o, de no ser así, los padres y tutores del alumno beneficiado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 3. Cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La cuantía del precio público regulado en esta ordenanza es el establecido en el cuadro de tarifas recogido en el anexo de la ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 4. Normas de gestión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El precio público se considerará meritado simultáneamente a la prestación del servicio y el Ayuntamiento confeccionará por mensualidades vencidas los recibos,&amp;nbsp;que serán entregados a la Tesorería del Ajuntament para que los pase a cobro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El pago del recibo mensual se realizará por el sistema de domiciliación a entidades&amp;nbsp;de crédito y ahorro que el Ayuntamiento designe como colaboradoras, conforme a las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Las personas obligadas al pago deberán presentar al encargado de la ‘escoleta&amp;apos; municipal, que a su vez deberán presentar a la Tesorería municipal, los escritos de domiciliación según modelo oficial, donde deberán especificar sus datos de identificación personal,&amp;nbsp;número de cuenta y establecimiento, y concepto que se desea domiciliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Las domiciliaciones de pago tendrán validez por tiempo indefinido, mientras no sean anuladas por el interesado o rehusadas por el establecimiento&amp;nbsp;donde tengan que presentarse los instrumentos de cobro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;Los recibos se cobrarán a mes vencido durante&amp;nbsp;los primeros 15 días del mes siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;Transcurrido el plazo de ingreso voluntario sin que se haya satisfecho la deuda se iniciará el período ejecutivo,&amp;nbsp;conforme a lo establecido en los artículos 26, 28 y 161 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria,&amp;nbsp;lo cual determinará la exigencia de los intereses de demora, así como los recargos que correspondan y, en su caso, de las costas del procedimiento de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;El impago en vía voluntaria de dos mensualidades significará la baja del alumno en el centro.&amp;nbsp;El Ayuntamiento deberá notificar a la familia la baja del alumno quince días naturales antes de hacerla efectiva. El centro informará de la baja al Servicio de Escolarización, indicando el motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;El inicio del abono de la cuota será a partir de la fecha de inicio de matriculación del servicio informada en el momento de efectuar la preinscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.&amp;nbsp;En caso de querer dar de baja voluntaria a un alumno o comunicar la la asistencia de éste durante los meses de julio y/o agosto,&amp;nbsp;deberá comunicarse la decisión por escrito ante el Registro General del Ajuntament antes de finalizar el mes previo al cual se desea que la baja sea efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 5. Bonificaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se aplicarán las&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;siguientes bonificaciones, previa presentación de la siguiente documentación acreditativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Miembros de familias numerosas de categoría general&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;20 %&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Miembros de familias numerosas de categoría especial &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;25 %&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
