&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se publica la resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública dictada por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, según el Acuerdo de 28 de septiembre de 2022, BOIB núm. 128, de 1 de octubre de 2022, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 45.1 b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Mediante Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 30 de noviembre de 2022, publicada en el BOIB nº. 158, de 6 de diciembre de 2022 (modificada por la Resolución del consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 24 de enero de 2023, y de 7 de febrero de 2023, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 13, de 28 de enero de 2023, y en el BOIB núm. 19 de 11 de febrero de 2023), se aprobó la convocatoria del proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal de las categorías (o especialidades) de subgrupos A1, A2, C1, C2 y grupos B y AP derivada de la oferta de empleo público de los Ayuntamientos de Alcúdia, Algaida, Andratx, Artà, Binissalem, Búger, Campanet, Capdepera, Consell, Esporles, Estellencs, Felanitx, Inca, Lloret de Vistalegre, Lloseta, Manacor, Maria de la Salut, Pollença, Porreres, Puigpunyent, Santa Maria del Camí, Sa Pobla, Sencelles, Ses Salines, Son Servera y Valldemossa; del Patronat&amp;nbsp;Residència Cas Metge&amp;nbsp;Rei; de las empresas municipales EMSER 2022, SLU y Serveis Municipals de Porreres, SL; de las Mancomunidades de Es Pla y Des Raiguer y de la entidad local menor Palmanyola .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. En los Antecedentes de la Resolución de 30 de noviembre de 2022 se relaciona, entre otras Entidades locales, el Ayuntamiento de Inca, con el que se ha suscrito convenio de encargo de gestión, a favor del Consejo de Mallorca, relativo a la aprobación de las bases, la convocatoria y la gestión de los procesos de estabilización de la ocupación temporal que establece la Ley 20/2021 que se derivan de las respectivas ofertas de empleo público, de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones que figuran en los convenios suscritos al efecto.&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El convenio del Ayuntamiento de Inca, que se publicó en el BOIB Nº. 119, de 10 de septiembre de 2022, deriva de la Oferta pública por tasa de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Inca , aprobada mediante Acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Inca núm. PR/2022/248, de 18 de mayo de 2022, publicada en el BOIB Nº. 66, de 21 de mayo de 2022, que aprueba las plazas de personal laboral, sujetas al sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos , que constan recogidas en la siguiente tabla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Posteriormente, en la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 30 de noviembre de 2022, en el Anexo I, relativo al número de plazas que se convocan del Ayuntamiento de Inca, en la categoría de Encargado-a /coordinador-a serral de Monges, subgrupo C1, se publicaron 2 plazas vacantes en lugar de 1 plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Decreto ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en el empleo público de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Artículo 4.1a) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Artículos 72 y 74 del RDL 5/2005, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Oferta de Empleo Público por tasa adicional de estabilización para el año 2022, aprobada mediante Acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Inca núm. PR/2022/248, de 18 de mayo de 2022 (BOIB núm. 66, de 21 de mayo de 2022), por el que se acuerda la categoría de Encargado/coordinador-a serral de Monges .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) nº. 158, de 6 de diciembre de 2022, se publicó la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 30 de noviembre de 2022, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal de las categorías (o especialidades) de los subgrupos A1, A2, C1, C2 y grupos B y AP derivada de la oferta de empleo público de los Ayuntamientos de Alcúdia, Algaida, Andratx, Artà, Binissalem, Búger, Campanet, Capdepera, Consell, Esporles, Estellencs, Felanitx, Inca, Lloret de Vistalegre, Lloseta, Manacor, Maria de la Salut, Pollença, Porreres, Puigpunyent, Santa Maria del Camí, Sa Pobla, Sencelles, Ses Salines, Son Servera y Valldemossa; del Patronat&amp;nbsp;Residència Cas Metge&amp;nbsp;Rei; de las empresas municipales EMSER 2022, SLU y Serveis&amp;nbsp;Municipals de Porreres, SL; de las Mancomunidades de Es Pla y Des Raiguer y de la entidad local menor Palmanyola .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda. Sobre la corrección de errores de la resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Como se ha señalado en los antecedentes, el Ayuntamiento de Inca en la Oferta de Empleo Público por tasa adicional de estabilización para el año 2022, aprobada mediante Acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Inca nº. PR/2022/248, de 18 de mayo de 2022, publicada en el BOIB núm. 66, de 21 de mayo de 2022, acordó la categoría de Encargada/coordinador-a serral de Monges como personal laboral, sujeta al sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos con 1 plaza vacante . Esta categoría no ha sufrido ninguna modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por ello, de acuerdo con la Oferta de empleo público por tasa de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Inca referida, la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 30 de noviembre de 2022, en la categoría de Encargado-a /coordinador-a serral de Monges, subgrupo C1, del Ayuntamiento de Inca, pasa de convocar 2 plazas vacantes a 1 plaza vacante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, el consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública, en virtud de las atribuciones que tiene conferidas por el Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de 28 de septiembre de 2022, de delegación de determinadas atribuciones del Consejo Ejecutivo en el consejero ejecutivo o consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda y Función Pública, en materia de personal (BOIB núm. 128, de 1 de octubre de 2022), en relación con el artículo 28.1.e) de la ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, dicta la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
