    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º.- En el BOIB núm. 132 de 08/10/2024 se publicó la Resolución de la Presidenta por la que se aprobaban las bases de la convocatoria de un procedimiento extraordinario de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio del Instituto Municipal de Educación y Bibliotecas (IMEB), para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de Técnico/a de Administración General (TAG), grupo A, subgrupo A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º.- Habida cuenta de las razones organizativas de la corporación es necesario hacer una modificación de la composición de la CTV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, esta Presidencia, en virtud de la facultad que le otorga el artículo 22.3 de los Estatutos del organismo autónomo local Institut Municipal d'Educació i Biblioteques (IMEB-Calvià), así como la normativa vigente en materia de régimen local, dispone la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Modificar únicamente el cargo de la Presidencia por razones organizativas de la Corporación, quedando el resto de los miembros de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración inalterados tal y como se estableció en la anterior composición de la convocatoria de una bolsa de trabajo de TAG para el IMEB, publicada en el BOIB núm. 132, de fecha 08/10/2024. Por tanto, la designación de los miembros de la CTV es la que se establece a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona designada para la representación del personal, como observadora del proceso, con voz, pero sin voto: Miquel Mas Mas (STEI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
