    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 136 del Texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 35 del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, se hace público que mediante la Resolución de la consejera ejecutiva de Economía y Servicios Generales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;núm. 2024/1082, de fecha 5 de agosto, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;se ha procedido a efectuar el nombramiento del personal funcionario que se señala a continuación, una vez superado satisfactoriamente el período de prácticas que se establece en las bases generales del concurso oposición para el Oferta Pública de Empleo de 2021, 2022 y 2023 del Consell Insular de Menorca (BOIB núm. 11, de fecha 23 de enero de 2024) y las posteriores modificaciones (BOIB núm. 20, de fecha 10 de febrero de 2024, y BOIB núm. 45, de fecha 4 de abril de 2024) que fueron convocadas mediante acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Menorca en fecha 22 de diciembre de 2023 y 15 de enero de 2024 (BOIB núm. 11, de fecha 23 de enero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
