&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La legislación aplicable al asunto es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Los artículos 20, 21, 30 a 34 de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— La disposición transitoria primera del Decreto Ley 6/2021 de 9 de julio, de modificación de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Los artículos 36 a 45, 156 a 165, 167 a 189, Disposición Adicional 2ª y Anexos 3 y 5 del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares aprobado por el Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Los artículos 21.1, 91, 100 y 102 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Los artículos 133 y 134 del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, aprobado por Real decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— El Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al Servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de Provisión de Puestos de trabajo y Promoción Profesional de los Funcionarios Civiles de la Administración General del Estado, aprobado por Real decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— El Real decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio, por el que se establecen las reglas básicas y los programas mínimos a que ha de ajustarse el procedimiento de selección de los funcionarios de Administración Local.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— La Resolución de la directora gerente de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública de 27 de octubre de 2020 por la que se aprueban los temarios que han de regir las convocatorias de pruebas selectivas para el acceso a las diversas categorías de los cuerpos de policía local de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— La Resolución de la consellera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas de 20 de marzo de 2024 por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, los temarios, los ejercicios y se designa el tribunal calificador de las pruebas selectivas del proceso unificado para cubrir las plazas de la categoría de policía de los municipios de Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller y Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto lo anterior, se considera que el expediente ha seguido la tramitación establecida y de conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
