    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Se hace público que el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 30 de septiembre de 2024, aprobó inicialmente el proyecto básico y de ejecución de la restauración de la torre de las Cuatro Puertas del Llatzeret de Maó, presentado por el arquitecto Jesús Cardona Pons, visado en fecha 26/08/2024 por el Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de las Illes Balears y referencia 12/01206/24, con un presupuesto de ejecución por contrato de 383.278,70 € IVA incluido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dicho proyecto estará en exposición pública en la web y en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) por un período de 15 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt; Si durante este período no se presentan alegaciones al proyecto, el acuerdo inicial se entenderá definitivo sin necesidad de un nuevo acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
