    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Advertidos del error cometido en la Resolución del Rector del día 7 de octubre 2024 por la cual se nombran funcionarios de carrera los aspirantes que han superado el proceso de estabilización por el sistema de concurso oposición para el ingreso a diferentes cuerpos y escalas de esta universidad, publicado en el BOIB núm. 134, de día 12 de octubre de 2024, y de conformidad con las previsiones del artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, según el cual las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos, a continuación se indica la rectificación oportuna:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
