    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Cementerio municipal de Alcúdia se encuentra en una situación de agotamiento del espacio físico y de carencia de unidades de entierro, que se debe principalmente al hecho de no haber llevado a cabo, durante muchos años, y en el plazo de cinco años improrrogables, previsto en el artículo 99 de la Ordenanza municipal del cementerio y policía sanitaria mortuoria, las correspondientes exhumaciones y traslados de restos cadavéricos. Además, hay varias sepulturas de titularidad municipal que se encuentran en mal estado y en algunas existe peligro de derrumbe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por este motivo, mediante Decreto núm. 2024-2689, de fecha 24 de octubre de 2024, se ha acordado declarar extinguidos los derechos funerarios temporales respecto de las sepulturas municipales 175, 176 y 177 de primera del Cementerio municipal de Alcúdia, situadas en la parte antigua, ordenando la exhumación de los restos, su limpieza y colocación en unidades de conservación especiales, así como la re-inhumación de los mismos en la sepultura municipal 445 de la zona 1,&amp;nbsp; a los efectos de su conservación, de los restos que no hayan sido reclamados por las personas interesadas o familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEPULTURA 175 DE PRIMERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Nicho 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Restos sin identificar y restos de H.M, provenientes del nicho individual 20, donde fue enterrado en fecha 2 de mayo de 1975, y que se trasladaron en fecha 11 de marzo de 1981.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
