    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB), establece en el artículo 15 la competencia para ordenar la inserción de edictos en el BOIB y, en el punto 4, especifica que las instituciones o entes públicos no citados en los tres primeros puntos deben acreditar los órganos y las personas que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, están facultados para ordenar o solicitar la inserción de textos en el BOIB. Si no hay acreditación específica, se debe entender que corresponde a quien ejerza la representación del órgano, el ente o la institución de que emana el texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 27 de los Estatutos de la Fundación, el director gerente de la Fundación es la persona competente para desarrollar la política de personal aprobada por el Patronato y, con esta finalidad, seleccionar el personal, suscribir o rescindir los contratos, ejecutar los acuerdos del Patronato en materia de retribuciones, acordar las sanciones, ejercer la dirección superior del personal al servicio de la Fundación y mantener las relaciones con los órganos de representación de personal, además de todas aquellas actuaciones que en esta materia le sean encomendadas, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden al presidente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ordenar la inserción en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de la convocatoria para la contratación de cuatro investigadores o investigadoras posdoctorales &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;para el programa FOLIUM&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;del proyecto «GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa» &lt;/span&gt;(ver anexo adjunto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Fundación tiene encomendadas, entre otras, la función de gestionar medios y recursos al servicio de ejecución de programas de investigación clínica, básica y aplicada, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en el campo de la salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para poder llevar a cabo estas funciones, la Fundación necesita efectuar la incorporación de cuatro investigadoras o investigadores posdoctorales para el programa FOLIUM del proyecto «GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa», convocatoria financiada por el plan anual 2023 del Impuesto de Turismo Sostenible (ITS2023-121 GREAT).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proyecto «GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa» tiene como objetivo establecer programas de captación de talento investigador que impulse la contratación en la Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Illes Balears (IdISBa), en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, de personal investigador y de apoyo a la investigación que puedan contribuir en la inversión, investigación e innovación en la producción de resultados en salud en la Fundación IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 23.2 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, establece los criterios que han de seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma en la contratación de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, disponen que se tienen que aplicar los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad en las contrataciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 17/2019, de 15 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Estatuto del personal investigador laboral al servicio de los institutos de investigación sanitaria de las Illes Balears, establece el régimen jurídico del personal investigador de los institutos de investigación sanitaria de las Illes Balears integrados en el sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La introducción del contrato indefinido de actividades científico-técnicas por medio del Real Decreto Ley 8/2022, de 5 de abril, convalidado por la Ley 17/2022, de 5 de septiembre, de reforma de la ley de la ciencia, tiene entre sus objetivos mejorar la estabilidad laboral del personal investigador, técnico o de gestión de proyectos de investigación y es la modalidad que proponemos para la contratación del personal que resulte adjudicatario de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aunque el artículo 20.1 de la ley de la ciencia recoge de forma expresa una remisión general para todas las modalidades de contrato de trabajo del personal investigador, en qué se incluye el contrato de actividades científico-técnicas –ET y sus normas de desarrollo, convenios colectivos aplicables, y en su caso el EBEP–, debemos considerar que la norma específica que debe aplicarse es el artículo 23 bis, y la otra normativa referenciada actuará como norma supletoria de aplicación en cada caso. En este efecto, el IdISBa propone, para el personal investigador que resulte adjudicatario, la formalización de un contrato de actividades científico-técnicas que regula el artículo 23 bis de la ley de la ciencia, cuyo objeto es «la realización de actividades vinculadas a líneas de investigación o de servicios científico-técnicos, incluyendo la gestión científico-técnica de estas líneas que se definen como un conjunto de conocimientos, inquietudes, productos y proyectos construidos de manera sistemática en torno a un eje temático donde confluyan actividades realizadas por uno o más grupos de investigación, y requerirá su desarrollo siguiendo las pautas metodológicas adecuadas en forma de proyectos de I+D+i».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado segundo B del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de febrero de 2007, de modificación del ámbito de aplicación y de determinación del alcance de control del punto 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de diciembre de 1995, prevé la contabilidad y la rendición de cuentas de las empresas públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma, en lo referente a la selección de personal de los entes públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en el ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuye el artículo 28.1 y de los Estatutos fundacionales vigentes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proceso para la contratación de cuatro investigadores o investigadoras posdoctorales &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;para el programa FOLIUM&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;del proyecto «GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa», &lt;/span&gt;de la Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Illes Balears con los requisitos, las características y los criterios de selección siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. Requisitos de la plaza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos de la persona candidata&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Haber obtenido el título de doctor o doctora a partir del 1 de enero de 2019&lt;sup&gt;(1)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tener la nacionalidad española, u otra nacionalidad en los casos en que el artículo 57 del TREBEP permita el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desempeño de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No haber sufrido un despido por medio de un expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni estar en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para puestos o cargos públicos por medio de una resolución judicial. En el caso de ser ciudadano o ciudadana de otro estado, no estar en inhabilitación o en una situación equivalente, ni haber recibido ninguna sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que le impida acceder al empleo público en su estado y en los mismos términos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cumplimentar el formulario de inscripción (&lt;strong&gt;anexo 2&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cumplimentar el compromiso de acogida del grupo de investigación, firmado por todas las partes (&lt;strong&gt;anexo 3&lt;/strong&gt;). Cada candidato o candidata puede presentar un único compromiso de acogida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cumplimentar el formulario de autoevaluación (&lt;strong&gt;anexo 4&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se valorarán los CV de las personas que no cumplan los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;(1)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sup&gt;En la contabilización del plazo indicado se excluirán las interrupciones debidas a los siguientes motivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;1.º Periodos de descanso derivados de maternidad o paternidad disfrutados con arreglo a las situaciones protegidas que se recogen en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año por cada hijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;2.º Enfermedad o accidente graves de la persona solicitante, con baja médica igual o superior a tres meses. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;3.º Atención a personas en situación de dependencia, con arreglo a lo recogido en la Ley 39/2006, de 14 de diciembre, de promoción de la autonomía personal y atención a las personas en situación de dependencia, por un periodo mínimo de tres meses. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Estos periodos de interrupción se indicarán y acreditarán en el momento de presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos del grupo receptor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para presentar un candidato o una candidata es imprescindible estar constituido como grupo de investigación del IdISBa con fecha anterior a la publicación de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los grupos podrán tener dos compromisos de acogida, pero en ningún caso podrán tener dos personas candidatas contratadas por esta misma convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El grupo de investigación debe tener en activo en el momento de presentación de la solicitud un proyecto de investigación competitivo público o privado, autonómico, nacional o internacional, con un periodo de ejecución igual o superior a 18 meses desde la fecha de cierre de solicitudes de la presente convocatoria. En el caso de proyectos que no estén gestionados por el IdISBa, será obligatorio hacer entrega de la información pertinente del proyecto de acogida (resolución definitiva, periodo de ejecución, equipo investigador). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tener una persona vinculada en una convocatoria previa FOLIUM, a cargo de este proyecto, invalida al proyecto como acogida a esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se puede presentar una solicitud a cada una de las modalidades de convocatorias intramurales IdISBa de esta convocatoria (TECH, JUNIOR y FOLIUM) adheridas a un mismo proyecto de acogida. No obstante, en ningún caso se podrá otorgar más de una ayuda (de cualquier modalidad) para un mismo proyecto de acogida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El incumplimiento de alguna de las normas arriba descritas supondrá la exclusión del proceso selectivo tanto de la persona candidata como del grupo de investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Funciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Desarrollar programas de investigación propios de su área, incorporándose a grupos de investigación del IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Potenciar las líneas de investigación existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Realizar y fomentar publicaciones de impacto nacional e internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Obtener proyectos competitivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Generar y transferir los conocimientos con impacto en la salud al sistema sanitario y a la población.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se pueden presentar en el registro físico de la Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Illes Balears o mediante el correo electrónico&lt;sup&gt;(2)&lt;/sup&gt;&amp;nbsp;de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos: idisba.convocatorias@ssib.es. Se debe indicar el código de expediente «FOLIUM-2023» en el asunto del correo electrónico. Las solicitudes presentadas por cualquier otro medio, correo o formato no se considerarán presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de recepción de solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;15 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; desde el día siguiente de la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes tendrán que presentar junto con la solicitud la documentación acreditativa de los requisitos y de los méritos que aleguen en la forma que establecen estas bases. No se podrá valorar ningún mérito que no se haya acreditado con la aportación de la documentación correspondiente dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;(2)&lt;/sup&gt;Los documentos adjuntos al correo electrónico deben estar en formato PDF y comprimidos en un único ZIP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Admisión de las personas aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y documentación relativa a los requisitos para participar en el procedimiento de selección, se publicará una resolución, en la página web de la Fundación, mediante la cual se aprueba la lista provisional de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con la indicación de las causas de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Casos de exclusión: &lt;/strong&gt;presentación de solicitud fuera de plazo; no reunir los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes excluidas u omitidas dispondrán de un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;3 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la resolución provisional, para subsanar los defectos o adjuntar la documentación que sea preceptiva. En el caso de no subsanar o adjuntar la documentación indicada, se entenderá que desisten en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el plazo indicado en el párrafo anterior, se dictará una resolución mediante la cual se aprobará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas del proceso selectivo, junto con la baremación provisional. Las personas aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;3 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la lista definitiva de admitidos, para subsanar los defectos de baremación o adjuntar la documentación que sea preceptiva. No será subsanable información publicada anteriormente (haya sido previamente subsanada o no) si no ha habido cambios o correcciones por parte del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tras su publicación, se asignará día y hora de la entrevista de manera individual a todas las candidaturas presentadas incluidas. La persona candidata ha de confirmar su participación en la entrevista para que le sea adjudicada una hora concreta. En caso de que la entrevista se realice virtualmente, la documentación original tendrá que ser presentada cuando así lo solicite la Unidad de Recursos Humanos del IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. Reserva en favor de las personas con discapacidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Existe en el IdISBa una reserva del 7 % de los lugares de trabajo para personas con discapacidad, de acuerdo con el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del EBEP. No obstante, esta plaza no está reservada para este fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VI. Modalidad de contratación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contrato indefinido conforme con el artículo 23 bis de la ley de la ciencia, en el programa «GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los contratos financiados con cargo a las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria siguen las reglas de compatibilidades vigentes en el IdISBa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Remuneración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; 35 164,42 euros brutos anuales en 12 &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;pagas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada contrato contará con una bolsa de máximo 2 000 € para la realización de acciones de movilidad, entendidas como estancias de mínimo de tres meses en centros de investigación nacionales o internacionales de reconocido prestigio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VII. Acreditación de los requisitos y méritos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los requisitos y méritos que aleguen las personas aspirantes se tienen que acreditar con referencia a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes mediante la presentación de copia o copia cotejada de la siguiente documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditación de requisitos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Formulario de inscripción (&lt;strong&gt;Anexo&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Compromiso de acogida (&lt;strong&gt;Anexo 3&lt;/strong&gt;) firmado por el/la solicitante y el/la IP del grupo de investigación de acogida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Fotocopia del DNI o de la primera página del pasaporte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Presentación del título de doctor/a o del certificado académico de doctorado, en el que conste la calificación obtenida en la tesis doctoral y la fecha de obtención del título. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditación de méritos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; Presentación de un CVA (1 de enero de 2019 hasta la fecha de cierre de la presente convocatoria)&lt;sup&gt;(3)&lt;/sup&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Se presentará en formato electrónico PDF, generado de una de las siguientes formas: &lt;em&gt;i) &lt;/em&gt;de forma automática desde el editor CVN o &lt;em&gt;ii) &lt;/em&gt;desde cualquier institución certificada en la norma &lt;em&gt;curriculum vitae&lt;/em&gt; normalizado (CVN) de la FECYT que ofrezca el servicio CVA. Como mínimo, han de aparecer los requisitos e indicadores requeridos en la convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Indicación de las 10 publicaciones seleccionadas, incluyendo orden como firmante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Participación como IP o bien en el equipo de proyectos de investigación, convocatoria, entidad financiadora y tipo de participación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Participación en congresos u otras reuniones científicas y tipo de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Publicaciones:&lt;/strong&gt; copia completa de las publicaciones seleccionadas (máximo 10) y &lt;strong&gt;anexo 4&lt;/strong&gt; rellenado indicando la posición como firmante y la indexación de la revista según el JCR del año de publicación del artículo (o bien la última clasificación disponible del JCR en caso de publicaciones del 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Certificados de participación en proyectos de investigación&lt;/strong&gt;, firmados por la dirección del centro que los gestiona o documento oficial que lo justifique. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Certificado o contrato laboral de la institución científica receptora de las estancias posdoctorales.&lt;/strong&gt; Experiencia profesional: mediante certificado firmado por la persona responsable de la entidad donde se han presentado los servicios, con especificación del tiempo de experiencia en los ámbitos valorables en esta convocatoria. De no ser posible, se ha de presentar el contrato junto con la vida laboral.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Participación en congresos:&lt;/strong&gt; copia de los certificados &amp;nbsp;de participación donde se indique el orden como firmante o bien si ha sido presentado por el solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Copia de los certificados o diplomas acreditativos&lt;/strong&gt; de premios, menciones y distinciones, participación en patentes, actividades de divulgación, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Conocimientos orales y escritos de idiomas: &lt;/strong&gt;mediante copia de uno de los siguientes certificados: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso que la persona candidata demuestre que el inglés es su idioma nativo al tener la nacionalidad de un país de habla inglesa, se aceptará este punto como conforme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes han de presentar todos los documentos acreditativos de sus méritos ordenados de acuerdo con los apartados del baremo de méritos y numerados correlativamente (junto con el autobaremo de acuerdo con la plantilla que figura en el anexo 4 que acompaña a estas bases). No se valorarán los méritos que no hayan sido debidamente referenciados en el anexo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación acreditativa de todos los méritos se tiene que presentar junto con la solicitud. En caso de presentar inicialmente copias no cotejadas, se tendrá que presentar en la entrevista la documentación original acreditativa de todos los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;(3)&lt;/sup&gt;En la contabilización del plazo indicado se excluirán las interrupciones debidas a los siguientes motivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;1.º Periodos de descanso derivados de maternidad o paternidad disfrutados con arreglo a las situaciones protegidas que se recogen en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año por cada hijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;2.º Enfermedad o accidente graves de la persona solicitante, con baja médica igual o superior a tres meses. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;3.º Atención a personas en situación de dependencia, con arreglo a lo recogido en la Ley 39/2006, de 14 de diciembre, de promoción de la autonomía personal y atención a las personas en situación de dependencia, por un periodo mínimo de tres meses. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Estos periodos de interrupción se indicarán y acreditarán en el momento de presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se valorará en una entrevista personal la adecuación del candidato, según su formación y experiencia previa, al proyecto y grupo de investigación al que se adscribe su propuesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;(4)&lt;/sup&gt;En la contabilización del plazo indicado se excluirán las interrupciones debidas a los siguientes motivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;1.º Periodos de descanso derivados de maternidad o paternidad disfrutados con arreglo a las situaciones protegidas que se recogen en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año por cada hijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;2.º Enfermedad o accidente graves de la persona solicitante, con baja médica igual o superior a tres meses. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;3.º Atención a personas en situación de dependencia, con arreglo a lo recogido en la Ley 39/2006, de 14 de diciembre, de promoción de la autonomía personal y atención a las personas en situación de dependencia, por un periodo mínimo de tres meses. Se aplicará una ampliación de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Estos periodos de interrupción se indicarán y acreditarán en el momento de presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;X. Empate de candidaturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de empate, prevalecerá la candidatura que haya obtenido mayor valoración siguiendo el orden de apartados de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;XI. Resolución de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizado el proceso de entrevista personal, el tribunal calificador elaborará un acta final del proceso de selección, en la que constará la lista de personas seleccionadas, que serán las que tengan una mayor puntuación sobre la base de los resultados de la valoración de los méritos acreditados y la entrevista personal. Tras este proceso, se &lt;/span&gt;publicará una resolución provisional de la convocatoria, en la página web de la Fundación, mediante la cual se aprueba la lista provisional del proceso selectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo &lt;strong&gt;de 3 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la lista provisional para subsanaciones. Tras este plazo, se publicará la resolución definitiva de la convocatoria. La entidad se pondrá en contacto con las personas seleccionadas para comunicarles la resolución del proceso de selección. En caso de renuncia de la persona aspirante, se seguirá el orden de puntuación obtenida por el resto de aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;XII. Otras disposiciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. De manera anual, las personas beneficiarias deberán presentar por correo electrónico a la dirección idisba.gestioncientifica@ssib.es, una memoria de las de las actividades realizadas siguiendo el &lt;strong&gt;Anexo 5&lt;/strong&gt; de la convocatoria, en la que han de hacer constar los aspectos más destacables del desarrollo de su trabajo, con el visto bueno y firma de la persona responsable del grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En los trabajos publicados como consecuencia de la actividad desarrollada, se hará constar la financiación por el plan anual 2023 del Impuesto del Turismo Sostenible y la gestión de la beca por el IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Los resultados que se originen como consecuencia del proyecto subvencionado deberán ser publicados en acceso abierto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. En todo aquello no señalado en la presente convocatoria se seguirán las instrucciones que disponga la Dirección Científica del IdISBa, que resolverán las incidencias generadas por esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;XIII. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El orden jurisdiccional social es el competente para resolver controversias derivadas de estas bases, de acuerdo con la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social, sin que se pueda interponer otro recurso en vía administrativa ni ninguna reclamación previa a la vía judicial social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
