&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3 b y 20.8 a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Entidades beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Pueden solicitar las ayudas que establece esta convocatoria las entidades que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Estar constituidas como entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro con una antigüedad mínima de dos años en la fecha de la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Estar constituidas legalmente e inscritas como entidades prestadoras de servicios sociales en el Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Illes Balears en la fecha de la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, de acuerdo con lo que dispone capítulo II del Decreto 10/2013, de 28 de febrero, por el que se fijan los principios generales del Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Illes Balears y de los procedimientos para la autorización y la acreditación de servicios sociales, y se regulan la sección suprainsular del Registro y los procedimientos para autorizar y acreditar servicios sociales de ámbito suprainsular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Disponer de sede o delegación permanente y activa en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Los estatutos de la entidad tienen que incluir, como beneficiarias de sus actividades o intervenciones, a las personas o familias en situación de riesgo o exclusión social del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears, sin limitarlo a un colectivo o sector concreto o específico de población por razones de salud, discapacidad, dependencia, edad, procedencia o cualquier otra condición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Desarrollar la atención directa a los usuarios mayoritariamente con personal voluntario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiarias de subvenciones que establece el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) No haber sido nunca objeto de sanciones administrativas firmes, ni de sentencias condenatorias por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, en cumplimiento del artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i) Cumplir la obligación que establece el artículo 57 de la Ley orgánica 8/2021, de 4 de junio, de protección integral a la infancia y la adolescencia ante la violencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Las entidades que presenten solicitudes para la modalidad 1, además de los requisitos generales, tienen que cumplir los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Disponer de la infraestructura necesaria para llevar a cabo el proyecto de distribución de alimentos entre las entidades dedicadas al reparto de alimentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Estar realizando de forma efectiva la distribución de alimentos entre las entidades dedicadas al reparto de alimentos desde el 1 de enero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Las entidades que presenten solicitudes para la modalidad 2, además de los requisitos generales, tienen que cumplir los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;Acreditar la participación de un mínimo de personas voluntarias a lo largo del ejercicio de 2023 en actividades relacionadas con el objeto de esta convocatoria, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Para las entidades de la isla de Mallorca: 75.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Para las entidades de las islas de Menorca e Ibiza: 30.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Para las entidades de la isla de Formentera: 15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;Atender anualmente, en el programa de alimentos, un mínimo de familias o beneficiarios directos, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Para las entidades de la isla de Mallorca: 750.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Para las entidades de las islas de Menorca e Ibiza: 600.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Para las entidades de la isla de Formentera: 300.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;Mantener una colaboración continuada y documentable con los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;Haber ejecutado algún proyecto de reparto de alimentos en colaboración con algún servicio social comunitario municipal a lo largo del año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Las entidades que presenten solicitudes para la modalidad 3, además de los requisitos generales, tienen que cumplir los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;Acreditar la participación de un mínimo de diez personas voluntarias a lo largo del ejercicio de 2023 en actividades relacionadas con el objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;Hacer un mínimo de 450 repartos semanales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;Haber ejecutado algún proyecto de comedor social durante el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Quedan excluidas de esta convocatoria las entidades privadas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Entidades que, de acuerdo con sus estatutos, adopten la denominación de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;federación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;confederación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;coordinadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; o, en todo caso, sean una unión de asociaciones (artículo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de la Ley orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Fundaciones que, de acuerdo con la escritura de constitución, tengan como fundadoras personas jurídicas de naturaleza pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es financiar proyectos y actuaciones de entidades sin ánimo de lucro destinadas a cubrir las necesidades básicas de personas y familias en situación de precariedad económica con objeto de reducir las situaciones de vulnerabilidad o exclusión social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 5 de marzo de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de servicios sociales y de juventud (BOIB núm. 34, de 11 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a esta convocatoria es de 1.345.000,00 € (un millón trescientos cuarenta y cinco mil euros) con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias siguientes de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears correspondientes al ejercicio de 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Proyectos de reparto de alimentos y/o productos de primera necesidad que atienden usuarios de uno o más municipios: 790.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;— Modalidad 3. Proyectos de comedores sociales: 180.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La distribución por modalidades es orientativa y, a efectos de la concesión de subvenciones, las cuantías de las tres modalidades están vinculadas. El orden de prelación en la asignación del crédito no agotado es el de las modalidades 2, 1 y 3, sucesivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
