&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/792917) :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Los solicitantes que quieran acogerse a estas ayudas deberán reunir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• Ser entidades de conservación o asociaciones de propietarios, de vecinos o de comerciantes encargados de la conservación de alguna de las zonas turísticas del municipio de Es Mercadal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• Realizar actuaciones en el ámbito de la conservación y mantenimiento de las zonas turísticas del término de Es Mercadal durante el año 2024&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• No incurrir en ninguno de los supuestos del artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (LGS).&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• No estar incursas en las causas de prohibición previstas en los apartados 5 y 6 del artículo 4 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del Derecho de Asociación, así como en el artículo 30.4. de la misma.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;2. Quedan expresamente excluidas:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• Entidades con ánimo de lucro, en particular todas las sociedades mercantiles y civiles.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• Cooperativas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• Centros docentes o de enseñanza&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31)"&gt;• Entidades políticas o sindicales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Segundo. Finalidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es objetivo de estas bases colaborar con las entidades que realizan actividades de conservación, mejora o fomento de zonas turísticas del término municipal de Es Mercadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las bases de la convocatoria y la Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones, aprobada inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Es Mercadal de día 11 de octubre de 2005 y publicada la aprobación definitiva y el texto íntegro en el BOIB nº. 189, de 17 de diciembre de 2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cuarto. Importe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El importe máximo por solicitante es de 1.200 euros y en ningún caso superará el 50% del presupuesto de gastos presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las ayudas concedidas serán atendidos con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 70.1532.48900 del Presupuesto General de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2024&lt;/span&gt;, con un importe máximo conjunto de 5.625,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Hasta el día &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;noviembre&lt;/span&gt; de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
