    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 27 de febrero de 2023 la Mesa Sectorial de Educación de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears adoptó el Acuerdo sobre medidas sociolaborales y mejoras educativas, que fue ratificado por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 27 de marzo, publicado en el BOIB núm. 39, de 28 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre las diferentes medidas adoptadas se dedica una especial atención al desarrollo de la carrera profesional docente, compatible con los sexenios, entre los años 2023 y 2027, que exige, en primer lugar, la creación de un complemento de carrera profesional docente, una parte del cual tiene que ser percibido de forma inicial por todos los funcionarios docentes y tiene que ser consolidable, de acuerdo con el modelo de carrera que se establezca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Acuerdo de 27 de febrero de 2023 antes mencionado estructura la carrera profesional en tres tramos en función de un calendario de aplicación. Además, exige convocatorias anuales para el reconocimiento de la carrera profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con posterioridad, la Mesa Sectorial de Educación de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears adoptó, el 3 de mayo de 2023, el Acuerdo de bases para el desarrollo de la carrera profesional docente, ratificado por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 15 de mayo de 2023 (BOIB núm. 66, de 18 de mayo), el cual concreta los aspectos previstos a todos los efectos en el Acuerdo de 27 de febrero de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así, la base tercera del Acuerdo de 3 de mayo de 2023, antes mencionado, estructura la carrera profesional en una parte consolidable y una parte no consolidable. La parte consolidable se estructura en tres tramos en cada uno de los cuales los docentes tienen que tener reconocido el sexenio correspondiente para adquirir el derecho de acceso al tramo superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la base octava, el acceso a los diferentes tramos de carrera profesional se produce mediante una convocatoria anual, que tiene que aprobar el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados, en el procedimiento de la cual se tienen que acreditar los requisitos y la evaluación favorable en relación a los indicadores de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estos requisitos se prevén en el apartado 3 de la base quinta y, con respecto al primer tramo, son: tener reconocido el primer sexenio, obtener una evaluación favorable en los indicadores de evaluación y no haber sido objeto de sanción por falta grave o muy grave en los cuatro cursos anteriores, de acuerdo con el régimen disciplinario aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, se publicó la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente por la cual se aprueba la primera convocatoria para el reconocimiento del primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional de los funcionarios docentes al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en la cual, de acuerdo con la base undécima del Acuerdo de 3 de mayo de 2023, no era necesario haber obtenido una evaluación favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nos encontramos, por lo tanto, ante la necesidad de aprobar y publicar la segunda convocatoria anual para el reconocimiento del primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional de los funcionarios docentes al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la cual tiene que tener en cuenta las características de la carrera profesional docente previstas en la base segunda del Acuerdo de la Mesa Sectorial de Educación de 3 de mayo de 2023. Particularmente, tiene que tener en cuenta las siguientes: tiene que ser voluntaria, personalizada, irreversible con respecto a los tramos consolidables, progresiva, abierta e incentivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con todo lo que se ha expuesto anteriormente, y con el acuerdo de la Mesa Sectorial de Educación, que se llevó a cabo en la reunión de día 21 de octubre de 2024, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar la segunda convocatoria anual para el reconocimiento del primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional de los funcionarios docentes al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Baleares, que figura como anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado esta Resolución, de acuerdo con lo que establecen los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ámbito de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se aplica a los funcionarios docentes de carrera, interinos y en prácticas al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears que cumplan los requisitos que se indican en la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No tener reconocido, en la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria, el primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Excedencia por razón de cuidado de familiares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Excedencia voluntaria especial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Licencia de estudios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tener reconocido el primer sexenio en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Obtener una evaluación favorable en los indicadores de evaluación y no haber sido objeto de sanción por falta grave o muy grave en los cuatro cursos anteriores (2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 y 2023-2024) de acuerdo con el régimen disciplinario aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Los funcionarios docentes tienen que solicitar el reconocimiento de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional mediante el trámite telemático habilitado al efecto en la página web de la Dirección General de Personal Docente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. El plazo de presentación es desde el 28 de octubre hasta el 8 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Acreditación de los requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados tiene que comprobar que el personal docente incluido en el ámbito de aplicación de esta convocatoria cumple los requisitos previstos en las letras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a), b) y c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Listas provisionales y definitivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Una vez comprobados los requisitos, el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados tiene que dictar una resolución que apruebe la lista provisional de funcionarios docentes a los cuales se les reconoce el derecho de ser evaluados para la obtención del primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional, que se tiene que publicar el mismo día que se dicte en la página web de la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados &amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Las personas interesadas dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días hábiles para reclamar contra la lista provisional mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Finalizado el plazo anterior y aceptadas las alegaciones, si hay, y enmendados los errores detectados, el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados tiene que dictar una resolución que apruebe la lista definitiva que se tiene que publicar el mismo día en que se dicte en la página web de la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados &amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Informe de evaluación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. El informe de evaluación sólo se tiene que emitir en relación a las personas que cumplen los requisitos previstos en las letras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a), b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y c)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;de la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. El informe se tiene que emitir antes del 20 de diciembre de 2024 de acuerdo con los anexos 1,2,3 y 4 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 15 de mayo de 2023, y tiene que estar referido a la plaza que el funcionario docente ocupa durante el curso 24-25.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. La evaluación es positiva cuando el docente obtiene, como mínimo, un 60 % de la media de la puntuación máxima, redondeada al número entero inferior más cercano, del valor de todos los indicadores de la evaluación y la autoevaluación que se establecen en los anexos de esta resolución. Cada indicador se valora de 0 a 2, donde 0 equivale a poco, 1 a suficiente, y 2 a mucho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. El informe lo tienen que firmar las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El director del centro y el secretario o el jefe de estudios donde la persona objeto de la evaluación presta servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. El jefe correspondiente en el caso de equipos de orientación y apoyo al aprendizaje, POAP, campos de aprendizaje, Museo de Educación y otros servicios educativos o a la Administración educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. El inspector del centro en el caso del personal docente que forma parte de los equipos directivos y en el caso de los jefes de equipos de orientación y apoyo al aprendizaje, POAP, campos de aprendizaje, Museo de Educación y otros servicios educativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Para la evaluación docente, las personas que lo tienen que firmar tienen que consultar el parecer del equipo docente o del equipo que corresponda del cual forma parte la persona que se evalúa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.6. La persona que tiene que firmar el informe tiene que gestionar que la persona evaluada rellene previamente la autoevaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.7. Una vez emitido el informe se tiene que dar traslado de una copia a la persona evaluada para que, en el plazo de cinco días hábiles, en caso de disconformidad, presente una reclamación ante la Comisión de Revisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Comisión de Revisión: composición y funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se tiene que constituir una comisión de revisión como órgano colegiado al cual le corresponde informar sobre las reclamaciones presentadas en caso de disconformidad con los informes de evaluación. La Comisión de Revisión puede recaudar la información que considere oportuna para informar sobre las reclamaciones. También tiene que hacer una propuesta de resolución al Director General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados en la que se tiene que declarar la evaluación positiva o negativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión de Revisión está formada por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El jefe del Departamento de Inspección Educativa o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. El jefe del Departamento de Gestión de Personal Docente o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. El jefe del Departamento de Planificación y Centros o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. El jefa del Departamento de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. La jefa del departamento de Primera Infancia, Atención a la Diversidad y Mejora Educativa o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Un funcionario de la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados, que actuará como secretario, sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A las sesiones de la Comisión puede asistir, con voz pero sin voto, un representante de cada una de las organizaciones sindicales con representación en la Mesa Sectorial de Educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Propuesta de resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. El director de cada centro o el jefe del servicio o el jefe del departamento correspondiente de la Administración educativa tiene que proponer a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados la lista de funcionarios docentes con evaluación positiva y con derecho a percibir el complemento de carrera del primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional, así como la lista de las personas con evaluación negativa que no han presentado reclamación ante la Comisión de Revisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. Respecto a las evaluaciones que hayan sido objeto de reclamación ante la Comisión de Revisión, la Comisión tiene que hacer la propuesta correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Resolución provisional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. De acuerdo con las propuestas recibidas, el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados tiene que dictar una resolución provisional por la cual reconoce o deniega el primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional, con indicación, respectivamente, de los efectos administrativos y económicos del reconocimiento y de los motivos de denegación, que se tiene que publicar el mismo día en que se dicte en la página web de la Dirección General de Personal Docente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Las personas interesadas dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días hábiles para reclamar contra la resolución provisional mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Resolución definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1 Una vez finalizado el plazo anterior, aceptadas las alegaciones, si hay, y enmendados los errores detectados, si procede, el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados tiene que dictar una resolución definitiva por la cual reconoce o deniega el primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional, con indicación, respectivamente, de los efectos administrativos y económicos del reconocimiento y de los motivos de denegación, que se tiene que publicar el mismo día en que se dicte en la página web de la Dirección General de Personal Docente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Contra esta resolución, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de reposición ante el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. Una vez reconocido el derecho, la incorporación al primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional es irrenunciable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Efectos económicos del reconocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. Los efectos económicos del reconocimiento del primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional docente se retrotraen al mes siguiente a la fecha del reconocimiento del primer sexenio para aquellos que lo tengan reconocido entre el 1 de septiembre de 2023 y la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de esta convocatoria i que se encuentren en situación de servicio activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2 Los efectos económicos del reconocimiento del primer tramo de la parte consolidable de la carrera profesional docente se producirán en el mes de la reincorporación para los funcionarios docentes en las situaciones administrativas de servicios especiales, excedencia por razón de violencia de género, excedencia por razón de cuidado de familiares, excedencia voluntaria especial y licencia por estudios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
