Acuerdo por el que se aprueban las Bases de la convocatoria, para el año 2022, de ayudas de minimis al desarrollo rural de la isla de Mallorca, vinculadas a proyectos relacionados con los ámbitos agrario y/o ambiental y enmarcados en el 'Estrategia de Desarrollo Local Participativo 2014-2020 de Mallorca. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 40 solicitudes de ayuda . </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Los interesados ​​señalados en el Anexo I adjunto han presentado, en tiempo y forma, la documentación prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con los criterios de elegibilidad de la convocatoria, a los beneficiarios les corresponde una ayuda máxima detallada en el Anexo I, después de aplicar la deducción de inversiones y/o actuaciones que no son elegibles por esta línea de ayudas descrita en el Anexo II.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Teniendo en cuenta que el crédito existente cubre la totalidad de las peticiones de esta convocatoria no existe impedimento alguno para resolver estos expedientes sin afectar a lo dispuesto en los apartados séptimo y octavo de la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">7. El día 15 de junio de 2023 con NRGE GOIBE396695/2023 tuvo entrada en el FOGAIBA la propuesta del Grupo de Acción Local de aprobación del expediente EDLNP32022_1/027.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">8. En fecha 8 de julio de 2024 el Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural ha emitido informe favorable y propuesta provisional de concesión de ayuda a los beneficiarios relacionados en el Anexo I.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">9. En fecha 8 de julio de 2024 se notifica, mediante publicación en la página web http://www.caib.es, la citada propuesta provisional a los interesados, concediéndoles un plazo de 10 días para presentar las alegaciones oportunos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">10. Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el Anexo I, que son un total de 1 expedientes y que comienza con FUNDACIÓN VIDA SILVESTRE MEDITERRANEA y termina con FUNDACIÓN VIDA SILVESTRE MEDITERRANEA, que suma un importe total de 12.500,00 euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda “Apoyo a la implementación en las operaciones incluidas los EDL No Programados MALLORCA”, deduciendo las inversiones/actuaciones no elegibles especificadas en el Anexo II.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalado a cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el Anexo I. 3. Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo que establece la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones de los beneficiarios serán las indicadas en el Anexo III. 4.
