    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El 23 de noviembre de 2023 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 160 la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 21 de noviembre de 2023, por la que se convocan ayudas &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;, para el año 2023, para inversiones en los mataderos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estas ayudas se conceden de acuerdo con el Reglamento (UE) núm. 1407/2015 de la Comisión, de 18 de diciembre de 2013, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;(DOUE núm. L 352, de 24 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución expresa tiene como fecha límite el 20 de junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que se ha superado la fecha límite mencionada y que el Reglamento que ampara estas ayudas ha quedado obsoleto, se considera necesario dejar sin efecto dicha Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 16.4 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, no se crea ningún derecho a favor del beneficiario ante la Administración mientras no se dicte la resolución de concesión y se notifique o se publique. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de las competencias que tengo atribuidas y a propuesta del director gerente del FOGAIBA, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dejar sin efecto la convocatoria de ayudas prevista en la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 21 de noviembre de 2023, por la que se convocan ayudas &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;, para el año 2023, para inversiones en los mataderos, que se publicó en el BOIB núm. 160, de 23 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta resolución debe comunicarse a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y debe publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
