    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que, en fecha 11 de octubre de 2024, el Presidente del Consell Insular d'Eivissa dictó el Decreto número 2024000759, cuya parte dispositiva establece lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar la modificación del Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, años 2023-2025, conformemente con el anexo que se adjunta, en el sentido de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Aprobar la modificación de la aplicación presupuestaria para hacer frente a la subvención directa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu y en el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza para la ejecución de determinadas acciones de las previstas en el Plan especial de conservación, protección y recuperación de Ses Feixes del Prat de ses Monges, que en lugar de ser a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 9420 7620002 tiene que ser la aplicación presupuestaria 3360 78900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Aprobar la modificación la cuantía de la subvención directa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu y en el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza para la ejecución de determinadas acciones de las previstas en el Plan especial de conservación, protección y recuperación de Ses Feixes del Prat de ses Monges , que en lugar de ser 345.299,61 € tiene que ser 690.599,22 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Aprobar la modificación del Departamento gestor de la mencionada subvención, que tendrá que ser el Departamento de Gestión Ambiental, Sostenibilidad, Innovación y Transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el decreto que se dicte en el BOIB, en el portal de transparencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, y dar cuenta al Consejo Ejecutivo y al Pleno de la Corporación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dar cuenta del decreto que se dicte al primer Consejo Ejecutivo que se celebre, en conformidad con aquello dispuesto en el artículo 144.2 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
