    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante el acuerdo de Pleno de día 26 de septiembre de 2024, se aprobaron las bases&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones para favorecer el consumo a los comercios&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;del municipio de Pollença y, de conformidad con el articulo 9.3de la Ley 38/2023 de 17 de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;noviembre, general de subvenciones, dichas bases han sido publicadas en el Boletin Oficial&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;de las Islas Baleares núm 131/2024, de 5 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha 11 de octubre se dictó la convocatoria para la concesión de bonos de consumo para&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;la promoción y reactivación del comercio local del municipio de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Convocatoria para la concesión de Bonos Pollença para la promoción y re activación del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;comercio local del municipio de Pollença&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objeto y finalidad de esta convocatoria es regular el procedimiento y condiciones para el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;otorgamiento de las subvenciones BONS POLLENÇA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objetivo es poner en marcha una campaña de cupones de compra para los ciudadanos y&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ciudadanas mayores de 16 años residentes en el municipio de Pollença, con el objeto de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;poder utilizarlos en las empresas del municipio que hayan tenido un establecimiento&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;abierto al público, la menos uno de los meses, entre las fechas del 1 de noviembre de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2023 y el 29 de febrero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En definitiva, se pretende fomentar el desarrollo económico local del municipio de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pollença, de acuerdo con las competencias atribuidas al arte. 29.1.t) de la Ley 20/2006, de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, con el fin de aumentar la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;productividad y competitividad de los comercios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. CUANTÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se destina la cantidad de 30.000€, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 431/48939 del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;presupuesto municipal vigente del Ayuntamiento de Pollença por la anualidad 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. BENEFICIARIOS Y REQUISITOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios directos de estas ayudas las personas físicas dadas de alta de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;autónomos, los comercios, pequeñas empresas sea cualquiera su forma jurídica,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;válidamente constituidas en el momento de presentación de la solicitud, que cumplan los&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;requisitos determinados en el apartado 6.1 de las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, serán beneficiarias indirectas las personas físicas, a partir de dieciséis años,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;empadronadas en el municipio de Pollença hasta el día anterior a la publicación de esta&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;convocatoria en el BOIB, que accedan a los bonos en los establecimientos adheridos al&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;programa a través de la plataforma https://bonspollenca.com.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. ACTUACIONES SUBVENCIONABLES Y CUANTÍA DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se subvencionará la compra de bienes o servicios en los establecimientos comerciales&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;adheridos a la campaña a través de un único tipo de bono de compra disponible en los&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;propios comercio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cada uno de estos bonos tendrá la consideración de bono de compra por un valor de 15&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;euros sobre una compra mínima de 30 euros en los establecimientos adheridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe total de los bonos de compra emitidos se distribuirá por igual entre el número&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;de establecimientos que se adhieran al programa. Así, el número de bonos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;correspondiente a cada establecimiento adherido tendrá un carácter lineal y estará&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;establecido por la relación existente entre la cantidad de bonos emitidos y el número final&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;de establecimientos adheridos al programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença no se hará cargo del acceso a bonos en número superior a la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;totalidad de bonos emitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE LOS BONOS DE COMPRA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La totalidad de los trámites de adhesión y formalización y toda la operativa de emisión,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;obtención, aplicación, canje, compensación y verificación de los bonos de compra se&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;gestionarán a través de la plataforma tecnológica https://bonspollenca.com/ para&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;asegurar una correcta operativa del funcionamiento de la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cada comercio adherido dispone de un usuario y contraseña únicos que permiten acceder&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a la plataforma para realizar los trámites de gestión, que son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1) Comprobar los bonos disponibles con una numeración específica y única asociados a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;la entidad adherida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2) Obtener el bono para ofrecer a la clientela que cumple los requisitos establecidos en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;el apartado 3 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3) Información relativa a los bonos utilizados y pendientes durante la vigencia de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4) La formalización de los bonos usados y su justificación, según lo dispuesto en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;apartado 12 de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los bonos se repartirán de forma igualitaria entre cada uno de los establecimientos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;adheridos a la convocatoria, de modo que todos dispondrán del mismo número de bonos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cada persona empadronada mayor de dieciséis años puede obtener un máximo de dos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;bonos por valor de 15 euros cada uno por consumir en cualquiera de los establecimientos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;del municipio de Pollença adheridos a la campaña, hasta agotar la cantidad aprobada para&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;atender esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para poder beneficiarse de los bonos de compra de 15 euros cada uno, no divisibles, el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;usuario deberá realizar una compra mínima de 30 euros, en el establecimiento escogido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se pueden canjear los dos bonos en el mismo o distinto comercio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los bonos de compra deberán consumirse durante el período de duración de la campaña,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;que será durante el mes de noviembre una vez publicada en la página web del del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ayuntamiento la propuesta de resolución definitiva de los comercios beneficiarios de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;subvención. Sólo pueden ser subvencionadas las ventas realizadas dentro del período en que&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;se encuentre activa la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es responsabilidad de la entidad beneficiaria la verificación de la identidad de las personas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;que adquieren el bono.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el momento del canje del bono o bonos de compra, la persona compradora debe&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;mostrar su DNI al comerciante para que éste pueda comprobar la información relativa a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;los bonos a utilizar y validar que cumple las condiciones de edad y empadronamiento&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;establecidas. Para ello el establecimiento debe introducir el número y letra de DNI de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;persona compradora, como identificador, en el formulario diseñado a propósito en la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;plataforma https://bonspollenca.com/, y debe adjuntar una copia del tique de la compra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;mínima de 30 euros como justificante de la compra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 10 días naturales a partir del siguiente al de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB. La forma de presentación será la prevista en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;el apartado 8 y 9 de las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias que cumplan los requisitos determinados en los apartados 5 y&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6 de las bases reguladoras o estén en condiciones de cumplirlos en el plazo de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;presentación de solicitudes deben cumplimentar la declaración responsable y adjuntar la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;documentación detallada en el anexo 1.I. se tramitará a través de la sede electrónica o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento según tenga o no la obligación de presentar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;documentación telematicamente según el articulo 14.2 de la ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, así como la eficacia en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;el cumplimiento de objetivos y la eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;públicos y se tramita en régimen de concesión directa según lo que establece el artículo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;22.2 c) de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, atendiéndonos a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;razones de interés público, económico y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se produce de oficio, mediante&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;la aprobación de la convocatoria y la publicación en el BOIB, en la Base de Datos Nacional&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;de Subvenciones BDNS, y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Pollença&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(www.pollenca.net ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de que la solicitud sea objeto de requerimiento, por el hecho de que no se reúnen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;apartado 10 de las bases reguladoras, la entidad requerida dispondrá de dos días hábiles&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;para subsanar las deficiencias comunicadas y lo hará a través de la sede electrónica o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;registro de entrada del ayuntamiento según tenga o no obligación de presentar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;documentación telemáticamente según el artículo 14.2 de la Lei 39/2015, de 1 de octubre,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es competente para resolver y conceder la subvención la Junta de Gobierno Local, que&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;dictará resolución una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Concejal de Impulso Económico, Turismo, Comercio, Ferias y Mercados del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ayuntamiento de Pollença Este órgano podrá realizar de oficio cuantas actuaciones estime&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;necesarias y convenientes para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;datos que figuren en las solicitudes, en virtud de las cuales se resolverá la concesión de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
