&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Gerencia de la Fundació Bit, inició un proceso de selección para la Oferta Pública extraordinaria de Estabilización, para contratar un/a Administrativo/a Servicios Generales, para prestar servicios en la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia, con la publicación en el BOIB de las bases específicas del proceso de selección el 29 de diciembre de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con las bases específicas se desarrolló el proceso selectivo y la Comisión de Selección publicó el listado definitivo el 11 de octubre de 2024. Una vez finalizado el proceso de selección, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona que ha superado el proceso de selección para ocupar el puesto de trabajo, con código L03080008 de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo de la Fundació Bit se corresponde con el DNI: **7658**.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para la formalización del contrato laboral y para la incorporación efectiva al puesto de trabajo se inicia el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB y será de tres días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No hay más personas candidatas que no hayan superado el proceso de selección por lo tanto no se incluirán en ninguna bolsa de personal laboral temporal, específica y preferente a las bolsas ordinarias vigente en cada ente como se decía en las bases específicas del proceso de selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en el BOIB, en la web de la Fundación Bit https://www.fundaciobit.o&lt;u&gt;rg&lt;/u&gt; y en el tablón de anuncios en las oficinas de la Fundación Bit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El orden jurisdiccional social es el competente para resolver las controversias derivadas de esta resolución, de acuerdo con la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social, sin que se pueda interponer ningún recurso en vía administrativa ni ninguna reclamación previa a la vía judicial social, sin perjuicio que se pueda presentar una reclamación ante el órgano que dicta esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
